In a decision to apply instruction to your need, in case I am dead. The following is allowed for educational purposes.
In this relationship with the courts, under strict interpretation of article 3 of the US constitution: the question presented is, within state law governed by the constitution of this state called ILLINOIS. Which does provide the legal remedy called redress of grievances in their constitution.
The US SUPREME court is required to make the states obey their promise of democracy to the people? Yes or no!
ARGUMENT
Is assembled as: the foundation of this union of people, as a democracy is created by the promise, WE THE PEOPLE, SHALL rule ourselves. There is nothing more basic beyond survival itself/ than is healthcare. Thereby and therefrom it is absolutely within the distinctions of a people living in a democracy to choose for themselves their options and their financial responsibilities regarding healthcare; either as a patient or for a provider within this state. It is their lives, their bodies, and their state. Redress applies the initial process, by which we the people gather together, “the will of the people” within this state. That they may make known, their desire to regulate and describe: their own decision, regarding the healthcare that intervenes or supports their lives.
That redress: the foundation of WE THE PEOPLE, as owners, over this our state: is the relationship conceived of and proven necessary by these trials.
That redress: the foundation of our ability to rule this government by our own vote, on the issues most conducive to establish and declare, WE ARE THE PEOPLE, who rule this state. By our own vote, on the business of governing/ that matters most to our lives.
That redress: guaranteed to each and every citizen as their inherent and inheritable right through the constitution of this state and this nation. Is on trial here today.
Either the constitution provides for, and protects or defends the rights guaranteed to the people; or there have been traitors among us. Is that not so: answer the question.
Either the constitution provides for, the measures and the means for true democracy, as in WE THE PEOPLE are rulers here/ or it is not truly a democracy. That test is governed by the preamble: THE DECLARATION OF PURPOSE AND GUARANTEE TO THE PEOPLE, of this USA and this state of IL; for this people.
the preamble of the US constitution/ and its foundation documents called the bill of rights, and the declaration of independence. The preamble reads:
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the USA.” THIS, is the sovereign immunity for the government of this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. And it does NOT act as a cover/ under which our employees may hide.
The preamble for IL
The guarantee to each and every IL citizen is:
......in order to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the people; maintain a representative and orderly government; eliminate poverty and inequality; assure legal, social and economic justice; provide opportunity for the fullest development of the individual; insure domestic tranquility; provide for the common defense; and secure the blessings of freedom and liberty to ourselves and our posterity -......
OR, more simply: there is no allowance by which substance or merit can be applied to the concept that we are not entitled to rule ourselves/ by ruling this state or nation.
Constitutional law MUST BE ENFORCED/ that is not a courtroom decision to make, OR an interpretation of law provided to the court.
Therefore in conclusion of that fact:
This US SUPREME COURT, MUST decide if redress is the legal right guaranteed to WE THE PEOPLE of this state and/ or nation. As described by the constitution in either and both state of IL and nation called this United States of America. Or not?
Because if redress is the law as written within the constitutions of both/ THEN IT IS ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL, and a criminal act; for ANY JUDGE, including this supreme court to do otherwise. THEY MUST ENFORCE the constitution and provide the law that is our guaranteed right. The law of redress, which is our ownership, and ultimately the proof: WE SHALL RULE OURSELVES. As is the definition and comprehension and fact, called DEMOCRACY!
My right to present a legally binding case to the people of IL; regarding distinct and purposeful realities of life in society, understood by all members as potentially necessary, or desirable to our lives; is guaranteed to me. What is not guaranteed, is whether the jury will accept the responsibility to decide for themselves: that this situation in democratic society, requires our own intervention/ rather than elected officials. Which I believe is required/ which I believe has been established as necessary. Our representatives in this, and other realities of our lives, have been proven to fail, in my opinion. Thereby we need a better solution than provided by our representatives. That is our decision to make as a democracy/ not my decision to enforce on society. Rather, I represent the legal and social question in redress designated to be: functionally or fundamentally necessary, because our lives need better than today. Each jury, if the first jury agrees; and sends it through the state judicial districts; for the people (chosen by lottery, from among those who say, I will ACCEPT this responsibility) within them, to decide for themselves. That vote representing each district decides if we the people have accepted our duty to defend and respect ourselves: by making this or these decisions, that democracy gives us to make. A vote, Represents the voice of the people, on their way to ruling themselves as democracy provides. A vote, gives us the right to govern ourselves. A vote provides ownership: NOT by voting for someone else to vote for me. But as true democracy, wherein I vote for myself/ and the base foundation and functional aspects and laws which will then rule over all our lives, in this state or nation.
IF, I were presenting this as a solution for our representatives to find/ or discuss and vote on among themselves/ or other aspect of politics: which is literally identified by the fact that our elected officials are necessary. Then it is a political question. I DO NOT DO THAT!
Instead, by constitutionally guaranteed rights: I REPRESENT A QUESTION REGARDING HEALTHCARE, that discards the political or elected official process. AND DECLARES, as owners of this state: WE THE PEOPLE SHALL DECIDE, FOR OURSELVES. As owners of this state/ we are RULERS of ourselves through our democracy. Therefore the legal ramifications of that decision/ that investigation, and examination of the facts; so that an adequate decision shall be made. Does require a courtroom/ so that people can be called to testify/ and LIARS CAN BE PUNISHED, for tempting us/ misleading us/ or in any other way not respecting our right to make this decision for ourselves.
The legal right of our constitutional demand which is redress for the people: establishes our ownership, thereby our right to rule ourselves/ by majority vote, inside constitutional boundaries and intent. As I have done.
