Response to moot

NOT sent to court, merely for understanding in the common public.
The judge orders the motion to dismiss is moot, which removes it from considerations for now.  Thereby allowing “we the people in”/ rather than simply me the plaintiff James F. Osterbur.
The understanding needed is: that a moot order can come back, if the judge considers any other pleading to be offering cause.  That means instead of outright denial of the motion, removing it permanently from the court.  This motion can come back.
Just so you know. The option now exists for “we the people”  to obtain access through lawyers/ if that is your desire. NOT to control the lawsuit/ but to represent yourselves in conjunction with mine rights and work; AT YOUR expense/ and at my discretion.
