The trouble with reality
Doesn’t care what you think, does it! Consequently want is irrelevant, tears don’t matter, life will live or die without your consent, and humanity always refuses to live by the truth that will make a difference, if discipline and order are allowed to rule by the laws that decide what our reality will be.
IT IS my wish, to stop writing for you/ but it is your reality, that the need for an education simply cannot wait, regardless of a want in either you or me. Consequently one small listing of simple things is added to assist you. Essentially a reality of “its cold outside”, so instead of working outside, I have chosen to spend the time writing inside.
What is real, is the question: these are compositions best determined by written charts that detail both sides of the debate into distinct, short, definite, and purposeful statements of what each side believes is an accurate designation of their opinion.
Such as: What can or should be done about terrorism?
THE DEBATE
1. It is a global threat, not just an american threat. Which means all matters and people must be tried and held by an international court and jailing system, with consistent methods of collecting information/ fundamental levels of law, for protecting those who cannot be proven accomplices, or perpetrators of crime against us all. And the means for determining exactly why these people are willing to sacrifice their lives just to prove they hate the rest of us. {such as is one billion people are said to be hungry/ while a few countries cry and whine, “we are overweight”. Not entirely fair is it?} One cause is to “be somebody”/ which of course the media fights to see, who can oblige the most. Every case should be a number, without an identity. There is absolutely no cause to give a terrorist what they want.
I) The alternative of that called “our people died/ we should have the right to decide”. Why should we not have our revenge? Why should we not sell them, for money as does the media?
A). Argument exists: what good will revenge do you/ when the hate is sufficient to kill, without any greater purpose than to prove “this devil, wants you as dead as are they”? You gain nothing with revenge except to “fan the flames”. Opportunities that can come from understanding the problem is a far superior method of combating terrorism. Not “as much fun for leader” as sending soldiers to prove we will make you fear too. But much more practical, as the amount of money spent is or would be actually less. But that comes only when law and justice exist within every boundary. That exists, only when people cannot be made to believe: “THEY are, the cause; of this pain in me or us”. The assembling of hate, by identifying those who have died inside/ and then separating these from the rest of society, is the only true method of peace and harmony.
B.) The assembling of detailed information such as is used to determine if a terrorist is “active, or considering”/ is a necessary function of every society. To accomplish this however as is consistent with nearly every problem that arises in any society: the association of us all/ is more powerful than the assumptions of a few. Or more simply: the erection of a wikopedia style site for terrorist identification is a proper and realistic beginning for the identification of hate in all its forms. Or more defined: the introduction of names and addresses to a web site that can be altered and changed by other people/ in a constant effort to assemble some degree of truth in society by the people themselves. Is a far more intensive search than any other form. There will be those who are slandered and maligned/ but the majority effect will be, a listing of people which far exceeds any other method of collective information. It does need to be subdivided into hate categories: terrorists/ criminal/ gang related/ abuse/ gender specific/ and perhaps “other”. And identified into further subsets of known territories affected.
To facilitate and expand: This needs to be controlled, by three separate demands. NONE get to add names continually, three names; and you are done/ for at least 10 years. If there is more, go to the police, etc/ or let the police contact you if you select that for yourself. THERE MUST be protection, to keep the name of a contributor secret. THERE MUST BE, a denial of rights to remove a name after the second time/ by the same person. A data base will be kept of who names, and who removes strictly for police work and the means to know how many agree with this claim for or against. Such as an accounting set beside the name in a box for example stating “yes, thirteen people agree, a potential threat/ or no ten people disagree”. Thereby some semblance of order will exist. The various search engines have a format for grouping “problems, which must be addressed”. Airline alerts and so on. There should also be a reward program, so that any individual that actually works for the benefit of society/ should find “their environment in society” improved. Not personally/ but the community in some realistic way, chosen by those people of the community, for themselves.
such as: dealing with drugs, and the violence it causes
THE DEBATE
1. We cannot stop people from trying to hide from this world or run away from their lives/ consequently with numbers so high, it is elementally necessary to create a compromise; so that law itself can be enforced on society, rather than the individual who struggles, or has no strength to survive. Again, it is fundamentally necessary to grant the freedom people demand/ so long as it harms no one more, than themselves. In terms of drug use/ the problems all hinge on money, and the power it creates against society. Since freedom allows this choice for an adult; a potential death sentence for those who involve a child who then becomes an addict. The question is: how, in the best interest of society. Again the answer is: the drugs will remain illegal/ police will continue to confiscate, and control. BUT you will open the door to addicts so they can come to the police station and get their drugs for free/ until they run out. You will NOT let them walk away with the drugs/ but instead a simple room “everybody together, televised to the world”; will be where the drugs are used. A tiny amount, will be allowed as a prescription to be taken away for a single day use; WITH the instruction, if caught under the influence while driving, your car will be confiscated/ your employment will be terminated. The net effect of this type of social interaction between society and addict gives the incentive to the addict to turn in the drug supplier [WHY pay, when you can have his drugs for free]. And allows society to assist itself, without the need for money to buy/ there WILL BE less crime. The drug supplier then becomes, the means for a free supply, to the addict; until the lack of money forces the supplier to simply disappear [NO MONEY IN IT, anymore]. The police need not supply/ they merely distribute what has been taken from “the criminal”. No need to incarcerate unless violence is found/ let them go get more, if they cooperate, with who, where, etc.
(II) This will be potentially a death sentence to many an addict/ unless the drugs used in the viewing room are deliberately controlled. If they are not, “take as much as you want”/ many will die. Demand upon entrance is: you will be publically viewed as the means to educate the others/ there will be no medical assistance; you live or die by the choices you make. Stipulation should be made, PRIOR to entrance that “people or family should be informed”/ a week to “dry out” PRIOR to entry should occur so that concerned people can fight for you/ and the opportunity to leave will be allowed only after you have cleaned up enough to be called “sane”.
(A.) Argument begins: This is a functional plan for society, not a specific plan in accordance with all forms and facets of justice. Consequently the rules are bent just a little to allow freedom the greater role in deciding the fate of those who are losing their battle to survive. It is not a plan to remove addicts from society. It is a plan to remove the costs of addiction from society/ and allowing those who care enough, the opportunity to find and support those in true need.
(B.) Can’t do it because it bends the law “a little”? But we make the law/ we are this society, and it is our duty to regulate and define the laws. We are the owners, and we can make distinctions that form our society and ways of life.

THE DEBATE
1. Of the many varieties of so-called law formed to establish rules to control the behaviors of others: INSTEAD OF helping them to succeed with their lives. The list is too long to be simply identified here. So we pick a couple of examples that stand out: You have made the intoxicated driver a murderer/ even though it is a legal substance, and prevalent throughout society; socially accepted, until you get behind the drivers wheel. YET those who make equally bad decisions, are let free without a single consequence; such as “people putting on makeup/ people smoking who lose a cigarette/ people playing with their computers, cell phones, texting/ people paying attention to their children rather than the road/ people who are plainly too tied; and so on. The end result is the same, as an intoxicated driver/ someone else got hurt, because you made a bad decision, OR “it was an accident”/ but it could have been avoided. Still your own decision caused the final result, including not paying enough attention to the road.
(III) These people cause tremendous harm, take lives away/ cause irrefutable damage to bodies and families and futures; and they have NO RIGHT to continue in any conceivable manner or way. They deserve their punishment. We deserve to put them away as murderers/ because people die.
(A.) The argument: if the result is the same/ then the punishment should be equal. So says justice according to law that is conceived by fair play. Consequently if your own failure, be that as it may be regardless of the method is the cause of death or tragedy to the life or lives of another/ then it is that decision that becomes the cause for punishment. Or it must be called an accident, regardless of why.
(B.) In the assumptions of drinking/ there is the repetitive reality of taking another drink; as opposed to the simple act of a mistake such as is caused by a phone call or other. Yet these are repetitive acts as well/ are they not? The question that occurs is NOT, “every alcoholic goes free”/ but a more realistic assertion: once it has been established that you do have a problem. We have a right to monitor and create not only public awareness, but punishment and rewards without the complication of trial unless you refuse to confess this is true. Deliberate acts of violence against society are exempted, and set aside as criminal. Such as, a woman pleading drunkenness, in a well padded vehicle: turning onto the interstate in the wrong direction, clearly missing a number of cars/ and then crashing into a woman “who without doubt looked happy; getting married looking for dresses etc”. I am unhappy/ kill you for being happy; another version of hate! The alcohol merely an excuse.
Such a complication for drinking would be: YOU are the designated driver, for not less than two nights a week/ for any drunk who calls to need a ride; at your expense. IF YOU DRINK AND DRIVE HERE, the penalty is loss of vehicle, or ten percent of income and property holdings, or one year in a prison suited to the purpose. A breathalyser is added to the vehicle/ failure to respond or an inability to respond due to alcohol; requires a one week incarceration, first time/ 2 weeks the second (counseling provided, clear penalties revealed)/ and so on. AFTER the third week, OR at levels exceeding the legal limit; with clear preceding knowledge this will happen: it is hard labor during incarceration. Added is an electronic device that allows the police to stop this vehicle by slow down, over a period of five minutes. To force it off the road.
Such a complication for users of phone services deemed too dangerous; the phone will be confiscated/ and the person involved will not be allowed another cell phone or similar for the next year/ or whatever seems fair in consideration of the realities involved.
2. Smoking is a similar circumstance; whereas society has decided “we are being harmed/ so we are going to make you pay”. But in reality, there are countless things going on in this society that are equally harmful, and far more threatening to all life. Therein this is singling out smokers for a punishment that is not fair in consideration to all the other things and abused being done by the others; including forcing me and others into impossible debts with your wants. The foundation of justice is: EQUAL! Therefrom unless you are willing to establish punishments that are equal to smoking, for such offenses as “taking too much with your greed/ risking all life on earth with your genetic mutilation, weapons of mass destruction, experiments in energy, etc/ controlling freedoms just because you can/ using the media for propaganda instead of educating the people/ recycling failures: ETC, ETC, ETC. Then you have no right to impose anything on these personal freedoms; but separation on smokers/ leave them their right to exist in fair play. Either with smoking establishments, or in separate but equal parts of an establishment as would be in consideration of all. Your failure as a society; is equal or greatly exceeds theirs.

1. Can a nation of 305 million citizens create a 13.8 trillion dollar gross national product? Divided equally $45,245 dollars per citizen face (babies and all). Obviously not! UNLESS FRAUD exists! So then where is the fraud hidden? Not in manufacturing as this is a real product. Not in agriculture or most service work as this is a real product. ONLY in things that can be considered a number, rather than a reality can a fraud of this nature be hidden from actual view. So then where is the depository of all these numbers? Wall street comes first to mind/ as the method most likely to accrue numbers without meaning as they trade stocks and bonds/ treasuries and commercial paper and attribute numbers to them based upon creating a debt that never actually needs to be paid: unless you aren’t a player/ which means in effect you are a slave to their dealings. When they claim a stock has appreciated in value/ it has nothing to do with the actual company or its relationship to reality in business. They buy and sell based upon the numbers that are offered by the customer; which sounds like it might be feasible/ but in reality we must then look at the next contender for biggest fraud in the history of this world. Which is the american government. Instead of being honest, honorable, or fair/ they chose to create debts, thereby numbers to be used beyond the limits of what this people could pay. The consequence is inflation, at what is probably without searching at least 1000 percent per year over the last thirty years. Assuming the number of dollars at the time it went off the gold standard was roughly one trillion dollars/ to the assertion today of roughly 130 trillion dollars in this economy; that would be just one hundred and thirty times for over 3 decades. But lets review. With 50 million workers just for simple figuring, each making roughly ten thousand dollars back ten/ to each making roughly sixty thousand today as an average salary; the worker would have received 6 times an increase in pay over the same time. Which brings us to the question WHO GOT the other 124 times inflation that I got, so to speak/ and of course that fails to address the increase in workers to divide it? A more simple expression is 4 decades ago millionaires were rare/ now at one thousand times more, “billionaires (one million people owe one thousand dollars= $1,000,000,000.00) are rare but growing”. Buying power decides the truth about inflation: we get to be slaves having less and less buying power/ the few at the top get more than they can literally spend; gee, is something wrong here?
Nonetheless, with all these new numbers “we all get to play don’t we”? Well not everybody/ cause after all, REAL MONEY is the work, time, effort, and natural resources of the people and nation themselves. IT IS NOT, “monopoly money”; this is just a game. To prove who gets to win/ and who gets to lose! The reality is: the people who do get to spend the monopoly money are allowed to win the game, and the people who accept the monopoly money get to lose; because what they took to be money as an actual state of ownership, “we can depend upon this”; was simply worthless, or clearly can become worthless at any moment, on any given day. This is “the simple truth”/ what has no value in reality, by the terms of its condition in truth; has no value in the future, or within any honest translation of facts today. Its just a game/ to make you their slaves. Not fair play at all, it is the extension of LIES, LIAR, AND FOOL. Like it or not.
So lets add in the third contender for worst fraud in the history of this world. The pensions and other “benefits” of workers who could NOT collect enough for a salary: BECAUSE WE JUST COULDN’T PAY as a nation. So they said, HELL, if you can’t pay more/ THEN PROMISE ME, you will pay later. Alas, couldn’t pay at the time/ can’t pay now/ an absolute fraud because there was never a possibility for the majority to pay in the future; BUT THEY COLLECTED the numbers, to use in fraudulent enterprises to play the game called winners/ LOSERS. Their cause, and justification: WE GOT a diploma/ or a union to force you ! Just like the rich/ the government/ and the liars. These added their numbers to wall street, and claimed their prize: numbers without merit/ to buy and sell the american way of life without mercy to anyone who would not complain or look at reality. Still not enough/ then LET THE GOVERNMENT PAY; which added more monopoly numbers to the game. And who leads this march to poverty if not “the university”? They are the leaders, and have been for decades/ with a vast majority of men. A few Women have only been allowed recently, to attribute or spread the blame.
(IV) The complaint; WE HAD TO DO IT, otherwise everything would have failed long ago/ and we would have had to face our reality. That is true, but of course like everything in real life/ unless you die, YOU WILL face your reality! So, in turn, the leaders and university HAVE DEVISED endless plans for the extermination of this earth. Refuse to surrender a single one/ and expect to continue the lie, right up to the day when everything is lost: Because no matter what, even sacrificing their own children; these DON’T want to face their own reality! PERIOD, end of the story/ GO AWAY!
(A.) The argument: THE REST OF US, DON’T WANT TO DIE, just because you were fools and failures! Led by liars, thieves, and idiots. The reality is: WE WILL have to force reality MUST BE SERVED, before it is too late/ or life on earth dies. The law is, “The proper tool”. The simple foundation: YOU did not care about us/ WHICH NOW MEANS; WE will not care about you. Or more simply: let them pay their own bills/ you made them, you pay them. STOP forcing me/ STOP STEALING MY LIFE/ STOP denying threats and work for life first.
(B.) The reality is: NO more pensions or other benefits at any time in the future. Can’t pay it today, either leave that job or accept this is it. Or change the structure of business to align more carefully with the foundation called life first. Which means: we the people SHALL have a say in how much the owner and management will be allowed for income and property/ BECAUSE WE BUILT THE BUSINESS just as much as an owner. Therefore we will claim rights as a citizen participating in this part of our society. Or, you cannot take a business away/ just because you want to. You committed here/ and here you will stay. WORK with us.
(C.) With limits, WE THE PEOPLE control our world/ as a society. NOT by leadership who then control our lives/ BUT BY LAW, CHOSEN BY THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES: which will be used to control every life, so as to grant the majority their freedom and rights/ and keep any employee, or individual from gaining too much power over us.

THE DEBATE
1. Who benefitted from this? It certainly wasn’t the people of this world/ even if they got some form of trinket to play with; our life expectancy as a world IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TOO, the resources we must share to survive. Not economies or anything less than actual natural resources, environment, and nature itself. What you want, could not be less important to life or survival. Reality decides, by the truth we create for and of ourselves. Too big to fail simply means: the rich in charge of this horrible disgrace and failure within the human race/ have simply gorged themselves so much with gluttony, sloth, and greed: that they destroyed the very foundations that allowed them to exist in the first place. Giving more to society in some limited sense, than they took; or more simply the few, stealing a little from a great many people/ so that their lies and failures could be covered, by the volume of people scammed. But as with the consistency of men throughout history, “they could NOT control themselves” and their greed and gluttony; took more than even millions could cover up.
Too big to fail means: the wealthy have collapsed upon themselves/ and now to protect the jobs of the rest, it is the wealthy that require welfare, want to be dissolved of all responsibility, and continue to propagate failure and lies from every possible media effort; twenty four hours a day/ 7 days a week; without the slightest pause ever. Its hard to control your mind, if they don’t continually tell you what to think/ WHO KNOWS, you might actually think for yourself. Wouldn’t that be a catastrophe? You tell me. Have you been listening to how it is small business that produces all the jobs/ that is because the large corporations DON’T want you to turn to them. Go bother the small business, and leave us alone/ as they turn to robotics and computers and leave the country to start corporations in foreign lands; so that your own workforce is depleted of jobs and dead. Have you noticed a slight up-tick in manufacturing? As predicted that will increase over time as all the trillions of dollars generated come back here/ to be traded for real things instead of “just paper funny money, monopoly games”. What you lose is every resource you have. What you lose is every dollar collected/ thereby every hour spent will be lost, because no matter what you do it is impossible to justify or pay off the debts that america owes to anyone. You are bankrupt, NOT because you had to be/ because your leaders would not accept, “reality, instead of want”. Want has destroyed your securities, is destroying your stability, and will damage or destroy the nation itself with every day that goes by, until you face your truth/ or it simply doesn’t matter anymore. Because the point of no return has pasted, and you are going to die instead of survive.
The large corporation/ the governmental employee/ the university/ and the media have all grouped together to fight truth and apply insanity to life. Pretty harsh statement isn’t it/ CAN’T possibly “hold water” can it; HELL NO, not this nation/ why shit america is the best, we don’t got no damn propaganda here; our media tells us everything. Ain’t that so!
BUT LET’S REVIEW. The list of insanities are long, but the most simple by far is plain as the glass of water you need to drink everyday to survive. Instead of protecting the water in aquifers, instead of protecting lives across this nation on millions of acres that cannot support life without the aquifers underneath it: TRILLIONS OF GALLONS OF WATER are lost and gone forever every year (you can use salt water). Pumped out, to be pushed down gas wells for money and the production of oil & natural gas. TRILLIONS OF GALLONS OF WATER were intended to be used by now for the production of ethanol/ slowed only because of a price reduction in oil. TRILLIONS OF GALLONS OF WATER lost for crop production, to irrigate crops you have not found a use for apart from ethanol production. TRILLIONS OF GALLONS OF WATER lost because “the smart people” opened what amounts to a very large drain or shipping canal, to make it EASY for large ships to reach the upper great lakes. Of course after they empty the lakes, with millions of people thirsty, it will be too late. Or how about digging a hole underneath one of the great lakes “huron I believe” BIG ENOUGH to swallow TRILLIONS OF GALLONS of water if a hole opens up; can’t recover it, because it would go into a salt bed that would contaminate it forever. Just one little tidbit, that jeopardizes and terrorizes the world called our future. The recharge rate is roughly one inch of additional water reaches the aquifer per every 50 inches of rain. And the media is mute. Your government cannot wait to encourage “DO IT MORE”/ take the money and run. And your industry spends billions to make you so dull and dim-witted, you can’t understand anything not hand fed to you “like a baby”/ because you don’t WANT to take responsibility for your own world, and what you do to it. Just “give me the damn toys/ and let me play forever”: who cares, if the world goes extinct. “WINNER”.
Or how about a population increase across this world of 2 million more mouths to feed every single week/ with all their human needs to contend with for “a lifetime”. The list is very long. Your media is content with, “hooray, I got mine/ I am great”. To hell with you, is just a minor inconvenience. After all, ain’t going to lose my good job, just because life itself is going to die. These damn big corporations can “black list me” forever. Ain’t no way, I go to tragedy instead of you: WOULD you do it differently? Or just contend: The evidence is just lying, we refuse to believe in truth. Ain’t that so? Or more carefully put, simply ignore all the bad news/ and pretend everything is just like we want it to be; sell, sell, sell. The fundamental problem is contrary to constitutional intent to maintain a FREE PRESS/ the court let the media be owned by a tiny few with “special interest” in greed, power, pride, and control. Shame on them, it is a criminal trespass against America itself, even a traitorous act.
