The demand: FOR FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT; DUE PROCESS OF LAW AS HAS BEEN DENIED TO ME, again and again; the most egregious example being 2 US supreme court cases, “exhibits e & f”. A clerk of the court CANNOT deny a docketed case: DEMANDING CONSTITUTIONAL LAW MUST BE UPHELD. Only a judge can deny any docketed case; and it does require his or her signature. No court can deny constitutional law; which mean treason is noticed.
MOTION FOR THE IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION
of critical foundations upon which our lives, and every future life depends.
These are, the functional resources, environmental realities, sustained chains of life which bring diversity to life/ and the discovery of peace and happiness to ourselves.
The foundations of law; include the essence of natural law itself, as identified by the words “which so necessarily agrees with one nature and state of man that without observing its maxims, the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved...” 11 Ark. 519, 527. The necessary and proper clause of the US constitution: granting enforcement designed to carry into execution “all appropriate means that are conducive to the end to be accomplished” by those entrusted with our democracy. None are more so entrusted than the people themselves! And negligence per se: “the failure to exercise that degree of care which a person of ordinary prudence would exercise under the same conditions” ....against unreasonable risk of harm. The failure of duty, the refusal of possibilities so intrinsically necessary to our future; that they are impossible to ignore.
Thereby constructing an “antitrust class action”, YOU FAILED US/ against all appropriate members of governmental leadership, and media: in this state and nation.
The elemental resources, apart from planet and nature; “endangered” are:
1. The amount of oxygen we burn, and use; is greater than the amount of oxygen this planet is able to produce. The ozone layer which does represent stored oxygen from the beginning of life on earth; is nearly gone.
2. The amount of drinking water being subjected to non-returnable uses, and poisoning; is extreme. The state of IL water survey scientists state: only one inch of rainfall per fifty inches of rain will return to the aquifer; even on permeable soils.
3. The end of antibiotic protections/ the arrival of “superbugs”; diseases without a cure. Are fundamentally the end of close confinement livestock operations/ as these are known incubators of disease, and cannot function without antibiotics. Thereby that source of food, is ultimately in danger of complete collapse/ without any possibility for time to rebuild; because of massive human populations.
4. The end of antibiotic protections for humanity, means: even simply surgeries will then be subject to extreme risk, as even the slightest wound can lead to death.
5. The end of insects by genetic mutilation and chemical consequences; is the elimination of “billions of tons of food” for a wide variety of life. Is the end of diversity in plants, fruits, vegetables, trees, fish in rivers and streams; all aquatic life, and more than you can imagine. Because they are an intricate part of the chain, that keeps life alive.
6. The end of forests, as reported to be over 80% of all trees on this planet just a few decades ago. Does have extreme consequences to our future, and every life dependent.
7. The end of fishing in the seas; is a horrible collapse going on right now/ led by, the factory trawler which takes every “prey fish” in a colony at sea; and devours it, leaving nothing behind for “next years crop”. Ending predator fish as well/ because they have nothing to eat.
8. The introduction of all forms of disease into the ocean by current methods of caged farming; will have very serious consequences.
9. The over-population of humanity, means cannibalism is coming/ and war.
10. Chemical agriculture is a poisoning beyond the billions of tons poured out onto the ground. Entire coastlines ravaged of life. That also includes the costs of mining/ production/ and all aspects which then include the potential for allergens, the collapse of sustainable life, the inherent risk of seeds reduced to a very singular identity opening up the possibility for an entire plant species to be lost to disease; and more.
11. Climate change, as proven by the loss of ice around the world; NOT just here/ but changes that affect such things in the beginning as the loss of production: a base food source for the ocean life begins on the bottom of that ice. Accelerates as ice disappears to increased wind velocities around the world. And achieves the critical reality; as is proven by your glass of ice water, (once the ice is gone/ it won’t take long for an endless heat to take over).
12. Resource production that strips this world of a future for work, by destroying the very things that provide our ability to work, and survive. Just to play, or survive today. Ends the future. As is consistent with a desert, filled with garbage, and its coming disease.
This moratorium
calls upon the court; and all leadership and sanity possible: TO DEMAND, PROVE WHAT HAPPENS, when we lose the foundations upon which our future depends. Prove what it means, to be wrong/ and not sustain, or choose for LIFE ON THIS PLANET, must come first. Then let the people decide for themselves.
MAKE THESE FAILURES, become visible! Make these realities of our future by clarity and certainty understood. Thereby: we the people, shall understand the consequences: AND have our say! BY VOTE. Let the world, so choose as well. This is about every living thing/ as there is no going back, once the collapse of everything we depend upon occurs.
The law says: YOU CANNOT “play russian roulette”, with every life on earth. There is NO, GOING BACK!
It conceives of MURDER! Against this entire state and nation!
Every life on this planet. That is a legal fact.
It is terrorism, plain and simple.
