These actions which establish a legal recourse, to the critical & fundamental threats that exist within our lives in this day, ARE hereby submitted, as a distinct demand; a lawsuit substantiating inherent rights, guarantees, and duties. As applied by Constitutional documents; and as such are immune from monetary infringements of the court, or interventions by the government. These actions are AN INALIENABLE RIGHT, due to the travesty which we do fine ourselves facing! That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…/ That all power is vested in and consequently derived from the people; that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them./ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press; or the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES. The method I choose to peaceably assemble the people to petition the government IS MY LEGAL RIGHT, and it cannot be absolved/ this is the basis and foundation of this government/ and no man or set of men, are entitled to exclusive or separate emoluments or privileges from the community. YOU must help me, by the clear and certain demand of the Declaration of Independence "that whenever any form of government become destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter..it" Do you accept the DUTY of your office/ OR ARE YOU A TRAITOR?
This lawsuit asserts a life or death decision exists for each one of us, and demonstrates a resource for the resolution of these matters, it is YOUR understanding, of the critical knowledge necessary, to establish and contain or remove these threats. That will , determine the outcome.
My participation is exhibited by personal involvement, personal definitions, & the fundamental demand for constitutional rights. It is up to you, to acknowledge and accept your opportunity as created herein/ it is up to you, to defend your world, your life, and your family and friends, as best you can OR turn away "too scared" to be involved, too greedy to accept your responsibility, or just "too smart" to care about your own life and world.
DUTY is the critical difference between accepting the warnings are true, rejecting the warnings without listening, OR "STANDING UP" and believing that there ARE "some things" more important, by the intensity of the consequences, than simply "breathing in your own secluded little self"!

I am a plain man, no frills, no accessories; and I have no personal designs upon you, at all. This is about life or death, and the decisions you must make to survive. The realities which concern us all/ rather than are specific & personal to me only, DO as the evidence creates, and wrongs unfold; encompass the world as survival or extinction! This dramatic phrase is nothing less than true, and the words presented herein DO define a predictable set of circumstances, by the evidence/ these support a specific conclusion. It cannot be said your actions shall not affect us both, therefore I choose to do my part, as a duty to inform and participate. Whatsoever you do choose, IS therefore your own decision. As I have done, with this lawsuit, the extent of my duty to you, is to participate in YOUR efforts, not simply mine. Therefore, according to your own decisions, this case becomes your own,/ beyond what is personal to me! IF you as a people, a society prove you do not want it/ THEN, the judge shall indeed throw it out, and I shall let him or her/ it shall disappear as if it had never been/ CHOOSE, and accept the consequences of your choice?
May you understand, may you truly decide, & may you reap the realities, according to the decisions which you shall make/ whether you participate or not, that too is a decision, your decision!
The requirement of understanding, allows the following statement as a presentation of simply knowledge as is also presented due to the importance of these your decisions. YOU must, apply wisdom to the realities herein, and by your answer determine the fate of life on earth. THIS is the decision!
In life's simplest moments, the pleasure and passion of a shared experience, represents a journey refined by hope. Therefore hope exhibits, "the construction materials" that exist for the building of a life. Hope is the integrity of your own self-respect; hope is the value you have placed upon your future. Life is a definition of design, a relationship of "architecture and art and trust", and hope is the owner of the outcome. Hope is recognized thereby NOT as an environment, NOT as an engineer, but more simply as the wishes which are transmitted into actions and do establish life in the certainty of greed and lust, or the honor of a miracle: that GOD does care about you and me!
Humanity looks to god as hope, as a "wishing well, a servant to do your bidding"/ this is absolutely not true. Self-respect does not allow such things. Rather love does answer as the fulfillment of true needs and respect says, "this relationship can only be as something we share."
The question presented called self-respect:
This is the examination of rights & possibilities, that explain a relationship between things taken and the existence of things given. The consequence of fundamentally altering (by whatever method) environments/ becomes a relationship with that environment. It is this relationship that expresses responsibilities and thereby refines life, within the destinies of DUTY and its constant companion HONOR. The critical conception of self, then identifies the actual content of duty & honor, and describes wisdom as the functioning decision of myself. This critical realization of respect, assembles the needs of any specific environment and understands the reality, and as a consequence indemnifies any participant as either an enemy or a friend. Self-respect may then be assigned to, the critical examination of TRUST. The environment assembles KNOWLEDGE, as the direct participation in action/ reaction events; critically confirming the identity as fundamental loss or gain. Wisdom assigns value, understanding creates blame; thereby the foundation of the human environment (or any other environment) is presented with an expressed demand (a choice): the demand is harmony, the choice is "live or die".
It is assembled by the definitions of love, that reality assumes an existence of perfection. That love means without loss, that life means "examined no more". Trust is the expression of experiences, the places & the past which reveal, rather than examine/ the courage and honesty that establish rather than measure. Love as human experience exists within the certainty of failures, the measurements of worth, & the hope of more. Love therefore as a TRUE relationship must do more than this. Perfection is a measurement/ therefore it cannot be assigned, as a part of love. True love exists as a relationship created by order and refined by discipline/ more simply, when 2 or more people choose to love each other, they choose to build a life together/ they do choose to be disciplined in the method of that building & the manner of trust, as it forms the integral needs which BIND us together. If we as humans had no need for each other, "would we experience love?" The answer is no, we would live without intensity and as a consequence, without the necessary framework for creating an environment for our lives together. Therefore NEEDS are a crucial development, truly expanding our lives from the simplicity of self, to the boundaries of "new & different worlds"/ the people and places and realities of our lives.
This is said in the extrapolation of needs as presented in this lawsuit, to an understanding of human relationships. That as we work together in discipline, for the purposes of order, there will be rewards (peace, life, happiness, hope, kindness, and many more). Love cannot be perfect here on earth; do not ask it to be! SIMPLY remember you are the architect, you are the designer, you are the builder, and you honor or hate yourselves by the things you choose.
The decision of this day more simply, is: love and respect are the relationships which conceive life, by creating the expression of hope, that becomes an experience of trust, and then a relationship of critical bonds. To be isolated from this means you have chosen to reject the others, chosen to confine the existence of yourself to the dimensions of a "single self", chosen to hide from experience and expressions which can make you "whole". ACCEPT YOUR LIFE, as the blessing it truly is/ not the burden others would make it to be. How could you not be a miracle/ How could the life within you NOT be "the greatest treasure in all the universe". Work here, and the miracle shall encompass you, as the reality which truth creates; IF this does not come true/ then the world dies, and YOU shall "come home, into the love which has waited for you from your beginning."
GOD your CREATOR is always near, even if there are no others. Simplicity says: to believe you are more than a "random accident" does mean GOD has given you LIFE! To be whole means simply; to be more than myself, this is not a definition of self/ but rather a reality with self, a dimension instead of an existence.
We are alive because of love, we will die without love, as a world/ respect understands this lesson. Therefore the true question is more than life or death/ it is asking " will you accept the relationship between love & respect & life," OR will you reject the environment created by need, to become an existence removed from life, a measurement of the consequences of greed, lust, power, & selfishness.
ONLY the truth will matter, and you shall choose.
TRUE LOVE, is a relationship conceived by your SOUL!
The "battleground" defined here is: Each of these matters of true social concern, cannot be proven, "until the day you are dying, and there is no turning back"! This means to be wrong, means to be dead/ A gambler always fails.
The evidence therefore is set within the framework of a trial, YOU are the jury/ and the "mass murderer" shall either walk away or be controlled, & punished by YOUR OWN verdict. ALL LIFE ON EARTH, by the reality of TOOLS for the purpose, has become under the control of humanity. Therefore the definitions of these tools, the reality of these humans, & the consequence of error, all point to the decision: WE MUST fight for our lives, to wait further, is to die.
READ AND DECIDE!
You are instructed, to identify the meaning your life gives, to your identity! In so doing 4 developments shall occur: the expression of life/ the experience of life/ the hope of life/ & the love expressed as your soul, participating in life with you! These questions do not exist as answers of the mind, instead they describe the answers of the "Heart", and the places inside that BUILD a relationship completed as the destinies of a SOUL! The questions of mind & intellect explain, "mass, energy, & time"; these represent our experience, in the cradle of emotion, as the explanations which justify the "moments of our life". The heart ,as a description of every need, every dependency, every decision beyond the recognition of emotion which becomes our own true tears, our own true desire for life, and our own contribution to life sustains these moments for us, through honest RESPECT for life! The SOUL is different than each of these, describing mind & heart as insufficient to the experience "I AM ALIVE", as incomplete to the expression, "I AM LOVED", and as insignificant to the honest possibilities and opportunities that being alive clearly means. Destinies appear from our encounter with soul; the definitions of life confront the boundary of our knowledge and ask: WHY am I here/ Where am I, that an influence exists upon my relationship with life, as different than simply self/ How did I become separated from the VERY SIMPLE explanations of mind & body? These are the beginnings of THOUGHT, as it assembles the places that shall be known. The relationship with these things described is HUMILITY, because pride simply CANNOT come!
Our journey of courage (all who accept it) assigns to each one, the RULE "love thy neighbor, and DO NOT for any reason (apart from being violently attacked) do anyone harm"! The second part exists within the dimension called "BUT WHY"? A dimension explains that there are (at least) 3 sides to every equation of interaction, (yours, mine, and environment) and then reveals a 4th reality, that "small & seemingly insignificant seeds" participate in very unexpected ways. This first place, is then the lessons of examination & the expressions of mind, heart, & motion! The second journey is the creation of HONOR, through the honesty of reality. This journey places our existence within the experience of turmoil, and creates our beginning, through the knowledge & certainty of clear & appropriate facts: that LIFE is more than this body & mind, that our experience demonstrates without doubt, the creation of these bodies, this life is simply too complex for us/ or any other basic fact attributable to this earth, or its history. This is the second place. The third journey assembles the messages of HOPE, by asking the question: "Who am I, Who gave me these wonderful gifts"? Understanding responds by remembering the differences in our relationship with the 4 directions of life: they are body/ mind/ motion/ & the "seed" called thought! The influence of wisdom confronts the 3 destinies of SIMPLE truth and responds: I AM/ this is the birth of an identity! The creation of wisdom influenced by thought is then the third place. The fourth journey is like no other, as it journeys beyond the definitions which are human/ the boundaries which are distinct/ and encounters the "spiritual existence of our own purpose". Purpose means "to graduate, beyond the identity of self : and identify the existence of your own truths. The spiritual reality of destinies created beyond time, is then the fourth place.
The remaining journeys can ONLY be described by your
CREATOR!
HE, builds, and you accept, until the "day" in which you say NO I don't wish to do so, THIS is your place "in heaven". This is NOT a reward! This is the destination which you have chosen!
Love is more simply understood in the following way:
Love as it appreciates from loneliness (the boundaries of simple self) into "a new and very different Identity called life rather than self", begins without our knowledge/ therefore without our design. Love EXPRESSES OUR FREEDOM in the definitions cherished as JOY! Love consecrates the "4 dimensions" of the soul with RESPECT for the HAPPINESS of our presence as life! Love begins our presence "in the spirit" as the LIBERTY to choose, our own place "in heaven".
SPIRIT means a relationship with GOD! EXISTS ETERNALLY.
These words of this document, then exist as a journey in themselves, participating in the dimensions of your mind. The destination is represented by life or death/ by the messages which they translate to you. The journey is then: to discover & translate your participation as life or, as the death approaching from every side. AND then, to discover and RESPECT OUR SAVIOR JESUS!!!!!!!!
Who is translated in history, "as the EVIDENCE" which could NOT be denied, and you shall choose.
YOU SHALL NOT LIE
Whatever is true, determines the fate of ALL LIFE! good or bad, you decide!
DO remember this; that when you know for sure the end is here, it is TOO LATE! FAITH is a demand, not an option! Because it is your participation in the wondrous gift of life to come! Questions still exist, as to the transformation from body to soul, & from soul to eternal. Thought itself is the foundation of these truths/ therefore IF you do truly believe, "that a soul exists inside of you", then simply accept, a SOUL can become eternal. IF you do not believe in a soul (a place created by your relationship to GOD ), then simply assess the reality of your existence to the rocks beneath your feet/ and ask HOW did life begin? It is "LESS of a MIRACLE" to believe in eternity/ than it is to believe the rock, created your life. YOU do know that life is a truth! Therefore Eternity, shall also be true, because you do not possess ANY evidence beyond death, to prove this is not so! Death is the end of time/ LIFE is the reality of thought! The evidence CLEARLY indicates thought preceded the (body of time/ called human). Therefore thought is NOT chained to body or time, but an experience created without measure or boundary.
6 BILLION "elements" all very specific to ORDER/ ALL intensely DISCIPLINED, as the genetic structure of life CANNOT BE WRONG! THOUGHT CAME FIRST! Eternity is calling for you!
