Three things
1. Law, is the servant of the people/ not the rules of a court, not the incidentals of procedure, not the manipulation of the powerful or proud, not the design or authority of lawyers, not the means to control or eliminate freedoms: BUT THE SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE FOR JUSTICE IN THEIR LIVES AND SOCIETY.
Law is the consequence of fair play, the destiny called equality and freedom, and liberty. Law is the blessing we give ourselves, the essence of who we are/ by the decisions we make to govern our lives as society itself. There are base relationships within the essence of being human; and these are given precedence over every want, every desire, and every need: because the foundation upon which we build our futures, requires that certain and distinct demands shall be met. These are commonly considered “constitutional law”/ the agreements we hold dear, during and because of the construction of a nation. WHY, we believe the price is worth this cost.
2. Neither nations or individuals “run on money”! Rather money is simply the exchange of my work for yours, at an appropriately “equal rate”. Every life, and every nation exists as an economy based upon the things that people actually do/ with the resources available. There is no money involved in that, it is work, time, knowledge, and resource; that is all. No restrictions on color, gender, looks, etc; every economy is based upon what we choose to do for ourselves, or choose not to do. Every society is created by the decisions that are above and beyond selfishness/ established by courage and will/ defined by sharing and caring: or it is less than a society, functioning in anarchy and shame. Money is a tool, used to create and define the possibilities of individual choice through freedom or liberty: freedom is personal/ your decision alone; liberty is society decides we are all free to do this, or not; in our relationships between me, you, or us. Money is NOT intended to be a grant of power over people, but a reality of shared wealth and appreciation for the “extra value” beyond the requirements of duty that all must share. Every person IS ENTITLED to the opportunity of work, at a decent living wage/ fail to do that honestly (within real possibilities for you), and you can die. Life is a responsibility, rather than a gift/ OUR CREATOR gave you the body you inhabit, but we must create the society of humans and work for the reality of our need; that means you too. The question that will arise is: what is a true “decent living wage”? The answer is: every need met, or shared as equals with the rest, and just a little more; granting the honesty of a reward for doing your part. If you do better/ society rewards you a bit more. If you participate by enabling society to be a more peaceful, harmonious, and a happy place; then society owes you a debt of freedom/ but not necessarily money; rather greater access for living a life that prospers by learning or doing the things that bring us all hope, and joy. All income, and all benefits, etc; must be limited, no more than 3 times “a decent salary”/ because that grants to the others their opportunities as well. GREED causes civilization to fail, because it simply does not care/ and without caring about the lives you infect, creates the diseases of hate, violence, murder, rape, laziness, etc.
3. The relationships we share between genders (male and female) are the most critical experiences every society shapes for themselves. Without significant and real opportunities for love, in a life relationship that is gentle and kind; returns grief, sadness, loneliness, hopelessness, and the failure of fools. Every human being faces time with the distinction “what am I, going to do with this time”? That means every human being is required to decide: WHAT has value to them? It is not a gift, you must decide for yourself, the value of your life/ the value of another life/ the value of life and world itself; and the foundation upon which you will build your future in time and eternity. Those who fail, commit suicide; and die murders of their own lives: unless it is your own body that fails you/ then it is nature that decided, and you are a victim. Just how it is.
Therefore the possibilities of male to female relationships in society, is just as important or more so, as any other aspect of living together for the purposes of life. Male to female/ female to male reality proves to be the most valuable of all relationships we can form. It is the basis of love, beyond ourselves. It is the foundation upon which children are considered a gift of life worth the price. This is the primary motivator for what men and women do. This is our resource and our decision, that changes loneliness to become “our mutual respect/ our life; not just mine”.
In the creation of change for this world, these three factors alter and conceive of a new world order by understanding: that law rules us all/ it is simply defined by the people who choose to define and enforce it. If that is a nation, then it is the law of the nation/ and the court belongs to the people themselves.
In the creation of change for this world; the damage and destruction of money is clearly and definitively apparent, and we will not survive without change. Consequently, because a great deal of work must be done, without the element of “profit: I won/ I got slaves/ I can be as lazy or worthless as I want” (do you see all the “I’s”, for selfishness?) The question before this world is: will you work together for life, with equity for all, to repair, rebuild, redesign, and create a future we will survive? Or not!
In the creation of change for this world; the functional reality is, that men brought us here/ therefore the relationship of men to this world must change. They made the decisions we now face/ they chose the methods we now know to be leading to our extinction/ they created the coming chaos/ they are the primary leaders in every sense of inequality, injustice, tragedy, and rape. Consequently, it is particularly men who must change; and since a considerable percentage will not do so without “significant encouragement”. It is the women who must make them change/ it is the women who hold the keys, to what men truly want in their lives/ it is the women who give happiness and hope to the vast majority of men. CONSEQUENTLY it is the women, who will become the critical relationship that changes this world for men and women and children. (Written as a separation from male, NOT necessarily personal to me/ but clearly part of me, as time continues to reassemble my truth into an alternate experience.)
By the mere fact: “We as women, REFUSE” to accept this anymore/ and consequently separate ourselves from men” UNTIL THEY CHOOSE TO CREATE a safe, friendly, peaceful world for everyone/ with justice, liberty, freedom, equality, and fair play for all: EQUAL EACH ONE, and no cause for prejudice against women especially. Not religion/ not laws unjust/ not restrictions of any kind that are not completely equivalent for men/ not definitions that alter equality in any sense/ not the progression of time as a means to return to failure. Because a vast number of men always choose “for money first”. The primary change for most societies is then “LIFE FIRST”.... NOT money. Consequently THE LAW CREATED must be, FOR SOCIETY: but without the slightest sense of gender inequality allowed. Until and unless REAL CHANGE is accomplished; let all women be separate/ so that men know: Choose to live with us as equals/ OR we choose to live without you, forever. For this purpose “eminent domain: the demand to use for the sake of all the people/ not just a tiny few”; shall be known as the authority required. You will move.
The creation of barricades reinforces this position. The use of shipping containers being cast off by industry, etc; make good barriers. The use of chemical scents, if attacked/ or the necessity to persuade arises; is appropriate for a first defense. Simple chemical spray booms across the tops of these containers activated by motion sensors, will help you contain the “problem men”. But in the end, it is whether men will respect women and their lives, that is at stake here in this necessity to reorganize society as equals. The question of men, is a decision among men to be loving/ or to be hateful of women. This then is intended to be the separation of love and hate/ so that those who hate are removed from the future. Let them be pushed back into their own area’s. Create a defendable line/ all who cross it for hate will die. This question also applies to women across this world: WILL YOU GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY, with your support and demands/ to make their men treat all women as equals? Yes or no! And to the women in question: make your decision now: for life or for death, will you demand equality and truth in your position as a human being that will be supported by justice for all/ or not? This is no game, and there are consequences for failure/ for you, and the women who fail to support your efforts as best they can. There is no middle ground, equal/ justice for life, like any man or better for society/ and fair play in every aspect of society is this demand. Either you get your truth, and become “same”/ or they rule your lives as slaves/ whore’s/ and gods without mercy. This world is changing/ the ways of men will finish destroying nature, and that means complete insanity is soon to come; TODAY, you have a chance to do better for yourselves/ BUT NOT tomorrow. Because chaos will reign without deliberate and real change. Do it now/ or face tears beyond anything you have ever known.
More critical is the necessity to recognize reality, by its truth; and adjust your decisions accordingly. Search the list of threats against our lives, and judge for yourselves if we are not at the end of peace/ and the beginning of horrendous change. It is a decision/ because unless we intervene today, even one threat can, and will ruin tomorrow. If you are wrong, and do nothing: decide for real, WHAT CAN YOU DO, to stop the process of men and their wars (he stole from me/ we need this/ etc)/ to stop the process of mutilation (nature in chaos)/ to stop the destruction of ocean life, and its supply of food to you (when there is not enough left, and cannibalism is reality)/ to stop the destruction of water reserves (when there is nothing left); or all the rest. The list is long. Answer the question/ BECAUSE YOU WILL LIVE THE REALITY, OR CHANGE IT!
An excellent place to start this recognition process of justice and equality for women/ changing society to life first, is Afghanistan. Already there, a clear need exists, the opportunity to defend women with outside forces/ instead of attacking men and letting them believe you are the enemy. Let the fighters be women inside the barricades/ let the defenders be men outside the barricades. Reinforce their position with supplies as needed/ and let them convince their men to do differently.
Of the various needs that will arise; are water, sewer, food, clothing for warmth, fuel for cooking, and a suitable method for the preservation of food. The military knows! One source of relatively “free food”, is to use the carcasses of pets, that you will kill anyway: IT IS BETTER, than giving them to worms. Beyond that there are no needs that cannot wait apart from healthcare. World participation decides the level of comfort for these women/ if it is minimal, I say to you a different, happy society is worth its price.
Women joined for life, is NOT TO BE; a time of ease or laziness or selfishness. You achieve a better world ONLY if you work to create it. Establishing the frameworks of law, education, hope, dignity, justice, mercy, and opportunity particularly for women to embrace their new world. One of the lessons apparent for Afghanistan could be computers, as this is a nation with minimal education in this area/ and computers have proven to be a “business opportunity” throughout the world. Another is journalism, with the opportunities to broadcast or print for their nation, and themselves: WHAT DO YOU wish to say, “to your men/ or this world”, as best they can. And so on. This is their opportunity for change, assist them and the nation will never go back.
On issues of development: the critical relationship to proving there is change today is the recognition of justice and order as generated by police and courts and government officials. Therein the court of law, will be run by women/ and men will bring their prisoners to a building set outside the compound of women, but very close. Women will judge/ and men will obey the laws that have been created to rule society: by life first & equality for all/ same treatment man or woman. Those who were guilty of rape, forced prostitution, accepting a child for payment, acid terrorism, etc shall be found and dealt with first. The penalty ranges up to the following: if found guilty, your possessions, your job, your business, and your freedom will be confiscated for the purposes of women/ because your crime was against women. If you return in any form to the above mentioned types of activity/ or if you return in an attempt to retake any possession, job, business, etc: the man or men who kills you will be given whatever your possessions or business sold for or is worth, unless it was for using women/ in which case they will pay for a bounty, as they choose to describe. Perhaps sex. If that man is not killed/ then castrated by “guillotine”; before the public. “Sexual male, no more”. As society adjusts the level of punishment changes, as would be appropriate, remembering same for all. To remind the men, as time goes on, it would be useful to have either naked women or naked pictures of women, displayed from time to time; without faces, so that none forget, what men truly want. Want is a driving force in this world, but remember men restrained from sexual activity will find lust. Where no face exists to recognize as desiring this one, they find lust instead of love or hope. That means, it is necessary to enforce: FIRST, you will create a society for us, that we all may live in peace, harmony, hope, and happiness! Then we return to you/ and you to us. To women, beware of walking past the barriers, because lust just don’t care/ and even if not pretty or old, surrounded by lust; you will cry, some even die. Lust is useful to you, because if men are particularly “poor”/ they are little more than animals. Like male animals, they will fight for sex.
Either choose: FOR LIFE FIRST, and nothing less/ or accept continued slavery, distress, rape, and domination by men. Because unless you grow those men up, that attack you with religion and the rest; to be more than animals. Men who love, will only find more cause to remember what has been lost, and work harder for a return to “a better life”. Let their be no drugs available, for an escape/ make the men turn it over, before you deal with them in any way. Pay for the poppy fields, at market value for all; and then destroy it early, so as to prove no more/ bring in a harvester, that will prove there is a better way, if you work for it; they will be impressed. NEGOTIATE, it is better than war. Let the women of this nation decide, if any man or group of men can be assisted with weapons; in the end it is their lives that will endure the result, either way. Let the world help them find solutions! If you do not do this, The coming problems for this world will allow them to turn even more violent against you, women, and this world. These are the only choices you have/ there is NO exit to another country; fix this one, or accept reality will be even worse. There are no real choices for this world either; you will learn to share and care/ or hell, (the insanity of men, gone berserk), Armageddon, (the catastrophic failure of nature, in every conceivable way), or simply the end of earth by the tragedies of men and their “big science” will take your lives away. Just how it is.
Repeat as necessary.
Just because you refuse to believe something, “doesn’t mean a damn thing”. Refusing “to open the door” to this possibility only means: you will be trapped, “like a child in the closet” of a burning house. IS THAT, what you want? We have the option, the possibility at least: IF WE WORK TOGETHER, to create a new world, and rebuild much of what has been lost/ to achieve a future we will survive, as life on earth. How is that not, worth fighting for? But this opportunity is fading fast, and it will never return. Past the point, nature can provide for us, is the literal end of humanity.
On more pleasant matters, one of the things necessary for a crowded society, is the creation of new infrastructures. The simple method to establish new utility delivery systems is to take the street; among high rise building in particular/ and raise it ten feet higher. Creating a new street above, restricting traffic as necessary/ but keeping the store fronts located in the now “subterranean city”/ and allowing the previous second floor/ to become the new property, lining the new street above. Although it would be best to restrict traffic entirely/ if it is necessary, only one lane of traffic closed at the old street level is all that is necessary to create a new utility delivery system/ the rest can easily be public transit. If done properly, in a large city, the proper method is an H grid/ whereby two cities streets are created with this rise in pavement, with the street in-between dedicated to “truck alley”; no other vehicles allowed.
In the interest of our future, restaurant foods that are clearly good shall be given to programs that feed people. Scraps can be given to animals, whether you believe its unhealthy or not/ it is correct. And all other forms of waste that exists as the potential for fertilizers and the creation of soils/ where soils need the help; should be transported for the purpose of “new agricultural lands” in the future. The resultant mixture, would benefit by water (small areas first), and seeds. It is a ten year commitment.
In the interest of keeping the ocean currents going, thereby ocean going fish; it is necessary where possible/ as in Greenland; to haul that fresh water to area’s in need/ for the purpose of recreating vegetation, with a hope for the future is an appropriate thing to do. Use your head, and think beyond this moment. EVERY oil tanker that is not double-hulled/ can be used for this purpose; they should not otherwise exist. Global warming is more critically real, in terms of the heat generated by humanity/ than any other force. Add it up, known fossil fuels burned/ fires/ and heat generated by nuclear; and then calculate that in btu’s of influence on this earth. Insulate, efficient as possible (no exceptions), less consumption by all methods; recycling, reusing, rewards, etc.
In the reality of true desecration as is happening to every ocean life/ due to the impact of men. It is absolutely necessary, that you turn the dead bodies of humanity into ocean fish food/ ground up and treated as necessary. Either you feed the fish, with this the only “food for fish” you can honestly spare/ or they will quit feeding you. It’s a choice. Dead bodies are otherwise worthless/ but not the children, and not dead soldiers who died in combat; these are exempt. Feed your children: the choice is, filled with poison/ destroyed by fire (a reality this world can no longer afford)/ or eaten by worms. Grow up, and understand this as well: the world can no longer afford resources used for the dead/ not ground/ not metals, none of it. The day comes soon, when these will be dug up for the metals/ believe it or not. This is the world you designed, not me; want to survive, resources are required/ want to complain, LOOK IN YOUR GARBAGE!
