The foundation of influence called DEMOCRACY, guarantees us the right to influence our government/ our lives/ and our world; even our own religion and speech. These are legal rights identified by Democracy, because WE are the owners/ our leaders are the employees: and the foundation of all power is the constitutional law, we as a people provide to ourselves. The power of redress according to the first amendment: IS THE LEGAL RIGHT to address the nation as an individual citizen. BY SAYING TO THE COURT "a jury of twelve", must be asked: because, I or WE, have found substantial, and identified threats against this nation, against our lives, and against our world. THEREFROM we have a duty to address the nation by asking twelve if they will accept the responsibility of asking our community/ our county: IF that county will not agree to ask the state wherein we reside. Thereby if yes, then the state shall ask the nation itself: to participate in the LEGAL DEFINITIONS that will become our authority as the owners of this nation. To not only say, but enact the rights and duties and decisions that prove WE THE PEOPLE, are owners here. NOT only designing our future as we desire/ but taking control over the realities proven to be a threat to our very lives, and creating the law that will demand NO such thing shall ever rise here again. We are the owners/ We are a living Democracy/ We are guaranteed the legal right of authority regardless of any individual or leader. We are, Without doubt: as is proven by irrevocable evidence in courtroom battles/ that the court has proven to be in conspiracy against our Democracy/ against the reality of REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES ACCORDING TO THE LAW. Thereby the promise of democracy is: that we no longer share the interpretation of OUR CONSTITUTION. WE OWN IT! And will prove the right to provide and sustain the reality of what OUR LAW shall mean, as WE THE PEOPLE.
