REDRESS IS:
THE GUARANTEED CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT, AS, WE THE PEOPLE: to call for, a jury to do their sworn duty, and protect ourselves, our state/ nation, and our world; As if soldiers on the front line. Anything less is a desertion of duty. The only other option to duty, when the enemy is in sight; is "desertion": today, your world, your nation, our very humanity needs you, to stand up and be counted. To understand life is no longer free; no matter what you want, that day is over. Because "men, have conquered this world", and now threaten to destroy it in its entirety. So says the evidence, by its truth. Let the evidence convince you; do not simply believe.
THE CAUSE and consequence of what is asked here is NOT; that you should believe whatever you are told. RATHER this demand is: we cannot be wrong/ THEREFORE YOU must learn the truth, and WE must defend ourselves from these enemies; if proven true. Let the law establish constitutional authority as our truth. Thereby let WE THE PEOPLE choose, for ourselves: by vote. It is our right/ because they gamble with our lives, even our nature, and our world. There are NO EXCUSES! Not for anyone, this is about our world!
REDRESS MEANS: that we the people, when confronted with realities that are simply too severe for "our group/ our platoon" to fight. We ARE GUARANTEED the right to call for others, so as they may come to help us guard our world/ our home/ our lives. This trial is redress, because it identifies threats of such a horrendous reality, that even one of the thirty two primary threats to humanity: goes wrong, or proves correct/ as a world we die. Not just some of us/ but all of us, even everywhere. There is literally no place to hide, or run away from our reality.
REDRESS IS NOT; a call to assemble the people "to believe like me, or us"!
Rather redress is a legal demand to FIND THE TRUTH, before it is too late/ and we then lose everything, or so much it makes life not worth living. The trial: To understand, while we still have time to make the necessary changes: because THERE ARE NO SECOND CHANCES/ WE MUST NOT LET THEM BE WRONG!
Because as is the case of fusion: to bring the same fire here as is on the sun, CAN CERTAINLY bring the same result here, as is the sun. Look up and see the truth. HOW IS THAT NOT, a gamble with ALL LIFE on earth, therefore every nation as well. It is a fire 8 million degrees hot/ miles high/ and it burns atomic bonds: which means everything here is fuel.
Redress gives me, and you; the right to demand a jury trial, to hear the evidence of threat; that I believe, and the evidence demands: must be addressed today. Redress is the right of a jury to demand of their judicial district (state and nation). If they agree: "We simply cannot be wrong"/ then there MUST be a trial to determine the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth: as best we can.
Thereby the legal demand is created: to bring together this judicial district, a group, to which we belong/ and say to them: to call for redress, is to demand an IMMEDIATE trial. Thereby a demand to hold our leaders accountable, either for good or bad, & present the knowledge, that will let us find the truth, the decision: you shall NOT gamble with all our lives, without our permission. The call to arms for society, is the demand: our legal system MUST intervene, AND STOP THOSE WHO THREATEN US ALL. There MUST be a moratorium on all that threatens us: so that our decision will matter. So that we the people may in fact make our own decision if these gambles/ these ways, shall be allowed, or stopped, and change demanded on them; from us. That is the essence of redress trial: the truth established by democracy, "that we are the owners here, and WE THE PEOPLE SHALL DECIDE: if this shall or shall not go on. Our state or nation, & we will change it, as we desire (one person, one vote, choosing the law itself)/ because this nation, this state,& this world belongs to our humanity"! IT IS NOT, yours to destroy, or experiment with absolute insanity, OR ABANDON, DISRESPECT, OR DISGRACE .
The jury if agreed, then demands THIS entire judicial district shall be informed of the evidence at hand, which causes this matter to expand: into participation by all those who desire it, in a true redress trial. Which is, jury selection by lottery/ an open court, broadcast to all who desire to listen or watch: and a trial to determine if the rest of this state, or the whole of these states as a nation shall be called to review this action and determine for themselves. If WE THE PEOPLE shall intervene, and decide the fate of those who are called guilty of threatening our very world, our lives, our nature, and everything we hold dear as life.
Actual redress trial for this district calls the state to trial, and if the state does so agree/ then we call the nation itself. But if the nation watches, and a vote is taken based upon this single trial: if yes, then the supreme court shall open its doors wide, and every defendant called shall give a true and correct testimony: because terrorism/ rebellion/ and bankruptcy of a nation or state: has no secrets, & you shall not hide. You will testify. You will be punished if you fail, with no less than one year in jail. Judgment is given by WE THE PEOPLE OURSELVES. We decide the fate and the future of our state or nation. Everybody MUST pay attention, THINK FOR THEMSELVES, and let truth decide: one person/ one vote: Majority rule.
This is redress, NOT the elevation of "a cause, as that is political". This is redress, THE RECOGNITION, that without legal intervention by ourselves; we stand to lose, even everything. Therefore we must NOT be wrong.
HOWEVER, in this day: we do face an extreme and immediate threat, which cannot be left to chance. That means, that the president/ the courts/ the press/ and every other form of legal intervention MUST be required to do, what we demand they do. WHICH IS: GIVE US THIS DAY TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES, in court. Your duty as sworn officers on our behalf: who have declared you SHALL fight for us. OR, which requires the court, to establish To place a moratorium on ALL "energy experiments/ all genetics/ and establish, ALL THAT IS REQUIRED TO INFORM A NATION OR WORLD. We demand: Every legislative or military leader shall stop this insanity and choose democracy: YOU SHALL NOT gamble with our lives.
To place our lives, and our world FIRST/ not last, behind the insane: who are accused of terrorism, conspiracy, rebellion, LIES, thievery, cheating, and less! So as to give the rest of humanity their due right: TO DECIDE, if these "university diplomas" can gamble with our very lives, our nature, our futures, and indeed the entire planet itself. There is no going back, from bringing the same fire as is on the sun here to this earth/ when they are proven wrong, just one time: we all die, literally in the biblical prophecy of a "lake of fire"/ as is the sun itself. There is NO ESCAPE, from being wrong. THEREFORE, Absolutely and without compromise: our right as humanity on earth:
TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES, if these who gamble, with everything we need to survive or be happy; can go on. There are NO LEADERS anywhere in this world, that can decide that for WE THE PEOPLE. We shall decide, NOT YOU. Let the punishment for failing to believe, WE OWN THAT RIGHT: "be serious". Let the preamble to the US constitution; be understood.
