Work and reality in America
There are 7 primary functions in society.
1. To keep ourselves alive, by the gathering or production of food, water, and other basic needs.
2. To protect ourselves from the others who would steal/ deceive/ rape/ and abuse, instead of work for themselves.
3. To provide a governance of the people by their own consent; thereby the law they choose for themselves.
4. To establish justice through appropriate mediation/ negotiations/ and law. Granting equality to all, by creating limits on those who would otherwise take more than their share.
5. To fundamentally allow for freedoms, and the creation of liberty, so that happiness and hope through both individual lives and together we join, can exist. Transforming the assumptions of money, into the reality of LIFE SHALL BE FIRST.
6. To provide for the future, by protecting the environment, nature, resources, and every other need that “children too, shall need”. Because we care enough, to NOT simply assassinate their lives; by leaving them nothing.
7. To maintain a fair and appropriate balance, regarding the needs and life of those who cannot defend themselves; as is the case of children/ the weak, and the elderly; with respect for those asked to pay the debt. Which does mean: when its time to die, its time to die.
Development of this facets in society are determined by these decisions, and the assembly of what is true, and real, that we can do.
Within the framework of business/ our basic foundation for survival. There are five elements that must be respected.
1. Work is a responsibility assigned to all, nobody gets a free pass.
2. The worker is an individual, which means as in all other things; some will do better at one thing than another/ some will do more/ some will do less; but all deserve fair play (a gap, wherein income levels respect individual accomplishments/ but are NOT allowed as: money is your god) within the realms of competition. So that a few CANNOT take it all, and make the others slaves.
3. The relationship we share as participants in the same society is: I deserve a job/ just like you. Consequently a job, at a realistic living income, MUST be provided to me/ so long as, I do my work.
4. WE MUST RESPECT RESOURCES, because our lives are literally dependent upon those, the chains of life, nature, environment, etc. No gambling!
5. WE MUST RESPECT our demand upon our world, as human beings; by over-population. Because unless we hold true to what nature can provide for us/ we all die. This world is full/ which means failure here will cause an immediate and severe crushing blow to every living thing on earth, as humanity attacks it all, to keep from starving or thirst. Sparing nothing and turning to war.
Within the framework of protecting ourselves from those who do not care about anything but themselves. There are four basic ingredients in the recipe of “our daily bread”.
1. The primary substance of work is an ability to produce more than you use/ so that work need not consume every moment of every day; time off, is dependent upon creating a reserve/ without destroying the resource.
2. The primary development of that work is dependent upon what the people need/ what the environment must have done for or to it/ what nature requires from you/ or “play”.
3. The functional relationship of human time and money, is that we trade “paper, or rocks, or insects or wood, or whatever the other is willing to accept”: because all money is based upon what do I owe to you, for the work you did for me. Reality asserts, “we are equal”/ but the consequence of “a percentage” of human behavior is a game, to see who can be “better”.
4. The games people play, when excess is involved always entails the destruction of something; whether it is people, their lives, their resources, the world, other living things or whatever. Destruction decides in humanity, who wins the trophy “made you lose”. Therein it is the game, that must be controlled.
The fundamental of governing by democracy is: WE THE PEOPLE! Thereby unless and until the people speak for themselves, the reality is; each and every leader shall do whatever they wish until removed. There are four fundamentals.
1. A vote DOES NOT establish real control over democracy, because unless it is a vote for your own decision/ it is a vote for someone to vote for me (a ruler, rather than the people).
2. A vote DOES establish real control over democracy IF that vote of the people translates their decision, into a law that governs us all, including government, business, fair play, etc. With words directed at CRITICAL REALITIES. (An example is the ten commandments/ NOT because it is religious, but because they have stood the test of time. They have stood, because they are short, to the point, and represent an idea that cannot be misunderstood, or destroyed by the deceitful.)
3. The construction of real democracy as WE THE PEOPLE, in the assembly of a function society is: that the government employee does what we tell them to do/ NOT what they tell us to do. Therein, no real purpose exists for the allowance of those in government to create jobs, control jobs, or decide the direction for this nation. We will do this ourselves! Rather with law, and the establishment of a percentage table, describing exactly how, or what category of need; our collected money shall be spent in; {such as 30% of the national GDP goes to the elderly/ to be divided among themselves, with minimum standards for all. They decide.} governs them instead.
4. There can be NO ALLOWANCE, for government employees, to “print money, or tax as they desire”. That is OUR DECISION, as we the people. And every framework of debt, is an excuse to avoid payment today. Causing distress in the future, and as is the example of this day; a catastrophe waiting to happen. Let society adjust as it goes/ and it will, when a few cannot simply “pretend and delude themselves in fantasy”; by making us pay.
Justice and the control over greedy people/ begins with the acknowledgment: YOU CANNOT HAVE whatever you want/ just because you want it! Simple as that, four methods of failure MUST be disassembled.
1. There can be no negotiations regarding the future/ which means NONE are entitled to expectations of “free money/ or earned money by anyone else’s hand”. And that includes pensions, social security, expectations in healthcare, and so on. NO social programs, or union demands for the future can exist/ they are ruled, a defeat of democracy, and are BANNED from further existence.
2. There shall be NO welfare or subsequent programs; because they entitle some to be excluded/ and others to be responsible instead. They allow “the competition” to be bought off, instead of dealt with in terms of reality and nation; and it shall not be.
3. The children are the future of every nation, and they need an education that is for them/ rather than for lesser, or cruel, or failure, or disgrace as is much of today. A future for them includes: learning how to survive/ building a body/ communicating effectively/ accepting the laws by learning them/ understanding the future effects of a decision today/ identifying what is right or wrong, about human behaviors/ and how to interact with the opposite sex, so as to effectively be able to find someone to share your time, and struggles with. HONESTLY, and with HONOR instead of the disease of fools, which infects so many today, with the media’s help.
4. Every nation is subject to the need for mass communication. That means those who control the information, control the collective thought of the nation itself. A free press is NOT FREE, if it is controlled by the money and influence of any group or person. THAT MEANS, a free press MUST be assembled WITHOUT ANY consequence from money, power, selfishness, or pride. To do that four simple things are required
a) there must be a public journalist/ which means simply: any individual or small group of individuals that has effectively brought to the attention of the public, SOMETHING IMPORTANT, that they needed to discuss or change. Shall be a public journalist IF, there message has been collectively understood, examined, and investigated for the benefit of reality, as our society today or in the future. More simply; IF YOU do something worthy of being called a public journalist, by action, reaction, or understanding for the nation, is one level/ state is another level, and community is the last level; you earn the right to be a public journalist within that level of influence.
b). This is in the public interest/ therefore the public pays the salary of a public journalist; as a minimum and a measure of influence attained. Or a maximum bonus to the reporters of the “ten most significant stories” of the year. A fifty percent bonus of the maximum for the next ten biggest stories of the year. And a ten percent bonus to those who are published or recognized as a story of some interest or value to society.
c). There shall be an award of space within all news area news sources/ for the purpose of a public journalist as they desire, of not more than ten percent time or print; as a cost of doing business in this nation. Fail to pay, and we give/ confiscate your media opportunities to another. The journalists themselves shall determine how the space shall be used. The public shall aid and abet both journalist and media, as is required of them/ with full access to all information both governmental and not for profit business or religion; that is not a legitimate danger to society.
d). The foundation of a great nation IS DETERMINED by its future. That future is born on the decisions that will be dealt with by the children who inherit either good or bad from the adults. Therefore the function of a public journalist shall also be to inform and educate the young; as an elemental part of their public duty. Where that duty requires more than fifty percent of hours worked in a year/ they shall receive an additional salary to compensate.
You have heard it said “freedom is not free”/ but that is elementally not true. Freedom is free, because it is your decision/ the consequences of your decision are not free, but the reality to choose for yourself clearly is. LIBERTY is not free, because it is the decision of us all, to interfere where we may or may not belong. There are three fundamentals that must be adhered to
1. The children must be protected; and that does mean with reasonable medical care, food and shelter requirements, education that matters, a world free of people who prey on them/ as best we can (the pedofile need not survive/ or can be without his weapon). No more abuse, enslavement, etc.
2. The parent has responsibilities to society and child. No more than two children period, because we must: it is that simple. If you damage a child or use and abuse them; there will be punishments in like kind. There is no need to adopt outside this nation, UNLESS the children here are truly stabilized & no longer in need. Which means all adoption issues shall be resolved by law, created as we the people.
3. The functional issue of MY RIGHT TO DECIDE! Is not determined by what you want instead. Rather it is my freedom to decide what I shall do with my life. UNLESS it directly and significantly harms another life or this environment in ways that cost us all. BUT THAT MEANS, you will accept the cost of your behavior/ and pay accordingly; should something go wrong for you, or another. Community service, or other, can and will be required.
the elements required for a future survival of life, now that this world is not only FULL of people/ but over-flowing with human needs. Comes to reality with three very simple demands
1. NO ONE, GETS TO GAMBLE WITH OUR LIVES OR POSSIBLE SURVIVAL. IT SHALL NOT BE DONE. NO EXCEPTIONS! NOT FOR GENETICS/ NOT FOR ENERGY EXPERIMENTS BEYOND SAFE! NOT FOR ANYTHING THAT REPRESENTS HARM TO THE FUTURE OF LIFE ON THIS EARTH.
2. There is a limit to what we can have on this earth as humanity/ because nature, other living things, the future, and more all have needs like us. IT IS NOT acceptable to say, “let them fend for themselves”/ YOU are in charge of their ability to survive tomorrow; because of the choices you make today. MURDERING THE NEXT GENERATION, is NOT acceptable. Want is evicted/ consumption is thereby controlled/ and truth defines what is fair. End of the story.
3. Because so much has been damaged and disgraced; our work throughout the foreseeable future MUST BE to repair, rebuild, and redesign our affects on this world.
the functional descriptions of what we can do/ what we can provide/ what we can afford to pay/ and who gets to decide regarding all expectations. Requires law. Requires acceptance of the four basic principles of business which do govern our success as a society to decide our future and present path.
1. Supply and demand will govern the consequences of humanity ONLY if they are left alone/ NO interference by government. Therein we learn: NO BUSINESS, is built upon sustained credit/ every business is built upon making “a profit”. But the future MUST be included by understanding only what you honestly need, and would expect if you had been born one hundred or more years from now.
2. There is a difference between human beings, life/ and all other resources. Supply and demand of human beings does not belong in this day; because we are so many we CANNOT compete for resources as in the past/ they will all disappear and leave us all, DEAD. CONSEQUENTLY, the new principle of business is: EVERY LIVING THING, SHALL BE RESPECTED, including what they need to survive. No exceptions. Or more simply, LIFE MATTERS MOST IN ALL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL DECISIONS/ money is a decision based or determined by what we can do, and what we choose to do regardless of the money. Because in the end money is just a game determining “who gets to play, or take more”. LIFE SHALL FOREVER, be more important than this. Every life, and its need.
3. You cannot have, what you are unwilling to pay for! You cannot take, what you did not earn! You cannot demand for yourself from the others/ what is not available to everyone! You are required to earn what you wish for/ it is not free, if someone else must pay, or needs what you are going to take. We have to share, and that means “including time on earth”.
4. The ability to care about each other as society/ thereby joining as a nation in defending ourselves from chaos and tragedy. Is governed by the single emotion: “Do these care about me”! Today that assembly of care and unity as the nation USA is being stripped and destroyed in front of your own eyes. Because PRIDE AND POWER AND SELFISHNESS through greed/ DON’T GIVE A DAMN, about nothing but themselves! Shame on you; a walking, talking tragedy of greed and apathy/ instead of a nation that cares. It is not enough, to give a little “to foreigners” while the people you see everyday are left to eat dirt. It is not enough to be greedy/ so that very many others are made poor: NOT ONE SINGLE “rich person” in this world exists/ WITHOUT MAKING MANY OTHERS POOR! Because we, the humanity and other living resources and needs of this earth ARE THE MONEY. It ain’t paper they collect and control, its lives, and resources, and opportunities for themselves (not you)! A nation joined for life, stability, and a future that can be survived: IS ONE WHERE FRIENDSHIP EXISTS without compromise. Where hate is removed, fair play is observed by all, justice is enforced with grace and duty, and the people do their fair share of the work, and gain their fair share of the reward; just like you would expect for yourself. Every nation today IS REQUIRED to think beyond individuality and search for new and better ways that we may share the bounty of our region or city/ or even world, with the others. And that does mean MORE APPROPRIATE DECISIONS regarding transportation, city engineering, and so on. It takes a society, to decide what “we need together”/ and it takes the determination of all, to make this happen. It takes self-sufficiency to describe a peaceful and harmonious future. It takes equality and the assertion: you may do as you please in business, if you educate yourself, and make the decisions that are required. Consequently competition without aggression MUST BE IMPLEMENTED. Or more simply, “it is not severe, to fail”/ so long as you do no intentional harm. To achieve this goal; it is necessary to create a business identification label {all products sold here, shall not be more than ______% of their prior: we purchased this price.} to achieve this, NO PERSON shall be allowed to own more than one business, in one location at a time/ and if you fail to provide an honest business, you shall not own another. No group of people shall be allowed to own more than one business, in one location at a time. No business shall be allowed to advertize outside the boundaries set by “the respective community”/ unless it is so accepted by vote among that segment of society.
Immigration is a reality of life/ but the immigrant shall not own property or business for the first period of four years, and only then if they choose to become a citizen here, by learning our language to communicate sufficiently with us: surrendering their citizenship elsewhere. Otherwise you are a guest. Not an owner of “ALL” the rights and privileges and responsibilities of this nation. When you are ready to join us, in our struggles to be “the best we can be”/ then after you understand clearly what that means, it is time to be a citizen here.
The relationship of trade with other nations, is a need by all/ because we are so many people, nothing else will work; war will come. But that means there MUST BE RULES. The fundamental rules are these
1. Fair trade is determined by equal participation.
2. Fair trade is defined upon the equal terms of an environmental protection that benefits every life on earth, because we protect and defend this world, which will kill us all; if we do not! Not a guess, it’s a reality.
3. Fair trade is an acceptance of world law and world court, and the right of an international policing agency created from every nation: THAT WILL THEN REMOVE LEADERS should they be found in violation of the law/ and bring them to trial, in world court. Keeping all major weapons/ and parts to those weapons; in the hands of many countries, so that none are able to threaten or destroy.
4. Fair trade is, an understanding YOU CANNOT SELL, USE, TRADE, OR ABUSE the critical resources (including the ocean) that keep this world alive/ regardless of your claim to ownership. We will become “a world united for life”/ or you will die. 7,000,000,000 people have tremendous needs. Nature must be protected, because UNLESS IT SURVIVES (able to reproduce in sufficient numbers to compete), we have no hope.
5. Fair trade is, determined by limiting the competition in income and possessions so that all can have access to their own opportunities. That means the governments of men, which have so long ruled this earth by power and governed by the pride of wealth;
SHALL BE TRADED, for the law of WE THE PEOPLE, and the demands we place upon ourselves.
6. Fair trade is, if we provide substance and value to an alternate people in this world/ then we are entitled to “a little more, as a relationship to that part of the world. The issues of, why them and not us are chosen by need/ BUT DETERMINED by the acceptance and literal compliance of a nation with no more population growth, and if severely over-crowed one child per woman. Or we, this world; will not help/ not even if your starving or overrun in violence. You will accept your duty to this world of life/ because we cannot survive any more numbers of people greater than today. It is not a choice/ regardless what you think, this must be done. But it is only women who can enforce it/ men have had their day, their own decision, and their own way; and chose extermination of life on earth. They are through/ it is a woman’s body, THEY CHOOSE!
7. Fair play is, an education which gives us all an opportunity. Shared tools which makes change possible. Community and nation (we the people/ NOT them the rulers); owned resources which make life a decision to be shared by all. And critical news, NOT PROPAGANDA as is prominent across this male dominated world of today. Propaganda is the use of talk to create confusion and thereby assemble controversy! When what is needed is a clear and incontestable reality, investigated & governed by the truth of our reality; displayed as knowledge, and the ability to grasp an answer, or at least question with honesty; our existence and future. OUR decision as society; is then discovered in clarity, by the majority & assembled by wisdom, for the minority, so that all understand. As best we can. These are not games, as you worship and play, so that endless talk and storytelling can exist. Our lives are literally at a cross roads, and what we do, or do not do, will tell the tale of life or death for this earth. Decisions in duty, discoveries in truth, investigates in reality, discussions by the consequence of being wrong; and more, are all essential to our survival. And it does not matter, if you like the possibilities or not, truth does demand these threats exist; and wishing them away, hiding from reality, or running from truth will kill you. It is that simple, we cannot be wrong.
These things are a gentle way of being kind to you, as a comprehension in possibilities that are now set for you to discuss by your own terms and decisions. They give you guidance for a beginning, and allow YOUR respectful description of a “limited element” to be discussed: BY DETERMINING WHAT IS GOOD OR BAD about each thing. This is done by reducing the words in such a way, as they become the clear resolution of what we believe is true and useful to society. Thereby the beginning of law, as you choose for your life today.
Fail to respect your reality. Fail to respect the truth that must be disciplined and balanced as a participant in your lives. Fail to understand, this world is threatened with extinction for real, and must change. And you die. It is that simple. Work, examine, investigate and learn: then Choose.
Gentle is an understanding, that with hope and discipline every life can be changed; that chooses to be changed with respect for a reality in truth that demands, “this shall be”. Truth is not gentle, truth exists and as a result of that existence there are actions and reactions that will come. Hope is gentle, when mixed honestly with love. Respect is gentle, when mixed with discipline and honor. Courage is gentle, when its purpose is love and its mission is life first/ but by honorable law.
There are moments in every life, when gentleness matters/ if you fail, there are consequences. But it is without doubt, that in a society such as this one; there are limits to what anyone can do. Over the years, I have considered spending money on individuals in need/ but rarely do; because I look past that individual and recognize just how many I cannot help. It is not fair to me, to be bankrupt, if reality does not agree it was the right thing to do. Reality is a decision, created by the desires and purpose of a world, a community, or an individual; either as you, or to you. Truth is a dimension we either live within, or live without. The question of a gentle heart, is more clearly the intent to help with honesty and honor guiding you from your soul/ through respect for our reality, not just yours. Every time you take from yourself to give to another/ that is literally what you have done; surrendered something from your own life, to them, they own it. And if that is too much for you to do, it will hurt your life, because you will be sorry. Just reality. Love is a possession of the heart, if you give it away/ and it does not come back; you must be prepared for this loss too. As to countless numbers of people in need, in one form or another. The simple truth is, it is more important to spend time and effort and money on the things that affect us all; than it is on individuals, where only one has benefitted. That is my statement to you/ but do understand, you must choose for yourself, according to what you can do. I for my part, follow the spirit of my life.
Freedom matters, and our lives are literally about: what will you do, given the freedom to choose regarding this life, or your own. We cannot choose for another/ that would be confiscating their right to choose. As a result, our decision is about our personal life/ and that is our choice, not someone else’s. We all make mistakes. And we all, have to pay for mistakes someone else has made in our own lives. Simple as that, hopefully none of these are harsh/ but some will be terrible. Fail to forgive, and you cannot move on, back to the life that is your own. They take up residency, in a mind that Will not forget, and change you.
A story with value is: I knew a man who struggled with life, never finding a true friend (certainly his fault too). But the day came when he could find no one to talk too, so he came to me/ and I made a mistake in not telling him, “the odor” was why. Made a mistake in not going to his house to tell him the odor was why, and helping in that way. Made a mistake when it got worse immediately thereafter, and did not go to his aid/ because I did consider it likely he would leave me his money had I done so (should go to family). But I was wrong, it is his choice/ believing someone cared was certainly MORE important than that, other factors existed; and the spirit inside did not send me. But there are consequences to what we do, or do not do/ people live or die believing in hope or not.
A story of interest is: I knew a man who wanted a job, he was preparing his house for “a big supper/ with the man in charge” as part of his interview for that job. And he asked if a light fixture was ok, “would be hanging above the food”. I was going to strengthen it/ but the spirit inside me said no, so I did not. (Spirit is not a voice, but the introduction of knowledge, that must then be accepted and understood as a process of thought. If you have not spent a lifetime learning/ you will not know this truth). Turns out, at the moment of everyone ready to eat, with everything prepared and on the table, the light fixture lowered itself an inch or so and took down some plaster onto the food. The man was upset with me “could have, should have”/ but he got his job. And I will offer this one small insight into an alternate world. When it is clear, “the timing is just right”/ alternate realities are also involved. Every real interview for a job that has the potential to damage; is actually intended to be the discovery of “what will happen, not only when I turn my back/ but what will happen when things go wrong”. This event proved what would happen when things go wrong, for this particular man; and being stable, able to function without ranting and raving, and making the best of this situation although clearly disappointed. The interview was complete. Just something to think about.
No, I did not know this would happen/ I simply knew something was involved here that I should not interfere with.
Be careful with your giving: just because you give money to religion, does not mean it goes for what you believe/ and if you support the opposite of what is important to GOD , then are you not guilty of doing just that? Do not listen so much to TV, etc. Case in point is the constant “give to the heart fund, etc” cause people are dying. But if you look at the numbers, it is the old who are dying from heart attacks/ and we all die of something, which means their claims are largely mute. But they are collecting aren’t they? Investigate first, and be skeptical. The programs to feed the hungry in other nations especially, are in fact just growing the population larger/ in a place where it cannot support the population that exists. Consequently you simply help them prepare for genocide and war. The correct action is zero population growth first. So that life can be sustained, then help, or in conjunction do help. But not this way; “the whole world is full”. Doesn’t matter if you like this reality or not/ it is the truth. And we will soon have far less food among us all, without real change and work. Life is not a game, you don’t get to make the rules you want. We all have to live within the laws that do exist. Simple as that.
