In terms of your economic stability; as always the liars are out in force/ determined to push away the truth so that the monopoly game can still be played.  NOT concerned “the media” will protect you?  Thanks to the supreme court, a tiny few now own all the major media; and they propagate whatever they wish/ with complete compliance by their employees.  “Cause where you going to go/ WE OWN IT ALL”!  Don’t think your leaders,  are liars? Lets review: last year roughly 1. 5 trillion dollars was pumped into the american economy as debt.  That equals 100 million people each receiving $15,000.00 more “something” than they paid for.  But the word on inflation is, “its nothing”.  Did you get more value per dollar?  No, the value of a dollar became less: 1,500,000,000 more of them in, added to the money in circulation;  just for 2010/ but somehow the value didn’t go down?  That means whosoever holds these new numbers, can buy just like you: did you get yours? Someone received fifteen thousand dollars more (money they could spend), per each person; of one hundred million people.  That equals: $15,000.00   per 1 in 3 ( 3.08 citizens: the census count just   released is 308 million citizens) citizens of “new money” just released into the economy to buy stuff, for 2010.  Did you get your fifteen thousand dollars in free money last year?  Someone did! Instead you were told “its debt”/ because that means although someone is suppose to pay it; everybody knows “it ain’t going to be me”!  Can’t pay it/ thereby its not debt; its inflation. That inflation means: although our basic prices remain the same; so that we cannot tell “we are being robbed”.  Not to worry though, the new congress says, “its going to try to cut one hundred billion dollars from spending.  Just signed a new 858 billion tax relief bill/ added 1.2 trillion dollars for the deficit this year: equaling over 2 trillion dollars more inflation/ debt just for 2011;   but they are going to TRY to reduce spending by 100,000,000,000.00!  A “.0083 reduction in spending”/boy, do you think they can do it?
This “funny money”/ the people who caused it and cannot accept the responsibility for what they have done:  is being used to buy real estate, foreclosures; and other investments for which we cannot compete: at auction can you bid against the tiny few who did get to share in 1.5 trillion dollars?  No, you cannot/ particularly when you know at a bank, or in the stock market;  this is multiplied by ten. The reality is all these numbers are being used against us.  Someone has them/ banks are multiplying them/ the few, are buying every property they foreclose upon; FULLY INTENDING to make the vast majority a slave “to their whim”.  When we own essentially nothing; because an owner or not, taxes can and will take it away from you: do you think the people who can take your money are going to go broke, INSTEAD OF YOU?  Like hell.  If not taxes;  when inflation is released, that too will take it away from you.  Leaving ONLY the “wealthy”/ owning everything.  Will you not then be a slave to their whim?   Yet not a word from your media about consequences/ just propaganda, and nothing more.

  Do you believe one in three of us (kids, prisoners, retirees, everybody counted) is a full time worker?  EVERY SINGLE ONE worker, making $140,000.00 worth per person, of sold products? That is what is required to attain a 14 trillion dollar GDP.  If you believe 14 trillion dollars in US federal debt is everything/ ask yourself WHY does this not include social security debts?  Is not the federal government paying for that?  They decided in “clinton time” that it was the people’s debt to themselves:   “Hung out, all by itself/ while every penny paid goes into the national treasury”; social security gets an IOU.  Ask yourself, if our social security is “our debt alone/ the federal government need not account it”/ WHY then are the employees of our federal government funding their own social security (theirs is separate from ours/ but all they have to do, is work a bit in society/ and dip into our social security too) out of federal taxes.  We pay theirs/ they discard ours, and put in claims to receive some of ours as well. 

Regardless of that, lets review the wealthy;   those who claim to “pay all the tax”?  They get rich, because they control the resources/ therefore the jobs.  By controlling resources, therefore jobs: they get to hire based upon the level of stress and insecurity of the people surrounding them.  Extreme competition means: we get to be slaves/ and they get to be rich.  Because the extreme competition and need to survive; limits the rights of    All people/ but the rich.  In other words, every penny that is not fair and equal comes from the backs, brains, and sacrifice of those who are not fully paid for their own contribution.  More simply all wealth is generated, by making the other people pay you: BEYOND anything that is fair or commensurate with life, and living as a human being.  Stolen!  They pay absolutely nothing in tax/ the poor pay it all. Why do you think they have no money? Do they not work: HARDER/ LONGER/ MORE than the rich?  The diploma changed the nation because it specialized the work force allowing “these unions” of people to have a greater say:   we won’t work/ UNLESS we get to be rich! But the people couldn’t pay, didn’t matter what they wanted; “can’t pay”.  So the “government employees fixed that”;  To accommodate greed, for a variety of reasons; debts were created, with imaginary money.  Isn’t that fun stuff, “every bodies happy”/ isn’t that so?  Hell debt don’t matter/ well unless your poor.  Supply and demand absolutely didn’t matter; so what the future had to pay/ capitalism was irrelevant; no supply, piss on it, we intend to war/ and accounting for the money, was thrown out:  so that monopoly numbers could take their place.  The critical change in government was: “debts don’t matter/ to the government”.  They just printed more money (that is called inflation)/ and debts that remain “in savings” don’t matter.  YOU can have a trillion dollars in your bank account (disregarding the bank)/ doesn’t matter.  Until you spend it.  THEN someone has to come up with the resources, and the labor to put those promises “money buy’s” into effect, OR the entire system collapses.  When the system starts to collapse; immigrants are found:   “Here, work for almost free”/ be our slave.  As that dies out/ alternate poor nations are found: here work for us almost for free, we will take your resources.  When that dies out: lies are multiplied/ promises are made/ swindles are achieved.  But in the end, the truth:   there is no reality here, turns the page/ and people are forced to reconcile the existence of failure.  Depression begins: “trapped, cannot trust anyone to help me”/ I am lost, and without direction. Fearing death for some/ others committing suicide/ others talking or doing “war”.
Bankruptcy is an answer, IF YOU TAKE CONTROL OF THE COURT.  If you do not, they will simply ruin your lives, and declare themselves to be “richer”/ the rulers, no longer a democracy.  You can be slaves.  Bankruptcy under redress is:  WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE!  Think before you act.

Threats everywhere/ gambling with our lives and planet/ preparing for war, regardless what is said; the reality of weapons of mass destruction SHALL soon be used.  How many does it take?  All done, earth destroyed.  It’s a long list.
Some will argue, “he’s a damn lawsuit crazy fool”.  But the reality of each composite lawsuit is:   a walk within the judicial system of this USA, and STATE OF IL.  Not because I wanted it, but because this is the truth of what exists, the reality of what is needed to be addressed, and the foundation for a better or more correctly, a survivable tomorrow.  I could easily find “a thousand” things I would rather do/ its work.  NOT “fun”. Believe it or not.
Some will argue, “he is responsible for wrecking everything/ what does he hope to prove”; our lives are at stake here.  They are liars, I have not threatened/ I have not lied to you, or cheated you, or stole your money; rebelled against American law.  I merely tell you to go to court/ the fact there is cause to do that; IS ENTIRELY the result of leadership, and those who follow.

The critical truth is: that organized crime controls the medical health industry/ by regulating how many doctors will be graduated in any given year; “and more”.  The last statistics I looked at nearly ten years ago said:   NOT ONE MORE doctor in this USA has been educated per year, since 1960; even though the population has more than doubled.  Controlling the supply/ controls the price. Soon, all the foreign doctors will go home, do to:   “No more free money” here.  I suggest you prove to the medical establishment “crime does not pay/ anymore”. The nation wasn’t a prescription  drug addict until massive media campaigns covered the nation nonstop; today it is. Still think its not “just about the money”?  Still think a surgeon or doctor cannot be wrong?  Still think all surgery, etc is about you: when for an hours time or a little more; “they walk away with a new car”!  Hell, its just your breast, hip replacement, or other: YOU don’t need it anyway.  “Ain’t that so”?   
Reality is, as truth defines it to be.  Fantasy is, as delusion insists “we want this to be”.  The difference is: the building of a future by definitions that survive/ or the destruction of life, because liars, steal, kill, and cheat; leaving us all without the base foundations of what must exist for us to survive. 
University Gamblers are threatening our very existence, in their attempts to play god. We cannot rebuild nature, mutilated is mutilated/ death is death.  We cannot stop a fusion fire, its predicted impact according to the sun is: 8-10 million degrees of heat/ a fire instantaneously 10-15 miles high from initial ignition/ everything on this planet including you, me, water, rocks, etc is fuel.  And they try to create fusion with machines that can and will cause it to exist/ unless we take them away.  The worst at the national ignition facility: “wonder how they got its name?”  Not to mention the deliberate and real intent to create the same conditions that caused the “big bang”/ the single most destructive event in the entire history of the universe.  Not to worry, “they know what they’re doing”; ain’t that right?  What if they are wrong?  The answer is an entire planet of life is lost.  Go ahead, prove me wrong!  With truth, no more lies!

Everyday you wait, another experiment goes wrong.  On any given day, even today: these “satan’s” could be allowed to create their passion/ the destruction of your world.  All done/ nature will dissolve to slime/ planet lost forever: want to bet on which one consumes us all first?  After all, maybe you could make a billion dollars;   no life/ but HELL, “you won”.  Ain’t that what matters.  Not a game, these are facts of our existence in this day.  Want to believe it, or not.  Search for reality,   because this is life or death for a planet.  Are you a coward/ or just too damn lazy to care?  Is there another excuse?  No. can’t do nothing anyway; so you’re excused??  If someone was stealing from your house/ if someone was raping and killing your daughters, your children/ if someone was violently mutilating everything needed or desired for life/ if someone was defiling the resources/ or turning you into a slave/ or taking from you healthcare; by destroying the effectiveness of antibiotics/ or about to make you starve/ search for a single glass of water to drink, and war, because there are none.  Etc/ etc/ etc!    All these things are happening as we speak.  Every single one, and many more.

Yet you refuse to do even the very least possible thing, which would be to aid other people in finding this site.  How much less could you do?  At the very least, are not all these possibilities worth telling someone else?  If that is too much/ you just don’t deserve the lives you live.  Not a game.  We are dying as a planet/ the future and all its life, its children are being assassinated.  My demand is:   GO TO COURT, and investigate the facts/ examine the reality for truth/ make a decision and choose your fate or destiny based upon your own thoughts.  Before the entire world closes in on us all, DEAD/ its just too late now.   Not a game, life or death for a planet!  The media have known for years/ your governments and political parties have been informed/ as have police and more.  Yet not a word filters through.  Not a word for the law/ not a word to protect democracy or anything else necessary or needed for the children; absolutely nothing.  Instead: They are willing to gamble “with every life on earth”/ because their pride, greed, and selfishness; even job/ is more important than life, or you.  That leaves “we the people”, or nobody to stop this disease from consuming us all.
It’s a choice.           Make your own decision/ not a game.  There are true consequences for being wrong.  Simple as that!  Either stand up and say “DON’T GAMBLE WITH OUR LIVES, OUR FUTURE, OUR EVERYTHING”.   Or kiss your child goodbye, and dig your grave.  No one else will/ why should they?   Is not someone responsible?  For an eternity.
Is not this site www.justtalking3.info at least worth telling someone else about?  Life or death for a world, “too small for you”?

But let’s review: “the big deal” is being able to support ourselves with a job/ in terms of an economy.  The “big deal” in terms of life or death: ARE THE THREATS, that can literally exterminate or destroy nature without which in its natural state, we cannot survive.  The “big deal” in terms of this democracy is who shall be “the owners”; them employees or WE THE PEOPLE; it’s a choice/ because we are the power of this nation, and we will decide.  Want to, or not.

As an economy the critical question is:   WHAT creates a job?  The correct answer is: a job is, the necessary work, skill, and time to fill a human need, desire, or want, by using the physical resources that then become our answer to the question we create for ourselves.  There are jobs that entail working strictly with human beings in their efforts to deal with, or confront other human beings.  But these too are strictly a human to human job.  The difference between rich and poor is simply: the rich are able to claim more/ because in one form or another they have restricted the others from their own needs, desires, or wants: and made them pay.
The limiting factors of a job are: the resource is not available for use/ that governs 90%;   the cause and reason are wide spread/ but primarily over 90% of loss is entirely man-made.   The health of an individual is lacking.  Or the individual refuses to believe that the end result will benefit their own lives sufficiently, to be worth the effort.
That means EVERY JOB is the result of a human being and what they need or want. That means, in no possible way does the prospect of a job conform to the conception that “a rich man is needed/ or money for that matter”.  Rather every job is dependent upon the individual being able to work for him or herself to attain their own needs and desires.  The rich, merely consume these possibilities by armed assault in one form or another/ consequently making the poor, beg in one form or another; until war takes over.  As history proves; it never stops for long, in a world designed by men.

The difference between rich and poor, is a game of who gets to control.  The game says:   if I, or we, can control this/ THEN the others have to pay us to survive, or have anything they want.  That makes “we the rich” practically gods/ does it not.  That makes them the poor, worthless or of little value/ because if one won’t do exactly what we want, then ten more will.  If that does not happen/ we hire thugs, give them uniforms, and make the people do exactly what we want.  Because we control their survival, their health, their sex, and their lives.  Thereby we know, the game is based entirely upon controlling the resource that keeps the others alive/ anything that is not survival can be refused.  Survival cannot be refused, without dying. An unfair advantage.  More simply the rich exist/ by making many more poor.  There is no other definition: to win/ first you must make the rest lose!
Money enters as the promise to pay; I give you this/ or do that: and in return you or someone else proves that they will return this work or resource or effort “my life as time”; for something that I will benefit by in roughly equal terms.  That sense of fair play disappears, by controlling the money supply/ making money a “Printing game”; equals some have access to more numbers for free/ than do we, thereby it is completely unfair.  They got theirs;  by stealing our value, our securities and hopes for the future.
The establishment of major employers has created a workflow that uses far more resources/ thereby making all the people “feel rich”.  Because they have access to MORE.  Reality however has proven this has flaws, because more resource usage has become an end to resources all together/ which is the end of life on earth.  No resources, no job.  No resources means “the entire earth has become a desert”/ only war and cannibalism are left.  The easy way has become an end to practically everything; because consumption, pollution, destruction, and just plain “we don’t care”; threaten everything.  That means, if we are to survive: NEW WAYS AND MEANS shall be found.  Because this is a limited earth/ and that means we have a limited time here, based upon our own decisions regarding the future.

Employment is based upon consumption in this time.  Tremendous damage is done, to keep consumption up/ so that jobs exist.  Soon, there will be nothing.  That means, either you wake up to the fact we must change; or we die.
Our ability to survive as a democracy: WE ARE THE OWNERS!   Is determined by what we decide as a society.  There are no rules apart from the constitution about what we can or cannot do by our vote together as one nation.  That means: WHATEVER WE DECIDE TO DO FOR OURSELVES, will become the law.  The law that rules a nation, removes rulers, leaders, tyrants:   and establishes equality, or more simply EVERYONE MUST OBEY THE LAW/ no exceptions.  The law rules/ not people.   A very powerful reality, when enforced.  That means by our vote we can determine the measure of equality and access we give each other.  We can determine the level of healthcare we give each other/ IF WE PAY FOR IT.  We can determine the size of business/ the impact business will have on our lives/ the size of their paycheck as owners of a business; because limited capitalism declares: SAVE SOME FOR US/ YOU, can’t have it all!   Or more simply WE ARE THE OWNERS HERE, we shall decide what is fair for everyone involved.  Not you.  We shall create the laws by which our society is ruled/ not you.  We shall establish when war, and with what law this world shall be ruled by a courtroom dedicated to world peace: THE LAW RULES, no nation gets special treatment; only the law rules/ and it is the leaders that shall be attacked; not the public of any nation.

The critical question of enforcing compliance with our decision as rulers/ against those people who believe they can enforce their will with guns:   exists in the same way they treat you.  They pick out a single target, and kill or throw in prison.  BUT YOU, must pick out a single target, and more; REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR JOB, OR PUT INTO PRISON.   And refuse the leaders and other employees: your work/ your money/ your time/ your resources; etc.  Without your participation/ they have only war.  We are the money, it is our lives and our labor that produces the work/ food/ etc.  IF YOU PROVE, to the soldier and police: THAT LIFE WILL BE BETTER, without these leaders; or that they are on the wrong side. The leaders proved to be a failure, have little protection left.  When you have removed those police or military, from the battle (all armies are built upon those who are simply “of the people”)/ who do not defend power and tyranny.  The few who are left will gather together/ around the most significant weapons they have left: to threaten you. [controlling these weapons, proves to be installing your own children, “those who DO understand/ DON’T FOLLOW, where death is the only outcome/ tyranny the only purpose”.  Believe in better!  USE YOUR MIND.] That leaves a single rule of fate or destiny:   either you control the weapons of mass destruction, however you can preceding this time.  Or you take your chances with reality.  Or you surrender and let them call you worthless.  The critical creation of WORLD LAW, AND A WORLD COURT/ with policing joined by all nations:   will prove to be, all that is necessary to change this world into    WE THE PEOPLE.  What we choose, then decides.  No excuses, life or death for a world/ shared.

 Rulers; rule by force/ or they surrender to law, its one or the other; after the games are done.  People who enforce their laws by refusing to pay taxes (file/ just don’t pay.)  Include WHEN YOU OBEY THE LAW CALLED REDRESS/ then pay, fight “no penalties or interest” because YOU disobeyed the law.  This is the first and foremost means of enforcing WE are the owners here/ if you band together.  The media will turn to full propaganda, and lies/ because the owners want to rule.  Decide for yourself.  Rulers rule by games/ by creating rules and demanding “only these; as in lawyers” can participate here. By assigning endless drudgery and claims of “I can’t hear you”: who can make them comply?  Or they create delusion and apply fantasy to throw people in jail/ using propaganda through the media to prove their lies “can be believed”.
The answer is:   by the law we live and breathe as a nation/ by the law, we prove this is OUR democracy, and you will not steal it.  There are solutions, for the people who refuse to obey the law.  Evidence in court, is insurmountable: the trials on this site www.justtalking3.info  and other sites and trials prove, this judiciary refuses to obey the law/ as do the leaders of nation and state;   clearly informed and with options of their own to enforce compliance, as they are defendants in these distinct trials.  A ruler rules/ but a law that makes us equal, REMOVES the rulers!  It is true.  It is a choice, because we are so many people, NONE can withstand us!
