BY THE GRACE OF GOD : and the work, respect, and caring of all the people who would and do care. The possibilities of recreating human society here on earth is determined by what we do.
As is the US supreme court case of 08-1339 wherein the question before the court is: WILL YOU OBEY the first amendment law of redress of grievances for the American people? And they said NO, WE WILL NOT! As did the defendants who had a say in this matter. So will be every avenue to the recreation of society as a democracy defined and governed by WE THE PEOPLE.
As is the reality of the question presented to the court above: THE QUESTION is not will you obey the law/ BUT WILL YOU OBEY YOUR OATH AND DUTY TO THIS PEOPLE CALLED AMERICA. Again, they said NO, we will not. As is the constant truth of male dominated society; “Those who got the money/ believe they WILL make the rules, and decide what the others shall be allowed; as rulers, or more correctly those who believe they can play god with our lives”. They believe there is nothing we can do, to change the consequence of money, or the order applied by the power to make people obey with money, or the intent of pride which is to manipulate the game, they call life; and make you loser!
But the blessing of this day is: their “money” is worthless/ because they multiplied the numbers so badly and with such greed; as to make a “billion dollars of worthless”/ no different than a penny or two on the street. Consequently, they are IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING! WE NEED NOT ACCEPT their so called authority due to money. And may in fact rebuild this nation or any other, by the consequence of our decision; because the so-called value of their “ways and means” in society/ has been used to bankrupt themselves. MONEY IS, THE VALUE CREATED BY A HUMAN BEING, USING THEIR TIME, EFFORT, AND ABILITY with natural RESOURCES; to build or do something of actual real value to or for another human being. That means: WE ARE THE ACTUAL MONEY OF SOCIETY, with the resources we need to do the work for ourselves. Nothing more and nothing less.
Contrary to my very recent past, of asserting everything is a battlefield between men/ a new relationship of negotiation and mediation has begun to arise. Wherein the past says: if we do not accept their money/ then it is worthless. But understanding those who control the resources that we need to survive/ the property upon which we must live means there will be a battleground unless we choose to let them learn, this is not a game. To do that, does require a courtroom: so that as a nation we can control the resources for ourselves by creating money to be used in the interim; so that we can abandon the old money, and be equal under the terms of new money distributed equally to one and all. Debit cards are best, so that we can track the expenditures and identify what has or has not been done. It is also possible to simple use the cards that are already distributed/ limit them by removal of funds; and then “restock the card, with a weekly” payment for work. Details are elsewhere, but suffice it to say; everybody needs to work or society falls apart. Simply tell your government employees to do so/ and insist by withholding all tax. It is the one thing they worship more than their pride, because without tax there is no power but death, and fear. Should they fail to respect that threat, stop work, because it is the work that presents power, controlling you presents fear, stealing your resources presents death: and taking away your freedom of choice establishes prison. $30,000.00 annual salary, per worker/ per 40 hour week, NO credit. Is sufficient, for this period of transition; let them all learn. That equals 2.4 trillion dollars as a national debt/ but it also replaces all federal, state, and personal payrolls with the exception of social security, which will be dealt with separately. Whatever the GDP IS, it will cover that amount, UNTIL YOU DECIDE AS A NATION, what you are going to do, and establish it as law. Then it is back to strict capitalism, with limits; no more games. Whatever is owed, regardless what that is in this nation to these people, shall be redefined by the percentage that would “collectible” if this were your annual salary. What you owe, to corporate or business or for rent; shall remain stable (paid from your new salary) until this mess is worked out; IT SHALL NOT go up, incur penalties, or interest or anything else. You will decide what is fair, in court/ and then begin again. You shall simply collect according to realistic debt and collection percentages (same for all) for said salary/ and the year or whatever it is, is simply lost to any other financial interest; gain or loss. The actual number for an annual salary is irrelevant as you will decide if in fact there will be limits/ and if in fact there will be a return to reality which then demands the money shall be made stable, by the reintroduction of gold or some other standard to protect it from thieves. There is NO stock market during this period/ it is not a game. The old money shall die/ so the new will rule this day.
Women should become primary writers of new law (men have had their day, and their say), and be primary contributors to what a new society should become; they shall be paid for that during this time of transition/ in a realistic manner. Men can fill in elsewhere, there is plenty of “environmentally necessary work to do”/ that none be left out.
That is the first reality of conquest, we the people/ instead of them the rulers. The means to survive while we decide as a society, how our future is going to be. Negotiation occurs in a courtroom, wherein all are made aware of the truth in our accounting and debts: and we decide as a people who will be allowed to retain what can be retained as a value, and how the responsibilities of debt shall be divided among us all. Mediation occurs in a law raised by the people themselves, which will then determine how best shall we apportion the property of OUR LAND as a nation/ among ourselves, and what are the conditions of ownership to the future and the shared burdens of a relationship as society that must survive with justice, equality, and fair play. This is NOT a function of “one time law”/ but will exist as the repetition of voting periodically (once every ten years of so) wherein the basic relationship of ownership to available land and resource will be reappraised and voted again as a description of measurement by the people themselves. The law is a separate issue, and will be dealt with as law/ rather than the rule of vote. A rule needs a simply majority. But if you vote on the law itself: then you must attain MORE percentage votes in favor of change/ than did occur in the passing of the last version that is current law.
By these three simple methods, the ownership of our land and our nation has changed to WE THE PEOPLE.
The difference in me is, that we can negotiate a time period within which this will take place, allowing for the transition period between our ownership rights, and their assertion of power to be translated within two years, instead of “instantly”. More importantly, those who run their business or property effectively until the time of transfer, SHALL be allowed to keep more, or change properties to something else should they desire it. If they do not run their business or property with honesty and the need to establish society first, through the assembling of respectful equality and fair play to all/ THEN we will throw them on the street with nothing at all. So shall say the law.
When the “wealthy” understand, their money and consequently their power, selfishness, and pride are functionally dead AS OF THIS DAY AND TIME! NOT EVERYTHING, but for the sake of justice, what we the people do understand and accept as fair to us all/ not rich, but right for society. They may then choose accordingly: we give you this opportunity to prepare for your future by creating environmentally friendly structures and businesses. Because the future is going to demand a limit to the amount of energy or resources that you are allowed to consume. Therefore if you take this day to prepare for that future, then you can remain “wealthy”, by the new standard of fair and acceptable to society.
The majority, or certainly the minority of the currently “rich”; WILL NOT be satisfied with that/ believing themselves “gods”. And will fight to keep what they believe is theirs, “won the game/ ain’t giving nothing back”. The functional parameter of this is: we need an enemy to make the rest FEAR US! We need to crush anyone who suggests they can take away our power. We need to bind together as one group, like an army to plow through society and destroy all who oppose us. But alas for them, they have no real money left/ and their property is under lien, and being foreclosed upon by WE THE PEOPLE of this United States of America. An army will be “hard to come by”/ as little of real value can be offered; by make no mistake there will be some/ and by “trucking in immigrants” who do not understand the basic reality of this day, they will find an army of some size/ hate will join them. Whether you see them in the light of day or not, is unlikely. Their option is simple; either they fight for the world of power, pride, and selfishness, or they simply surrender and lose it all to the people of life. It is their choice/ but make no mistake: every person that is proven to be against/ or even suspected to be against the new foundations of equality through the blessings of democracy and fights against us, shall have their citizenship revoked/ and be removed penniless to whatever land will accept them. If they are found to have murdered, or destroyed even their own property just to keep from sharing it; they will be killed. It is the price of “being the enemy”/ rather than working as “friends with this earth, and its life”.
PRIDE IS A HORRIBLE THING, establishing the human link between insanity and its human counterpart of jealousy and revenge. Pride is a bit “like an octopus locked onto your face”/ can pull it back, but unless you are really serious, it will pull right back. Pride is, by its common functioning reality a constant stream of: “I am___/ I deserve__/I,I,I,” until self-convinced I have a right: which then turns to “YOU are___/ YOU did___/ you, you, you, you” are worthless to me, a garbage I can destroy, if I so choose!
Pride is insane, because it assembles the game which declares life is nothing more than “winner or loser”/ when in fact, it is the game that is worthless and vile. Not games for playing and having fun/ but games for devaluing people and measuring them “loser/ worthless/ or disgraced”. Pride is the descent from equals, into the cage for fighting with animals/ rather than living like people. Pride demands someone else must lose, none can be “like me/ unless I give them permission”.
Pride is the assertion: I CAN plot and plan and make you pay, for Anything I choose/ because I own the game. This is the first step past common insanity, into criminal insanity. Therefore the criminally insane are functionally intellectuals, because they build a trap/ and intend that you should fail, because they are smarter than you. Regardless of the actual intellectual abilities, it is the trap that makes the argument I AM smarter than you/ so I am god to you, in the insane. That leads to “if god/ then I own your life; and can do with it as I please”. These and other deviations of the mind, are common in the insane, and it all begins with pride, and becomes a trap just to prove “I am god/ in my own mind” against you.
So then what we learn is: anyone carrying a large burden of pride; “I am so special/ but you are like dirt”, etc. Is also insane, and can be capable of criminal insanity as well. It’s a choice, that people make. Insanity is a decision/ but the difference in this decision is, there is no clear way back out; enter in, and it begins the destruction that will end your heart & break your soul (that which binds you to creation).
Pride is built upon want, without want; “I want this or I do not want this” with some version of passion/ pride does not take firm hold on insanity. I can however establish itself, as a measurement that is insane. The difference is while measuring yourself as “lucky”/ it is possible to recognize and accept equal instead. Where pride takes hold as “owner” of you/ it is less possible that you can arise above the tragedy or desire of “playing god”/ with expectations of proving you have power too. Whenever pride moves beyond simple measurement, the demand for power arises with it; selfishness comes next, and greed is the proof, nothing matters but me, and what I want.
Reality demands; that in every sense of the word, a clear understanding must exist: that no matter what hate, power, pride or the rest might do/ there is no possibility they can win. WE THE PEOPLE are so many and so massive a force/ we the people ARE THE MONEY, which means WE WILL DECIDE, given the opportunity to be owners, what our future will be. Every great nation, every nation that survives, does so with ONE TRUE FACT: We, have decided to join and fight for each other/ rather than against each other. Regardless of the reason, but there shall be a reason/ because understanding “we are equals” in some form or fashion binds humanity together/ or tears them apart.
As to kindness: having been told what to look for within yourselves; it is possible a few more will repent and be saved for life, and even eternity. Yet it is completely certain, a small portion will remain determined to wreck havoc on this society and its determination to change the nation into REAL DEMOCRACY, As we the people ARE THE OWNERS HERE!
They will join with the people of hate. They will look, spy, conceive, and try to erase anything that happens for life/ first with lies and bribery and threats. Then with murder and mayhem and injustice. But persevere and be prepared for fires, and some minimal bloodshed; and hold steady to life with justice and equality, through fair play for all. THIS WILL BE, well worth the price/ without the slightest doubt, unless you just turn lazy and refuse the honor, honesty, or disciplines necessary to rebuild. It’s a choice. This choice is about life or death for the entire planet/ for every living thing/ every future life, every possibility for yourself, your child, or whatever you DO care about. Nothing is untouched, by a dying planet, not a single life on earth, nothing! Therefore without the slightest concern regarding money, I tell you true: that if you don’t make the right choices regarding all these massive threats that can bring extermination here on earth to us all/ you WILL DIE. Therefore, regardless of who dies/ there can be no turning back. No assertion “this is too much”/ because every life is greater, than just a few lives no matter whose they are. Not because I choose this to be so/ but because YOU AND THE GREED WHICH HAS OVERWHELMED our existence here on earth has made it so. We don’t get to choose when or why we live/ we just get to live the reality, like it or not.
As to me, it is without doubt: I will become “enemy number 1" to all who wish to retain their wealth/ their power and selfishness/ their pride and demand to call themselves “like gods”. And so on. Whether I live or die, does depend upon women. But even so, it just means you will have to learn faster, and work harder to achieve the same things without me. Continue on. What more can I say/ its not my decision to make.
It is a kindness to provide these little details, so that you can be prepared. It is a kindness to explain, I can be saved by women if they so choose; because I can help life on earth, by helping women succeed. But if you don’t wish to/ it is a guarantee, “men of hate and power or pride in their mind” will find an alternate use of me; preferring to demand YOU must fear, by using me as an example! If they “win”, all die/ because this world is going to change; your only real choice is to decide to fight for life or not. It’s a choice, women will make; either soon enough to matter, or too late to make a difference; but it is their true choice, men chose extinction and are not fundamentally allowed to choose for women. Women decide/ because men have already failed.
It is a kindness to make you aware, you must protect yourselves from tyrants who will try to make you fear with their destruction. Not terrorists from afar/ the rich or their henchmen from right here, and potentially elsewhere around the world; as one society after another learns the secrets of how to become owners in their own lands. It’s a choice.
CONTRARY to the constant among people and their leaders/ the foundation of change in every nation is NOT who leads right now. BUT WHO MAKES THE LAW. And what the people will do for themselves to enforce that law. If you move to violence/ then you give cause to those in power, and let them say “its their own fault”. IF YOU MOVE TO LAW, and insist THIS IS HOW WE ARE GOING TO BE TREATED, from now on. Then you force the leader to choose between you and being your enemy; and so then does his or her soldiers. If your law is just, those weapons will turn the other way, because we are all people here, with the same needs and desires for life. So long as hate has not already destroyed you. Creating fear in a leader “kill him”/ pushes them to say: “we will kill you first”. Creating a decision that moves the leadership to choose between justice for the people/ and personal power establishes a divide; and as that divide does grow, the power of any leader shall collapse. Because more and more and more, will choose justice for themselves/ rather than power for someone else over them. When confronting the issues of choice, such as are nuclear weapons: justice asks, “are these not going to kill us too”? Fair play asserts, can we not use this work and resources better? And equality demands: WE HAVE RIGHTS TOO/ we are not just “fodder for fools”. But remember this, leaders are used to hiding behind closed doors, “its how they get things done/ by refusing to tell you; by bartering WHAT will you give me, to those with money or power”. If you will stop that: to remove the influence of organizations more powerful than we the people individually. Then you must remove the power of making laws from the few, and give it to all the people to decide for themselves: OUR primary concerns, are these laws, which all must obey. To stop them from getting things done, without you: open those doors with truth, turn on the lights with investigations about the consequences, and examine the future which we know to be true, because distinct decisions produce specific results, that can then be deduced with honesty and common sense. If you try.
There is only one jobs bill that will help/ return the money to reality; so that all understand exactly what they get/ and then are willing to barter and trade with each other, because there is truth in the relationship of what we do and give/ for what we get. It is that simple. Or “the government: those citizens just like you, with a job and a duty: that invokes criminal possibilities or charges” gets to be more and more influential, because only they get to print more money, or only they get to allow banks and others to commit fraud by protecting them against criminal charges, or only they get to run away, because the vast majority are HIDING behind a figurehead. In a “sea of lies, corruption, and theft”/ there are no solutions, but truth. In a pandemic disease of fantasy and delusion, controlled by arrogance and failure/ the only logical solution is to remove this sewer of filth, and replace it with reality, governed by truth, and defined by the consequences that we choose for ourselves/ INSTEAD of leaders, rulers, people playing god with our lives, or gamblers threatening an entire earth of life. Make up your mind; life, or death.
Most currently believe you can continue as you are/ or as government tries to be in this day; but it is clearly not so. America lives as a corrupt fool, borrowing what it knows cannot be paid back/ like any other, if you continue to take, and never return anything of value. The day comes quickly when there is nothing left to take, “its all gone”. Simple as that. And there is no possibility you can recover, because everyday: social security costs rise/ everyday pension debts are added too/ everyday taxes are raised, adding more people to the ranks of “I cannot pay”/ everyday business is raided by additional expense/ everyday healthcare extortion increases/ and with just the baby boom generation believing they will now retire having taken everything they earned already; there is no possibility of recovery. You owe everyone/ and paid no one; “saying we will pay later”/ but never did. Contrary to being “rich”/ the american reality today is: you live by borrowing from foreigners/ when they stop loaning you money, THE GAME is over. And you go to immediate and severe depression.
If you stop PRIOR, to being forced into depression and the consequent civil war it will create/ you do have an opportunity to return to reality, whether you like reality or not. Without truth, only war is left/ in a nation of “a billion guns”; the bloodshed will be HORRIFIC. Can’t happen here? Really? Because you ain’t proud/ is that it? No, none are more proud, and pride builds the assumption of power/ and power always brings hate with it; thereby revenge. You will war, or go to court and accept your reality. It is unkind not to tell you that, because the consequences will be so very harsh; and potentially spread around the world; “still got bombs, don’t you”? Yes, you do. It is unkind, to try to avoid bankruptcy in court/ because that leads directly to civil war, and horrific bloodshed right here in america; because without clear sides, “its every gun for itself”: shoot now/ shoot quick/ before they can shoot you. It’s a choice.
Depression means: the “rich” have collected all the money, by tempting the poor into believing they too could be rich by borrowing, with promises to pay. As always, the game is rigged/ and the people find they cannot pay. The only way back is through war. OR demanding in court through bankruptcy, that WE WILL NOT be slaves. And we prove that by destroying your money too. EQUAL, therefore we all begin again, the same. The rich man stole and lied/ the poor man stole and lied/ the rest simply played the game, believing in fantasy and delusion; all failed. It’s the price, of GREED!
