The legal equity
Of a bill of attainder, that selects the majority of the american people SHALL PAY the few, with their lives, their work, their future, and their nation, its resources, and its good name: IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
HAVING STOLEN from american capitalism, the rights to insist: those who have chosen to go bankrupt as have the banks and large corporations/ SHALL GO BANKRUPT. Instead of capitalism, communism has set inside the governing body of this USA, to insist the leaders of industry or government; cannot be held accountable for their own actions/ and the people shall pay. Granting to those leaders full amnesty from the consequences they did choose for themselves. Such is the statement “too big to fail”.
In the previous months and years of failure, that brought tragedy and disgrace to this nation/ the list of temptations, manipulations, propaganda, denial, control by power over government itself due to money, and the endless attempts to “hypnotize the masses”; with a sea of stupidity and arrogance: “Believe in us/ trust us/ let us be god over you, this environment, this nature, and this world”. Has brought this nation NOTHING but disaster/ a list distinctly aligned with “traitor, or treason, or both”.
This failure continues to ooze from under closed doors, where none turn on the lights for fear, “then the people will know”. As more tragedy continues to be plotted and planned for the death of this nation.
They borrow at roughly $3600.00 per every worker/ every week or more; to sustain the wealthy (YOU getting your share?), and insure “to big to fail” continues to wreck and disgrace us all. And that does not include all the money promised that “WE WOULD PAY”/ that has gone on before.
They suggest only the rich can give us a job/ when in fact, it is humanity itself that creates a job, and the rich merely consume our chances at equality, by controlling access and resources. THE LAW MUST bring justice, and fair play, or men bring grief and sorrow to each other. The rich, merely another form of pirate, where “too big to fail/ has become a weapon and a reality that gorges itself, by controlling our lives.”
The question here, is NOT a completely different system than capitalism. Rather the question here is the purpose and constitutional demands created and delivered to this nation/ AND HOW, shall we do, what the law has given us the power to do: as WE THE PEOPLE?
The answer to a more perfect union: is to always let truth decide/ to remove want, and money: and participate only as LIFE FIRST shall decide for us. What is best, for all life on earth, this is our home, and we will not get another; life or death for a planet is in this statement. And it is not to little to demand, we shall lead a world, one way or the other.
The answer for justice and fair play: Are laws that every citizen knows/ every citizen understands, or can be made to understand in truth. Laws that change the composition of power, from money/ to the essence of justice and fair play, because it is what we, the people of this nation, have chosen for ourselves. We agree/ therefore it is our law, created for ourselves, by we the people one vote, one citizen, no exceptions.
To insure domestic tranquillity; it is absolutely necessary that the security and intent of “a job to do” shall be fundamental to the exercise of power in government over this USA. NOT anything you want/ not by governmental control/ but by the simple demand: If you are a citizen here, you do have a right to work for your living, at a decent wage with the others/ you cannot simply be discarded. If you are an immigrant here, you have a right to basic needs, unless you choose crime or laziness instead. Unless you fail to do your share, and be responsible for your work; both citizen and immigrant. That means, there will be limits imposed upon those who would otherwise take more than their share! That means, there will be compromises in hours worked, etc/ so that all may share. That means, the need to care about job security understands: bigger is NOT better/ rather as does nature, DIVERSITY is the means to sustainability; giving all a chance to live the life they choose or must. Which means small business, integrated in the fabric of a community wherein they will have a true and literal say in what happens there, regardless of money. WE BUILT the business, just as much as any other individual, and as such it is ours as well as yours; “you could not have anything/ without us: therefore we are owners in terms of : you can’t simply abandon us, we will have our say, and you will stay unless we let you move/ or make you sell to us, name, equipment, and all. You leave alone, with only money; these are our jobs, they do not belong to you/ we built them.
Providing for the common defense means: THAT WE SHALL NOT BE THREATENED! THAT MEANS OUR LIVES, OUR NATURE, OUR WORLD, OUR EVERYTHING IS NOT FOR YOU TO GAMBLE WITH! That means no method or manner exists, for this nation to engage in science or any experiment whatsoever; that contains the consequence; WE CANNOT BE WRONG! Or the consequences could be tragic and worse. That means, there is NO ACCEPTANCE for the reality of weapons of mass destruction/ and world law MUST be enacted and supported instead. ETC, ETC, ETC.
Promoting the general welfare means: to be consistent with life, by the terms it does, and will impose. We cannot survive without resources, without nature in balance, without food chains intact, without an ocean, without oxygen content of the air we breathe sufficient for our lives, without ozone or environment, or even happiness, the possibilities of food and water, and much more. Including a humanity and world who does the same. NOT because it is forced/ but because an education in reality is absolutely necessary to understanding WE MUST CHOOSE to save this world now. Because we are so very many people, we can and are currently destroying the very possibilities for life on earth to survive. We are now, “more powerful than nature”/ because combined we have a greater effect, than nature can overcome. We cannot survive, without changing this to a minimum of balance/ and must work as best we can to do better than that. Or life on earth will soon be over. So says the evidence of truth.
To secure the blessing of liberty and hope to ourselves and the future means: an absolute end to all claims, “let the children pay”! You owe them their future. You owe them the right and responsibilities of their own debts. You owe them the liberty and freedom, that is NOT SUBJECT to your enslavement of their lives. YOU OWE THEM the resources they need to survive/ a nature/ a world/ an environment/ and the time required in peace to find happiness and hope for their own future. YOU OWE US ALL, the end of threats that can make an entire world of life extinct. You are failures/ your money is built upon the delusion that the debts YOU created belong to your children instead of you/ and you are wrong! They are your debts, and you must pay with your reality/ or the nation goes dead. Doesn’t mean poverty forever! But it does mean, the end of gluttony, consumption without merit, want without a critical social truth for helping each other, fraud/ conspiracy to deceive/ temptations and propaganda/ traps/ educational disgrace/ and greed: the most fundamental enemy of every human society, when combined with want/ taking everything it can, to destroy any life that gets in the way, with a simple “I DON’T CARE”. YOU will care, you will go bankrupt and fix your problems with reality, as a nation which repents of greed and want without end/ or end in the bloodiest civil war ever witnessed in the history of this world. You will choose to care about life, environment, society, and nature/ finding discipline, order, and respect. Or to HELL AND ARMAGEDDON (nature in chaos) you will go.
Today it is a choice/ but soon, nothing will be a choice anymore. The point of no return, comes/ OR YOU WILL CHANGE; because the evidence proves it is so.
Before we can fix anything for anyone else/ we must “fix ourselves”, as a nation. In terms of Afghanistan, that means pull back, defend the base elements of society by policing it/ but hunt no one. Teach and create justice by law, within courts and evidence. Assemble communications to define what can or cannot be done for society in peace/ and let the people decide for themselves. Let them gather and prove what will be done, to or for, their nation and world.
