The foundation of elemental effects
In the passage between, a nation ruled by power, money, and pride/ to a new reality of a nation literally owned by WE THE PEOPLE. There is the transformation of knowledge, from being isolated into sections of the community which are then manipulated and confused as to the potential of being owners, to the state of mind and action, that is: being literally in charge of their own lives and this nation. Just as there is limited freedoms in being an individual/ there are limited freedoms in being a leader, no matter which position you hold. So the question is: who decides what these limits are/ and how are they enforced across an entire nation or world?
The answer is law/ but that is the simplified version; because the real truth of law exists within the confrontation of ideals and decisions upon which that law is created. In America, the basis and foundation of all law is created or built upon the agreements of the people that their own lives will be sacrificed upon the ideals and opportunities, the securities and decisions, the critical relationship that understands a future is important, and an understanding of the liberties upon which we are intended to support, identify, and express or experience this nation throughout time. That foundation and basis of action or reaction as allowed for/ fought for/ and died for to create this nation and sustain it: is literally the constitution and in particular its preamble or introduction which states the purposes of the people for this nation/ the declaration of independence which deliberately states the association between what we desire for ourselves as a nation, and the actions of those leaders who refuse to understand we are equal/ and the bill of rights, a fundamental assignment of essential liberties that are used to identify individual assertions of freedom and protection from the others. These three documents control and express the essence and reality of all law in these United States of America. Anything that does NOT comply to the basis and relationship of truth, as was agreed IS THIS NATION, AND ITS PURPOSE; is NOT a law/ but an intrusion upon the people, and if severe enough, then an act of treason, by traitors and fools.
To protect the people from anarchy (the result of traitors), and from fools (the people who believe anything that allows themselves to be selfish and filled with any form of hate): the first amendment REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES/ assigned to the people by law within the constitution of this USA, is their protection, is their fundamental reliance upon law and justice; as opposed to civil war and revolution. The anarchy proven by the US supreme court in denying US supreme court case 08-1339/ a case reduced to the single question: WILL YOU HONOR AND OBEY THE REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES granted by the first amendment in this US constitution of law? Their answer was no. See the documents at www.justtalking2.info. Which means traitors have taken control of this land. Either the law rules/ or the nation has been invaded and sold to an enemy; for we are not simple slaves, but owners. And our contract with those we employ to do the work of society/ gives none the right to change or discard our basic law or foundation of government.
Having assembled the evidence of countless threats/ the reality of a government led by people who are in fact anarchists because they intend to destroy a working part of the constitution which holds us together {the first amendment redress of grievances}: the reality we now face is simple. THERE MUST BE CHANGE, AND REMOVAL OF THOSE WHO ARE TRAITORS from their positions of power or influence, with criminal charges filed. Our nation, this america is intended to be a place of law/ BECAUSE THAT, IS THE ONLY WAY A DEMOCRACY WORKS. Without law, the people have no power or authority. With law, the people have a GUARANTEED RIGHT to demand those employees who work for us shall do what we ask them to do/ SHALL OBEY THE LAW, as is expected by every single citizen without compromise. Therein the value and truth of a democracy is exerted NOT by revolution or civil war/ but by the examination and proof: WE LIVE BY LAW. Not “pick and choose by employees law”/ but by the fact, that our constitution guarantees you the employee shall obey this order and command of all the people.
The offering of idiots will be: “But these are different times, and we need different ways; those old documents are just words”. That is untrue, because humanity and the essence of people does not change/ only the methods of stealing, cheating, manipulating, tempting, LYING, and thieving change as one little group intending to be “rich and powerful” collide with the reality that is this nation. The foundation of democracy IS NOT A VOTE! Because the people cannot depend upon, are not able to control, the mouths or intentions of a politician; thereby votes are of minimal use unless there is a true education, investigation, and intent to learn what is needed according to truth. The work is useless with regard to politicians, BUT NOT when the law itself is to be voted upon, which then controls us all. THE FOUNDATION OF DEMOCRACY IS THE LAW, is the basis and foundation upon which all law is built/ is the reality of freedoms assigned as your, our guaranteed rights. This eliminates rules, by the function of understanding, a law comes first/ a rule (people telling you what to do, or not do), is extrapolated from the damage done to society or environment. Consequently, and forever true is the simple statement: WE MUST PROTECT OUR LAW AND ITS FOUNDATION, from all intruders and enemies. We must protect ourselves from those who do and try to seek superiority over us, by money, or rights that do not defend society, or change that is not consistent with the values and decisions that have created and sustained the basic foundation that is this nation. We must remove those who fail to support, defend, honor, trust, and respect the law. Whosoever they are.
That said, we do come to understand: this nation is at the brink of extreme turmoil/ because the threats that surround us, can be proven true. And their reality can reshape our lives and our future with death. The reality of leadership over the last decades of influence upon this nation, is one leading to catastrophe: because every base foundation upon which we depend for life or nation, has been attacked without mercy or the intent to survive. Instead of a future, these leaders of this USA have built a coffin/ and are closing the lid on you. Instead of the law assigning you the right to investigate, examine, and then decide through the evidence what is justice, and our future, and our nation/ even world: the current leaders of the court in this USA have chosen anarchy, and destruction to the law that governs and controls our nation. The primary litigants involved in US supreme court case 08-1339 were the hierarchy of governing employees; and they all had access to media support/ they all have the opportunity to say, we must obey the law/ they all understand the responsibilities and oaths upon which they were allowed to have their jobs; and they all failed completely as did the court/ refusing this nation its right to proceed as a democracy. Proving “the smart people in power”/ believe you are unequal to the task of governing yourselves. But then liars have always abounded in history, wherever governments are formed/ because there are always “the rich” who want power over the others, and take it, by controlling the law. ONLY democracy, wherein the law is the governing body; makes the difference, between WE THE PEOPLE/ and them the rulers. Because the law is controlled by us, under the foundation of what is truly our decision to be a nation. IT IS NOT, under the complete control of those in a position of power, to take our rights away. The law divides the nation into all humanity is equal, and justice under the law. It is the failure of the court systems, and their decisions not to obey the true and literal intent of constitutional laws, that degrade our ownership into failure and deceit. It is the failure of legislatures, who deliberately make rules they then call law; to establish an open door to escape the law, and do whatever the money desires. It is the failure of citizens who do not support and defend the truth called law, as a foundation for this nation/ that gives the power and freedoms of life over to hate, selfishness, gluttony, and then despair, disrespect, and disgrace. All want turns into greed or violence. All greed is an intent to steal your life, by making you a slave to them/ taking away your options, and controlling who you are allowed to be.
In this government run by employees, the reality is “they don’t care”. Not because these or previous employees are not passionate about something/ but because every citizen is simply too many to care about; every right a weight that crushes those who are suppose to control. The literal method of life in society without this burden: IS LAW. Thereby stop destroying the intent of law to create justice, fair play, equality, and freedom/ let the law do its job. And the possibilities of society will extend beyond any employee to become OUR nation, of we the people. NOT the law of legislatures, which invariably supports destruction and disintegration of rights for all and gives that to a few/ so they can make money, and stay in power over you. Rather the law which we the people choose, to extend over us like an umbrella/ to cast aside the never ending gluttony and disgrace of those who are so proud, they will sell you for nothing/ and believe they do have the power to assert you, “are worthless”. These things are a disrespect of society/ and a true disgrace for its people. Greed is an enemy, a thief, a liar, and a fool. Power is the failure of a people to assert their law/ our law, shall rule. The university, those who say “we know” to everything/ regardless of facts or evidence, by using assumptions, religious zeal, or any other form of ignorance and disease; are a disaster waiting to happen. Case in point the national ignition facility, which asserts it can bring 180 million degrees here on earth (more than an exploding star); and there is no problem. They are “satan” dressed in costume, waiting to kill this whole earth. Genetic crucifixtion everywhere, by mutilating all nature and hoping this will infect the world. And much more. A pandemic of failure and fools.
There will be those who discard or fail to digest these assertions; but lets review: greed has stolen every dime of American money, replacing it with so many numbers; all will become worthless. Power has taken weapons of mass destruction and told you to believe “saviors”/ when in fact they are literally the enemy, able to kill an entire world in 60 minutes, or less; from any point in time. The university has created most of the threats that exist, or are directly in charge of the governments, business, industry, or military that does threaten, and has stolen our lives. How is that not apparent; or unwise? Every generation has had “smart people” telling it what is true; for thousands of years “the world was flat”/ because the evidence proved it; turn a table upside down and things fall off. Simple as that, hard evidence that none disproved for thousands of years. Yet they were wrong/ their evidence lacked significant truth, and so is the reality of this day as well. The difference is, “the media” searches for words/ and they use anything to erupt from the silence and make conversation, regardless of its value or truth. Blame it on the university/ and once said on tv, “is it not taken for granted by millions or billions”. The purpose here is WAKE UP! And understand, that reality teaches common sense to the people who live common lives, because reality is truth in itself, wrapped in the courage of its people. The university plays, fantasizes, and deludes itself over what they can believe; like any other religion that has ever existed. They only believe in the truth? The geologic evidence is: this world experienced one great world wide flood, the level and abundance of coal/ gas/ and oil prove it is so. Yet geologists the world over refuse this truth and make up stories to suit themselves/ and media reports their word, regardless of evidence or truth. Governments support evolution, the worlds most stupid religion; without a single hesitation, as do most religion: not stopping to recognize the reality of evidence, and truth of life: THAT WE WERE NOT BUILT ONE PIECE AT A TIME, but in fact need all our parts to survive. How stupid can you be.
Regardless of that, this is about making change happen for this nation of people/ for this world of life. Therein we return to the reality of how to make the employees stop their assault on OUR NATION. Again, the foundation of change in America will be: WE REFUSE TO SURRENDER OUR MONEY IN TAXES/ until you the employees assigned and accepted by your own oath to obey the constitution: HAVE TRULY PROVIDED THE REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, the first amendment promises to this people. You can march on the capitol/ but it is the money that will decide. You can let the employees threaten you, OR you must organize into true representatives for all the people; and refuse to let thieves, liars, and traitors take your nation away. They will continue to print money, allowing the primary leaders to believe “this means nothing”. BUT IF YOU PROVE THE LAW DEMANDS THEIR ACCEPTANCE/ IF YOU PROVE THEIR OATH IS THE FOUNDATION OF A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, whereby they shall go to prison for treason to this nation. Isolation will arise, and their organization against you WILL crumble. Because every man or woman goes to prison or death by themselves. The law rules/ or this is no democracy! Thereby the law comes to judge those who seek its destruction/ NOT the people, but the law.
The question of this day is then: DO YOU CHOOSE TO RUN AWAY AND HIDE FROM ALL THE DAMAGE DONE BY YOUR LEADERS/ or will you stand for something, and find the courage to begin the test of who shall decide our future? This world is threatened with death and disaster from every side/ time is running out, and there are NO second chances. That means literally: IT IS YOU, WHO WILL DECIDE if this planet will live or die. It is the people now living on this earth, that will judge it, DEAD OR ALIVE/ by the work you do for change, and the reality you live for a future that can survive and sustain another generation.
Freedom is not free, it comes with responsibilities for the adult and child. Your employees will insist they have a right to do whatever they choose to do/ they were hired to make decisions for you/ and that is what they did. But that is not so, your employees were hired to do the things for this nation that the constitution allows, demands, creates and sustains as the basis and foundation of government: THEY DID NOT, do their job. Therefore a review of reality by redress of grievances is called for/ the evidence being that which surrounds us as a threat in so many ways. Tell them instead of “their own decisions”/ they are obligated by oath to support and defend the decisions that were already made within the constitution itself, and the instructions provided by the people to their employees through each of the foundation documents that built this nation. Tell them, that as men are drafted to go to war/ because they are told the nation needs them to do this: that our employees shall be treated the same, they were hired, because they asked and vowed to do their best for our ways and methods of describing justice, equality, and fair play for this nation; to go to war against graft, corruption, extortion, theft, and failure: AND THEY DID NOT. Which means literally, they are deserters at best/ an enemy by the definition of losses sustained, and a traitor to our basic need: protect our lives. This is not only reality, but proven without doubt by the presence of a threat to this world so massive, and so extremely dangerous \that an entire planet can die. And yet they fail in every aspect to protect a single life. They love their power, they worship their pride, and they fail with absolute regularity to do anything but support money, greed, selfishness, and the poverty or disease of people who want to play god.. Shame on them. And shame on you for being asleep; and choosing not to care/ not even for an entire world at risk. WAKE UP OR DIE!
