Finding ideas

Chapter 1 Recognizing reality. The functional truth about Fukushima is: that fuel rods overheating are producing considerable radiation regardless what you are being told. The critical truth about fuel rods uncovered and overheating made out of plutonium is simply “very serious”. There is still no mobile crane, holding multiple lines; aiding water dumping on these sites. There are no secondary liners or means of entrapping water beyond the simple pools constructed, and if there are fires underneath in a raised platform there is deterioration of the structure holding those fuel rod pools, and that means when they are finally filled back up with water the pools are likely to completely break apart, because there is no functioning support everywhere, anymore. All are absolute design flaws/ established simply for ease of operation rather than safety. Additionally there are no safe drainage beyond the land, such as plastic upon which the water can flow into the sea. [the sea must be sacrificed, there is no choice, and it will recover eventually]. Which means there is substantial radioactive water drainage into the ground to contaminate any ground water that is within reach; dependent upon any aquifer structure that is there, or access to the cracks and fissures that do collect drinking water for people the entire subterranean water supply can be destroyed. Because radiation on the inside, cannot be gotten back out with any real success. If they dump sand and concrete etc on the fuel rods/ that radiation cannot be collected to mitigate the trouble for centuries without removing that material. Once the fuel rods have melted into a glass, they become less hazardous once cooled. But spent fuel rods are not going to heat sufficiently to melt/ and that means they will radiate for a very long time. They do need to be collected; camera’s and robots; a crane overhead; operated from afar. Holding two cables. One for a container/ one through the middle of the container so as to safely pull the fuel rod into the container; a simple spring loaded door closes the container. The central cable lowers a hook to gather the fuel rods independently and pull them up into a safety container for transport. Once loaded onto a truck driven by gps; common agricultural equipment already in production here in america will do it. Another crane loads the containers into a barge to be towed over the mariana’s trench (deepest part of the ocean). Where these will be laid to rest forever. Constant flooding with water until collected/ plutonium first. Statement exists that they have drilled a hole in the primary containment vessel of the reactor itself; which means very simply they do expect it to explode without this measure. That means all hope of stopping the reaction prior to meltdown is over/ or so extremely small now, that it functionally does not exist. Thereby the hole means it has no more water/ or there will be a spike in radioactivity as steam is released. No great spike/ no more water. Therefore the reactor itself will soon melt, and if left unattended, that melt will fall into the earth until it hits rock, and continues on down until the reaction stops; hard to say how long/ but ANY relationship to water under the earth means an entire nation lost. Even the reactor that was not running is in trouble, because without water inside it can regain its heat, just like the pools. Once the reactor core has melted through its primary containment, it is less reactive as a glass which means it can potentially be cut into smaller pieces for collection by explosive. HOWEVER that is risky, at best/ but so long as a nuclear chain event does not take place; it’s a small explosion, or several small explosions on top of nuclear melt that is sufficient to break it apart. Again camera’s and cranes collect, water constantly from crane supported numerous fire hoses, aided by camera and infra red to understand where. The expected cooling from pumps re-supplied with electricity are going to move water from under the earth, because that is what they were using prior to catastrophe/ which means water is there. That should be stopped as soon as possible in favor of sea water/ simply to avoid water contamination as much as possible. If you cover them up like Chernobyl, you get the same result as Chernobyl; a dead earth for centuries. But if you do not control the radiation with constant high volumes of sea water/ and appropriate drainage back out to sea: it will irradiate everything. So the choice is either get the necessary equipment in place immediately to do high volume water, and then removal/ or at least cover the reactors up with something. The nuclear melt will be lost most likely to the earth; that could be radioactive for centuries, it all depends upon the aquifers or water supply contamination whether this is “the best you can do”. Cover the fuel rods up only with sand ( something that can be sucked out)/ because they will need to be removed at some point soon; unless the entire area is abandoned forever. Just like the oil spill in the gulf of Mexico/ it is impossible to get information to the people in most need. If I had considered it sooner: there are actual Japanese contingents of people in University settings that would have allowed some access. Too late now; arrogance or fear will believe whatever arrogance wants to believe. Still, you might try; can’t never tell where help will come from, or who will deliver it. As to evacuation: the reality is, these people have only two choices: try to stay, or try to leave. It is that simple. If the children have a safe place to go/ let them find safety. Demand from the government or power plant official the money necessary. Do it as a group. But remember this, there is a high cost to either choice. Living in a foreign land, is not easy/ moving millions of people without significant resources to another country WILL be “frowned upon”. Its not easy, simple as that; but it is a forced choice. These realities of man-made university disaster; are choices made! These realities in failure of design and primarily money driven choices; cannot be avoided, its life or death for a nation; like it, or not. In the end Geiger counters/ robots/ vacuums and diggers MUST be used to collect what is on the ground, after this is done. The water can be filtered to some extent; regardless of cost. Containment must be applied to every form of rainfall runoff to collect and separate the radioactive materials. Concentrated down, and stored in a sea worthy barge they can then be disposed of again in the Mariana’s trench. It is, the best place possible; regardless of the fact; “should never have happened”. There is only one lesson to be learned here: when the university gambles & plays, “its forever”/ or at a very high cost to life on earth. I do wish it were not so/ but wishing is for children; reality is for life. Consequently understand this: gambles with every single aspect of life/ living/nature/ environment/ ecology/ planet/ and more HAVE INVADED all our lives, threatening to exterminate an entire world. Either stand up for life, or die; it’s a choice. But like here in Fukushima; once it turns against you, the “religious witch doctors of university” can’t do a thing; same for business or government employees. Is that not true!


The best method for pumping water into a two story building is to simply take a hose, with several styles of hooks attached to the end; with a helicopter at high altitude or boom of some sort and a camera: so you can tell what you are doing. And lay the hose at a suitable place. But it must be a thick suction type hose , preferably with metal cladding if fire is involved/ it must be steel over the edge of the roof, with a common fire hose down. There is also the method of putting a pump in the helicopter bucket with spray bombs attached. Run it with either a battery or a generator. The hose and hooks is far better, because that limits the time of radiation. You also need a fuel tanker hooked up with hoses to supply any diesel motor; with fuel so they don’t run out. After twenty hours of running those machines may or may not need a gallon of oil; you must watch/ or preferably the people who commonly run the machines should know about how much oil is required and when. a pendelum swing with a long hose and a pointed end will punch through most siding, if you miss the main members. with a nation at stake, it is important to try. a boom truck is the simple solution/ a mobile crane is capable of putting several hoses in place at once. Just for the sake of saying it; as it is clearly needed in all the old and new nuclear machines: the reality of consequences being known to exist includes the separation of water into hydrogen and oxygen. Clearly fuel components. The release of steam from reactors is held to the last minute if not too late, because the release of radioactive materials is a bad thing. But that in and of itself in comparison to other consequences is a minimal threat. Thereby we know, that it is fundamentally necessary to incorporate a turbine engine and pump combination to use the hydrogen and turn the pump whenever catastrophe looms. Potentially adding a generator, which can be discarded if that seems appropriate. That means an arrangement of suitable valves on the reactor to establish control over the venting/ that means there is always water pumping available, because the process creates its own fuel, and as long as the turbine functions/ the dam don’t break/ piping don’t burst or get broken; etc, there will be pumping capacity enough. PLUS all other backups as is necessary: DON’T just depend on this one. The obvious arrangement requires a pool from which the turbine shall drain water, and a suitable pond created above the turbine so as to drain by gravity into the pool. With enough water to insure all cooling that is necessary will occur. The exhaust should be directed into a shower of water as it leaves the piping/ being collected in the most suitable method possible. Secondary methods of water introduction are also required. Which would include spray nozzles within the reactor in new arrangements to use less water if necessary: they are not opened unless needed/ and will result in substantial steaming/ which must be released. However if you lose all other forms of cooling, they will help breach the gap for a time. Spray nozzles in the containment dome to use in case of breeching/ as a means of flooding the exterior of the reactor chamber for cooling with minimal resources. Some chemicals are suitable for absorbing heat such as sulphur/ but come with their own set of problems. All reactors must be placed upon a pedestal base/ which allows for what looks like a “lemon squeeze” base to be installed in case of a meltdown to automatically divide and separate the material into smaller pieces. With containers located at the drain of this “lemon squeeze base” to collect the melt. These can then be dealt with separately; by pulling them into separate water or chemical containers which will act as heat exchanger’s. Even so the proper method is to remove the danger by applying only small reactors which you can easily operate without extreme danger; located in cities/ because that, is where you use the electricity, and will gain because of the hot water. These reactors shall be small enough and fitted accordingly to be carried away by truck connecting to a self contained trailer; if it is absolutely necessary; although this is an unlikely rescue. The introduction of salts and other types of chemicals should be safe enough in several separated chambers to buy the time required. When all else has failed/ the purpose being, to find coolant, which means appropriate piping is included. When its small enough, other measures can be enforced to collect radiation. Many will laugh, particularly the industry; saying small is worthless/ however the reality is: that some say 60% of all electricity generated is lost to transmission: which means set where it is needed; you need less than half the current size, to do the very same job. The proper energy plan begins with: “SUPER” INSULATE EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY. There is no other of substance that will help nearly as much. That plan, along with the collection of hot water, created by installing piping in attics or the like: because the sun does create millions of BTU’S in every attic. Establishes two primary methods of fossil energy, and pollution reduction: solar pumps will move it for collection purposes. Implemented immediately in Japan/ IF they do not end up abandoning the entire nation. Compliance is as simple as stating: fuels will be rationed above a limit finds true insulation is not here. This WILL do the most good, in getting back to normal/ with the power generating capacities that are left. The wood, etc; that is not useable for recycling can be burned in a coal plant for electricity. KEEP what you can. If you need heat: why don’t you burn it in controlled areas? It will help for awhile/ once you get it started keep it going; as you will cook, etc. The struggle to resupply areas is best done with sea barges/ create a little depression in the shore whereby the barge can be pushed in. Therefrom a massive amount of materials can be quickly and simply moved from one spot to wherever it is needed. They can simply be exchanged when empty. But do anchor them in some form or fashion, and add an articulating boom if you can. Cable it in/ put a large base on it with weight. When asking the question: WHY are there large movements in this “ring of fire” today? The answer is simply: we have been adding tremendous new weight in the form of ice melting around the world. Add it up/ it matters. Yes, that does spell similar disasters to come. It’s the choice you made. A twenty five foot sea wall/ won’t even come close. One hundred foot waves are known to exist. Where will the water go, as it is forced up? The evidence suggests that a large portion of earth can simply “slide into the sea”. How much and how far, determines the tsunami/ not necessarily an earthquake, just a slip/ made more likely from the shifting that has already occurred. That displacement, at its worse configuration determines the level of water that will re-surge back onto the shore. In america the east shore is no better prepared: because the evidence proves an island mass can easily slip into the sea. It is time to remove that mass, and make it survivable/ by simply using bull dozers. It’s a choice, the island that can slip causing complete catastrophe/ or the people. That leaves the question: how to survive along the coast? Because clearly the destruction in Japan proves how vulnerable you are. There are issues to be raised as to a partial draining of the oceans, into large below sea level depressions/ but that too raises an influence upon tectonic plates; although it would help. There is the demand to do something about melting glaciers/ which must be met with the simple truth; this is what you chose/ got to do the work, want to or not. That work is again: put bulldozers on the surface of the glacier and fill the gaps/ level the surface and close the holes so that sunlight will do less damage than in the past. There is also a need to pump water from beneath antarctica and spray it onto the surface to level that and create a depression from the water that is removed; if in fact liquid water exists below. It probably does, which adds an entirely different scenario to predicting the future of ice above. Probably doesn’t need a pump/ but it will need a heater to keep the water flowing; that relies primarily on a wind turbine with battery backup. The issues on the coast itself are simple ones: if its too dangerous to leave this in place/ then move it. If you want a place to evacuate too/ then you have to create one: because getting in a car, where you must drive several miles before you rise above at least fifty feet above sea level will not work. People panic. A simple scaffolding, surrounded by, or built on top of; a heavy concrete wall to inhibit debris from knocking this down. Is as cheap as it gets. Its your neighborhood/ do what you want/ but accept the price either way. If you want to be prepared better/ then prepare wells that can be pumped by hand at the top of these/ and locked rooms whereby simple food can be stored. Just don’t forget to leave room for the people. If you are concerned with your own losses/ then don’t own a large house, or a car. The construction of housing not already in place near the sea would be best off if it were entirely concrete walls/ thereby taking some of the force out of these waves, to lessen the impact on buildings behind. If you were to be fully prepared these would include housing spaced at distances that can be closed by wall segments suited to the purpose, and simply swung out/ or slid over; from the buildings for immediate deployment; cylinders powered by air or oil are the fastest means. And the machines necessary to do that are cheap/ thereby the entire neighborhood can be automatic. “Its all about just how prepared you are willing to be”/ but remember when the fence ends/ the water turns. Small tsunamis can be directed, if you have made arrangements prior to. Again; you can have an initial very cheap warning by simple sump pump (out from shore) style switches turning on as the sea travels out beyond the normal amount. Each switch adds a new horn, thereby indicating the severity of what is coming. These are not hard concepts; just remove your university leaders/ and take over so the job gets done. Take their salaries, and pay yourselves to get it done. Apart from putting yourselves or your children in horrendous debt/ what have they really done for life on earth? The answer is not much/ apart from growing threats. Make them earn a living, for a change. Just the sign of a new reality. The difference between work and play, is what you accomplish that did make a difference for life/ NOT against it. Forcing everyone to believe, you are nothing/ and we will make you a slave unless you have our diploma: IS NOT making a difference as a blessing to life. As is obvious on so many levels its pathetic; you, the university; just plain failed. Corrections must be made.

By the size and shape of the explosive cloud the number two reactor has breeched the containment vessel. Probably at piping hookups. This is most likely due to the reality of diesel pumps as in fire engines needing refueling that failed to be on time. No one likes to do it, when being exposed to radiation/ therefore they do not get filled properly and they are allowed to run until the last possible minute before being filled again. That means one or more quits/ therefore the water stops flowing. That ends with the reality unlike gas engines/ diesels require pump ups and new fuel filters to restart them; giving substantial down time, even if you have the parts on hand and know what to do. Thereby the fuel rods are uncovered/ they get too hot, and the reintroduction of water flashes to steam immediately. Anything over 800 degrees Fahrenheit results in a massive increase in pressure. That becomes then an inescapable explosion dependent upon the ability to vent fast enough. Those who failed to keep the machines running, would believe must hurry and get as much water on the fuel rods as possible quickly/ which then becomes an inescapable pressure increase that destroys the vessel or part thereof. Now, they are faced with the inescapable conclusion of radioactive water in massive amounts, assuming it can be continued at all. With an extreme amount of “luck”/ they can continue to cool it; probably not. Which will then become what happens when the heat cannot be contained anymore. The only hope for effective intervention is to apply more water as it becomes possible to do/ the water can seep into places concrete cannot. Or more simply you need many more trucks and pumps to flood the entire area, as best you can. With a direct intent to flush the radioactive waste out to sea. Without true preparations prior to these moments, it is the only option. The unfortunate reality of construction if it really goes bad, limits the possibilities of intervention. Extremely unlikely that cooling veins have been implanted into the concrete beneath the reactor to aid in cooling there/ can’t work in the area. That leaves you with the potential of dynamite or other as an opportunity to disperse or dismantle the nuclear fuel rods, and separate the mass into a larger area, so as to dissipate the heat into more manageable sizes. My own very limited understanding is this will not cause a nuclear explosion: I leave it to your “experts” to decide. this applies only to a situation wherein the fuel rods have melted. The question is not, is it a good idea/ that has pasted. The question is what can be done in a worst case scenario; in a containment dome with a minimum of explosive. When all else has failed. Once the reactor vessel has melted through/ it will open with a small explosion. Thereby a focused blast. Once inside a smaller amount of explosive prepared for the purpose separates the nuclear fuel. It remains hot/ but smaller pieces, do less damage, and are more easily flooded to cool. As to radioactive leakage, this should not cause any real greater damage than is already occurring. You will need a robot to deliver the bomb; such as is the honda version. Good luck/ consider it if you must. If you dare, a ship with a large pump and oil piping, or some other hose or several hoses together would be best. The thing that is better here than chernobyl is containment. The thing that is worse here than chernobyl is containment/ because you have no access to the root problem which is to stop the heating process. Chernobyl was open, just dump in concrete. You have no such option here, thereby know that unless you can truly flood the nuclear materials, they will sink deep/ if there is no water table, that may even be best. However if you believe that is not best/ then know that to get to the nuclear material, you must have an exit point, and without separating the mass into pieces that are more manageable; it is unlikely you will get it stopped. Once it hits the soil, the speed of descent, will multiply. MORE WATER NOW. Find more pumps; inside/ outside/ create a drain to the sea. Just do the best you can, because that is all that is left.

The need to create a viable link, by which all members of society and this world can communicate for the purposes of finding a solution to our most desperate and immediate problems is absolutely necessary.
The problem is: that too many people believe they know an answer, when in fact it is not/ that goes for university professors, housewives, and every other member of society.  Sometimes “the bum on the street” has the answer or its first clue/ sometimes the professor, and sometimes a group, or anywhere in between.   Consequently what is necessary is a link that sorts these ideas into the various multiples that will be identified.  Or more simply: the real issue is, “how do we separate every idea into a compilation of, five thousand ideas suggest idea A/   while five hundred ideas presented suggest idea B/ and then ideas that are actually different than the rest.” 
The mathematical formulas are already in place, as is consistent with google and other search engines which simply count words that are the same/ or look for sentences that are consistent with something specific.  This is very little different/ therefore it should be simple to actually instigate;  dependent upon software costs and appropriate changes.


The end result is intended to be:   that every actual idea must be presented in short and specific forms; every idea that is essentially the same, must be separated into its various component suggestions or compilations; so as to understand the details trying to be explained.  That leaves us all with a “short list” of variables, from which the rest can choose.  That provides us all with the means to achieve an opportunity to work for the best we can do, for each other.  In all situations that must be dealt with/ as soon as possible.
The summary is then to achieve and recognize every idea, as soon as possible by separating thousands of ideas into the concentration of words, that identifies the actual idea/ rather than the separation of participants.  Adding numbers to every idea that comes in can identify the participant if you want that.
But the purpose here is for an idea, not a name.  The only way to do that, is by separating everything not necessary to an understanding of the idea itself.  To aid in that accomplishment, there must be steps that form a pyramid down.  Adding words as you go.  Or more simply we begin with a category;   such as nuclear meltdown.   Then in an alternate color category we need descriptions from the source trouble; such as “pumps engines  are flooded; and can’t be used”.  Then a third category for questions from the public at large, which must also be separated into base categories: BUT LIMITED TO twenty five words or less/ so as to clarify and identify the actual questions.


These three categories, separate out into distinct area’s which require answers such as   what can be done for the engines;   which is then broken down into fuel damage/ mounting damage/ water contamination/ oil trouble/ piping displacement/ electrical needs/ etc.  While the pump is broken down into the respective categories of what can be used/ what are the options for hooking alternate pumps such as would be a fire engine (transportable pump) into the system/ where will the water be pumped from/ how to hook up alternate pumps in a hurry/ is there valving that can be used/ what are the debris problems, causing suction trouble/ is there a need for hose/ can water be directly pumped onto the housing, for immediate concerns, while alternatives are worked on/ what are the human needs, such as for self containment air packs/ etc.
The question then arises in the alternative to critical cooling: which is to simply lift the fuel rods out of the vessel/ before they destroy the nuclear fuel and cause it to melt.  Which breaks down into critical radiation consequences for the people/ but understands the reality if its not done. Is a massive  environment essentially destroyed.  The foundation of circumstances establishing meltdown are said to be in this order the fuel rods are too hot and cannot cool themselves/ therefore if cooling is lost the containment of fission causing elements are dropped into the nuclear fuel which then accelerates it until all is lost.  That leaves life with two distinct choices.  IF IT CANNOT be cooled/ THEN it enter melts the entire reactive chamber and kills the environment OR, the fuel rods must be pulled out, hot/ reactive/  and explosive or not.  Because far greater trouble will erupt if they are not.  These are not made to remove without shutting down the plant/ however in clear emergencies.  The methods of removal must incorporate the ability to extract these rods/ water loss or not.  Individually before they melt.  Moving them into the pools for immediate cooling/ and as quickly as possible moving them into the sea or alternate cooling chambers as best you can; because hot/ they cannot stay simply in a containment pool, you must replace the evaporate.  The basic material and structural means for pulling these fuel rods out, are all in place.  Handling them hot, is not/ but that must be improvised as best you can.  Even if you have to let them lay on the ground/ it is still better than a meltdown.


The need for concrete trucks/ conveyors/ supplies/ etc as will be absolutely necessary for stopping the reaction after a meltdown MUST be working to get into place RIGHT NOW.

The reality of back feeding these plants with electricity is critically necessary. Pull every potential problem fuse or station/ and if the wires are down: stretch another wire across common vehicles lined up to clear the ground, with the wire; the tires will offer some resistence/ use fiberglass cloth on the roofs, or glass insulators/ screwing on barriers to keep the wire on the car/ and pull it as tight as necessary. Lower the voltage until it works, you only need to run the pumps that are required. Run several wires on the cars but only the phases necessary. Just get the vehicles wherever you find them/ trucks over ditches or long expanses for height. Post guards to keep the people away. Do it now. It is likely there are irrigation pumps somewhere close by; strip them out/ use portable generators if you must: the fast way to find the right phase for multiplying them is to take a small wire such as will work for a fuse and touch the wire to wire with this fusing device. The wrong phase will immediately burn through the fuse/ the right phase will do nothing unless there is a load. So don’t load it until you know. Are there no manufacturers of dry ice available/ cool it down? Critical is critical. Take a boat/ train/ helicopter/ whatever you got; just take it. These plants are close to the sea/ can you run a tanker over there: because it has large pumps, and plenty of sea water. Can you get in tanker semi-trucks/ they have pumps and the means to transport water? Get bull dozers immediately to find a way; either for a road or to pull a truck.

The critical reality clearly obvious here is; as always/ these plants are failures of design in countless ways; and will continue to present life ending trouble until they are gone.  Nuclear power can be used/ but only in SMALL PLANTS/ preferably built under water so that there is never an issue of pumps and water supply.  Simply open the valve and the entire chamber is submerged with appropriate venting to create water flow.  Due to energy loss in transmission/ these need to be inside cities, with all the appropriate safety features that WILL WORK / so there is no more crisis. 

The elemental assessment of Japan, from a great distance with very little real information; at this moment in time is, “hopefully, they will not be like America”. Because in america, everything is thrown away. “Just go to the store and get new”. The planet cannot take any more of that. Which means all useable realities of resource must be assembled for reuse, recycling, and rebuilding. American’s have been fools in countless ways; I simply hope for better. The reality of monumental failure from all the university does; as is so clearly demonstrated here; is nothing compared to the creation of “atomic fire/ same as the sun here on earth; NIF” nothing compared to “the big bang” being established at CERN; and nothing compared to complete genetic breakdown, as is nature being crucified by genetic experiments across this world. The planet WILL NOT forgive you, and there will be no rebuilding anything from these; and more. This in Japan, by comparison is a minor nuisance. Elemental to the assessment of nuclear power is the truth of such extreme arrogance and insanity as is demonstrated by the construction of these plants; must be resolved for the future of us all. The horrendous failure, is a complete lack of respect. Instead of respect, as always “human reality is want/want/ want”. Or more simply, instead of multiple small reactors either separated or housed in a honeycomb design within the same facility so as to reduce and eliminate the probability of a horrible and catastrophic event as is constant with every nuclear plant built: because WE THE RICH AND POWERFUL AND PROUD, WANT TO SAY “I AM A DAMN god”; just like satan. So they build the most massive destructive bomb they can and say respect me; or I will destroy you; I am GREAT/ you are nothing. Look at what I control. It is absolutely insane. The future holds no probability that can simply dispense with nuclear power/ but the earth holds no possibility that it can survive any more of these events. The potential loss of an entire island nation is absolute evidence of what goes wrong with these current designs; ALL OF THEM hold the same catastrophic possibilities. Dividing up the reactor into small pieces separated and protected from each other, with a combined steam line or separate turbines and independent generators are absolutely essential. With all means of providing intervention already in place. Such as the necessary automatic valving/ piped deep into the earth to release radioactive hydrogen into the ground, if that event becomes necessary. Rather than the instantaneous release required today. The reality of piping in place the reality of blowout panels to direct an explosion as best you can. The facilities on the ground to contain or work with a meltdown. The necessary under- the radioactive vault” of a river system to direct water as needed in a worst case scenario. And so on, are all necessary fixtures. The reactors buried at a level where water can quickly be introduced by simple gravity flows, illustrate one form of opportunity that does not depend upon electricity. IF the site can be located above a spent oil field or the like, whereby radioactive water can be simply focused to a drain into that subterranean field; that would be best. Piping that goes through a reactor to establish some type of heat exchanger surface beyond what is current today may be useful. I have never studied the energy cycle (because it is obviously insane, in sizes where men believe they can pretend to be gods) in this fission cycle/ but it is obvious and real that fuel rods must be exchanged, and if they are required to control the cycle/ then they can be removed to end the cycle or this is an immanently dangerous method of generating electricity that can never be seriously considered as safe. Stop being so damn arrogant. Recognize, there is always hate in humanity that must be dealt with/ because if left alone they will try to destroy anything they can, even if its in “little pieces”. A secondary method of cooling the reactor is to change the fuel rod so as to incorporate an outer jacket/ whereby cooling water in fed directly into the fuel rod itself; when these go bad/ the very worst that can happen is as Chernobyl proved; a complete meltdown/ with explosion. But the second worst thing is an explosion which destroys the entire environment and puts a nation at risk. Thereby removing the explosion limits the risk to an entire nation. Steam must be release-able/ into a prepared area; preferably providing turbine propulsion for water pumping back onto the reactor. You have the water there/ you have the power to clearly run a turbine: put them together. The radioactivity must be dealt with later. The consequence of failure that is the large nuclear plant today, because of its size; cannot be redesigned/ it has to be replaced. That cannot happen fast enough. The reality is then, what can we do now; with machines that can only prove how arrogant, stupid, and insane men are? The single most productive thing we can do, is prepare more back up plans/ as is consistent with being prepared with enough pumping trucks that can be brought in; to take the place of failed generators. The second method is being able to direct a water supply past a turbine so as to open the gate and create electricity or direct pumping. That can be done with a dam/ that can be done with a pond that has access to a lower relief such as a river, or subterranean cavern or cave; through piping though a turbine, and so on. If you have a hill/ you can establish a “train weight” at the top of the hill and let it pull a cable to generate immediate power as gravity pulls it down; that will not last long; but it will grant a nearly immediate last energy source. There are simple design devices that allow a wobbling lever to throw a bigger switch/ thereby shutting down all large gas lines in an earthquake; why are they not in use? The same is true of water lines/ because breakage simply dumps all the water, that will be needed. Roadways in earthquake zones are again, MORE suited to a suspension style, than any other. Because it is not in contact with the ground. They can be built easily and raised. Pyramidal support towers, on sliding surfaces at the ground level will help. Large buildings need their structural elements; particularly anchor points, easily visible either inside or out; so as to know quickly the initial assessment. With fast repairs then possible. The fastest method of rebuilding is not helpful for long. That means people must be forced into smaller living spaces to accommodate true need/ whether they like it or not. Birth control methods MUST BE easily available with all people participating; because that is how it is for now. Using the laser method previously described will help you determine an earthquake or volcano. Just do it. That method is again, a deep hole drilled into the earth in the proper place. With a mirror or a laser at the bottom of the hole supported on three “supports” made out of different materials. So that any heat change will be recognizable because a thousandth of a degree in heat change will be noted by movement in the laser beam. Mirrors within the pipe adapt the laser light to a focal point you can use. The question of money is simple: don’t let the rich or powerful take it. Redistribute their claim of power, back to yourselves. And use that influence to build something better, so that the future can be secured. All money is about “ease and pleasures and gluttony”; because what is necessary for survival, is just that. Consequently if you have more than simple survival, you have money. If the entire nation needs “money”/ then you are reduced to simple survival just like the rest. Game over/ we become equal again.
