The Duty of life is: to participate as best you can/ irregardless of any contempt, or criticism/ your responsibility is simple: life demands, therefore it is necessary for the sake of survival, for the reality of peace, & for the sanctity of life to offer opportunities and describe solutions in matters which cannot be avoided! The duty owed to society, is the responsibility to STOP "the mass murderers (do you think, the terrorists of 9/11 should have been stopped, people who knew, should have told/ because thousands died and tens of thousands were directly affected). The duty of this day is to understand the decisions of the past and their impact upon societies future/ IF you comprehend, any of the possible realities as are indicated in this lawsuit/ THEN it is your duty "to stop or tell": if you do not/ then what difference is there between you and the people who knew, thousands WERE GOING TO DIE! The duty to yourself is: an honest realization, of the truth that governs your own life! Contrary to the propaganda of people whose interest is in "keeping the current status quo", the reality of your life/ our lives is: change is necessary! IF you desire "the money or your pride more/ than your life" then what would come next is surly a reality you have chosen.
THIS IS: a lawsuit based upon NEED & RIGHT/ the documents consist of constitutional promises and the right of a nation to use those promises. The realities that threaten the very existence of life are discussed; the resolutions to these problems are defended by the occurrence of this lawsuit/ as the most probable & peaceful method of resolution & safety, for us all. The methods of law & justice allow the majority to decide critical social truths, and direct the government to support and sustain those truths. The constitution of the United States, and most states grants "power to the people/ WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT, and that does mean we DO control the courts and its judges". This is essentially a "quiet revolution", NOT by the intent to overthrow, BUT by the reality of our human drama, created the a need/ demonstrated by a right/ and defended by the basis of constitutional doctrine and the right of lives given and lost, for this specific purpose, and NO OTHER! The quest initiated herein is not for power, for society has no power over itself [apart from government]. Instead the REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES OF THE 1ST AMENDMENT OF THE USA CONSTITUTION and all its accompanying documents defend the right of the people not only to be involved, but to be "rulers in their own right". This is the purpose of freedom and the honor of liberty! There shall be, no need to defend the truth of ownership, of the United States of America, it is WE THE PEOPLE! Therefore neither the court nor the government, nor even any other citizen may honestly seek to render your right to this vote, of no consequence! YOUR VOTE, is indeed of grave consequence, because we do approach critical threats to our survival as a nation and a world, and even as a humanity. The right to defend against such threats as these is BEYOND QUESTION. The designation of citizen, is to you, a right to investigate, and then to decide, where others have truly failed. The court and the government, are not a weapon against you unless you let them be/ they are the reality of this day, mired in the decisions of the past/ promises made but not kept/ and the assertion that these individual citizens, who are promised to support and defend the constitution, have lost their way. IF you agree, then you must acquire the necessary knowledge, & grasp the wisdom and the need, to alter the direction and destiny of this time and this place/ THEN, you will allow truth to lead, and honesty to direct or life cannot survive. This is your decision, not anyone else's ! IF you refuse it/ then you must not complain, when reality turns upon you, and life becomes a true tragedy. Truth must lead, because NONE of us, are competent to choose for ALL of us/ particularly as it describes things which cause extinction.
The consequence of LIES, as revealed within this lawsuit DO seek, the opportunity called truth. Truth is NOT "an option or a decision' TRUTH is a destiny, as described by the evidence. Therefore an assumption of choice, is rather, an opportunity to work with truth, instead of against truth. Wisdom explains: a lie, as conceived by "someone" who does NOT want the others to know "this truth". Therefore truth is the reality born of simple facts, faced with courage and bravery and honor, and revealed within the respect necessary for the occurrence. This definition DOES NOT allow for disruption of the facts/ nor for altering the BASIC destinies that the evidence will prove/ instead the possibility for wisdom to change that destiny designs the purpose of the evidence and the investigation.. The consequence being a true & clear warning, assembled from the evidence of this day and described without, "treason".
What is IMPORTANT, WHAT IS LIFE, & WHAT IS DUTY, can only respect the integrity of the purpose. That purpose is: to survive and live. The foundations of these desires, ARE SEVERELY THREATENED/ which brings the call to investigate clearly & with an open mind, and then DO; according to the definitions which truth allows. Some would say wait/ because sufficient distress has not yet been shown/ these are foolish: as is the case clearly described by weapons of mass destruction/ and so many other truths: once the process has reached the point of no return/ nothing else matters! Therefore NOW is the time, therefore NOW is the difference between life & death. PRIDE ALONE, is responsible for MUCH of the severe threats/ if you fail to surrender pride/ then you cannot survive, nor the world itself; therefore the decisions of this day are for the world, for the future, and for life.
Selfishness shall become the difference between life or death: dependent upon the choice made. Selfishness & power ARE attacked herein, because, "they are" the rulers of human destinies/ whereas the critical decisions of this day are assigned by love OR power/ NOT both! If power is chosen, then you shall continue on, in much the same way if the world will let you. You shall not continue on for more than 20 years, because within that time, (anytime), genetics WILL attack you/ critical resources shall disappear, creating war/ the water "will die"/ and as a consequence every weapon made shall be used (this "is just a few" of what truth reveals).
IF love and the RESPECT REQUIRED is chosen, then life will blossom, and happiness reign for at least 1000 years. HOWEVER, if at any time, the "old ways" are re-introduced/ the end of time, SHALL come quickly & without warning. This is YOUR CHOICE, and you shall make it! In contrast to such warnings as these, consider your reality in the definitions of romance, power achieves tears/ while love and respect donate to the world a living relationship [an experience, of joy and happiness].
In the experience of boy (man), as he enters "the age of woman" is a highly complex search, for dignity and the moments of a life beyond his own. This search gives action to a wide variety of behaviors, all intended to achieve the single action of a relationship conceived in integrity, hoping for a truth to be revealed, "that he is a man". The female alternative examines "boy" and expects "man" and listens to the purpose in her heart, "to join with honor, in a place called home". Dating is the experimentation of methods & trials & fears & all manner of rejection/ to the point of power: "can I control the situation, & direct the outcome"? To facilitate power, promises & sex are used by both sides among many other games. The result of these games are lies/ because the purpose of a game is to win or lose. Many tears fall for both sexes/ and life becomes hard & sometimes harsh.
The true relationships of man & woman is formed through respect! If you have not equal respect for each other, then you have nothing. Respect is the ONLY foundation LOVE can be built upon/ not even truth can accomplish love, only respect.
Respect is a knowledge built through time & experience. Respect is the honor of understanding the outcome (right or wrong) was intended to be a participation in love. Respect is the wisdom, of a plain & simple relationship where deceit cannot "lie in wait" because there is no place to hide. Respect redefines our lives/ into desire & desire portrays our souls, in the relationship of our lives. Respect examines truth and finds the honesty of a moment. Here in the creation of family we are reborn, we are alive in each other, and we are found in the spirit of eternal life: "alive, to cherish the treasury of you". BE free, but be honest, respecting life and each other first. Be honest with yourself, accept the simple truths, and understand simple needs.
Our relationship with our bodies changes over time. The fundamental existence of critical time, replaces childhood with "hormones" and the result is sexual awareness. Critical time occurs between ages "15-35" and it assigns us individually with the choices that become a part of our existence. The issues presented as "making a living/ family responsibility/ and the details of how you will & do treat the people around you, are all decided during this time. Each body makes demands, sexual definitions are applied to women as "periods"/ sexual realities are applied to men & boys as "a need to be dealt with". The active frustration in men can easily be ignored/ BUT if you do, problems shall arise in both the possibility of reproduction, the genetic health of a child, & your own body health. As a consequence, "some type" of minimal function is required. The sexual demands of both men & women are fairly constant, and respect allows, a reasonable consequence shall follow, even if it is unimportant to you. This is the first trait of family responsibility, that you shall recognize his or her need & "rise to the occasion". The second & equal trait of family responsibility is understanding the difference between fulfilling a need and finding joy in each others arms. Pleasure is NOT about "the chemical exchange"/ pleasure is "the desire" found in searching for truth, in an honest soul! This is experienced in the moments of profound openness wherein "the universe seems only to exist in you, as the relationship born in each others arms". Here in the place of destinies, happiness is shared! Without truth & honesty: nothing but sex can be shared. Therefore if your relationship is based upon sex, your lives cannot truly share happiness. Happiness exists as the knowledge of a journey worth taking, & the openness of a destiny worth receiving. Happiness is then the discipline of a desire formed from the order presented "by the universe", and displayed as a respect for all life to see. Happiness delivers to your soul, the nourishment of SPIRITUAL awakening, and honors life by opening the door to thought; an entire universe explained as "the joy of life"! Be respectful, and measure NOT, creation as a constant demand upon you/ instead assign life, to the blessing of work (your opportunity to expand your world, and participate) to love (your destiny shared), to survival (your education, required to find freedom & build honor, and share and care), to family (if you are lucky, the people who respect you), & to life itself (the possibility without end). Reality says death occurs/ reality states life is more, than a few chemicals being exchanged. In the reality of "making a living" there are guarantees: if you fail to find food or water you will die, if you fail to find work/ the others may refuse to support you and so on. It is the supposed finality of such things that comes to mind to believe living here is a fight! In reality there are always consequences/ that is a primary education given by time: time teaches and advises. The consequence of belief, that a battleground exists is in its purpose, the expression of "warriors all around". This creates fear, and fear lashes out, fear confronts and assails people, fear alters existence into the calamity of " humans assuming lower species behaviors" because the traits enveloped use only the action & reaction of simple survival, instead of thought. The details of how we interact with each other as a community, as friends, or as lovers are found here. Therefore your relationship to fear, determines your world. The most common fight is for "more"/ therefore the critical human experience is about your excess or theirs. The second most prevalent human experience is about "pay now or pay later". Those who work hard early, will find life easier in later years/ those who play hard early will find themselves working hard in later years. The 3rd basic human experience is the need of others, and the consequent choices to be made. The 4th simple association of human existence is age, "my life is passing me by, what can I do"? The 5th human experience is "the message" of loneliness and its decision: what will you do? The 6th human experience is simply: what will happen when I die? The 7th & last constant experience of humanity is : Why, am I alive?
These 7 and their answers form the nucleus of your world. They exist as the foundations upon which you shall and have built your life & the intensity attributed to finding an identity that expresses your hope. If you have no hope/ then you have no identity, because "they share the same light". YOU are in charge of the details of your life/ YOU support the experience of your life, by contributing fear or courage/ YOU measure the values of your life, by becoming sheep "and letting the others decide"/ by becoming wolves and "preying, instead of living"/ or by becoming real, and letting truth decide.
Decisions are BUILT, they are not "random accidents"/ decisions exist because the structure of your life will support the burden of your hopes & desires or decisions collapse under the weight of wants that exist without discipline or order, and when life changes, your "imaginings" fall down. Life is NOT about moments/ life is about the consequence of energy & the freedom to live. Destiny creates the opportunity, but life creates your possibility; the equation to be remembered is: "respect equals life, but truth, love, honor, & the destiny of your soul becomes eternity.
The dimensions of this lawsuit are simple ones: our humanity demands of us, needs that must be filled/ that desires be chosen/ that reality be accepted/ & that RESPECT be realized. These are the personal experiences of growth. Growth means; I have recognized the distance between who I am, and who life itself has given to me, to honor as my identity. Identity is "the making of the man/ woman/ or even child" and it is expressed NOT in the terms of "I" but as the reality of an expansion in truth, as the place we conceive and then create. Identity is the relationship that joins life, and becomes soul.
The basic foundations of living ARE simple as well: movement IS required/ discipline is necessary/ understanding IS built upon knowledge, & wisdom MUST be earned. These are translated as moments, & moments bring measurements. LIFE is not about measurements/ therefore time must cease to be important/ reality says: life requires learning, the consequence is then, LIFE IS THE FOUNDATION upon which we build the structures of eternity.
The critical relationship of humanity to the life it encompasses, reveals that DESTINY: "the intensity of the design/ purpose, the integrity of the desire/ LOVE, and the HONOR of complete TRUST/ & RESPECT, the process of recognizing the DIGNITY, THE COURAGE, THE HONESTY, AND SO VERY MUCH MORE, assigns to the experience of living "a price" which could never be bought or earned: therefore A GIFT! Destiny EXPRESSES the foundations of your own work! Destiny explains FREEDOM, through the LIBERTY assigned within THOUGHT, and grants us HOPE!
Therefore as each day passes, the moments are measured, because we are human. The consequence explained by reactions, for the majority, rather than choice/ the reality challenged NOT by the intensities of life, But more simply the measurements of time & the very human fear of death, and its ending as a human. WE DO, "face extinction or change"! Life or death in its most complete terms. LIFE, will require of each person, a relationship with RESPECT! If you fail respect, then you FAIL COMPLETELY: and will be abandoned.
LIFE will ask of each person, in their relationship with LOVE! LOVE IS PATIENT, MERCIFUL, HAPPY, & HONORED: who then are you. The love which exists in you, shall reveal the truth in you, that these are your descriptions or they are not! LOVE cannot be proud [because pride is the game of winners & losers], therefore LOVE, "has NO station in life, ALL are EQUAL"!
Desire defines "the presence of LIFE, by the placement of your priorities/ WHO AND WHAT IS IMPORTANT, to you". Desire then fulfills the identity of a destiny described as your own/ and translates the freedom of your soul, as the architect of your future, (for good or bad)!
DESTINY describes, & LIFE fulfills.
Our relationship to this day, & this time is more complex than it appears; decisions HAVE been made, which achieve a very predictable outcome by the application of reason & evidence & fact. Evidence, is the association between reason & fact. IF humanity does not accept TRUTH, and choose HONOR, then by the evidence, humanity and all life with it will die: MANY things threaten. If humanity responds but fails to change/ reality is relentless and truth doesn't care/ therefore humanity will die. This DECISION requires courage, honesty, & the desire for LOVE, as respect would build it.
If fear and panic occur instead of an HONEST decision, then your time WILL be extremely short, DO YOUR BEST! By your own design, the future DOES wait for your answer/ majority will rule.
If you survive as a world, the foundations of being human will change! IF you survive the next few years, the relationship of being human, to being ALIVE will change. If you survive the responsibility of change, the decision represented by this lawsuit shall be recognized and RESPECTED, and will determine the possibilities, BUT just as it has been years to "get this far"/ it will be a few more years, to change.
The price of society is justice/ without justice every civilization fails, the reality is a very simple "thieves & liars turn upon themselves, when the common citizen no longer listens". The judicial hierarchy has grown tired of simple truths & honorable decisions; they have treated respect as if it were "skunk spray", and found tyranny & treason the toys of a legal system without merit, value, or honor. It is however true, the people have set them up to fail: they whine, cry fake tears, lie without remorse, deceive at a whim, and FAIL at all levels of fairness & respect for their fellow citizen/ therefore they DO deserve & reap accordingly. The issues presented hereby are not "how bad it is"/ the truth presented by this lawsuit describe a situation which can deteriorate rapidly; becoming "guns in desperate struggles with life". HOW will you stop anarchy once the people have had enough? The common citizen still says, "no, never here" (because America is supposed to be honorable). Reality disagrees and states the following, as sufficient reason to become involved with this lawsuit of the 1st amendment of the constitution "redress of grievances".
1. the people are abused and soon will realize their money and their dreams have vanished.
2. The people are oppressed, in trying to sustain themselves from bankruptcy, they do work at the limit of their lives, and the cost of their families, and relationships.
3. The people are sacrificed, "little by little", to keep the fantasy alive, all the resources required to survive are being consumed, and therefore the future, in very near terms holds only starvation and war.
4. The people are terrorized, the weapons of mass destruction literally mean: one insane person can cause the death of the whole earth, and YOU ARE CERTAIN TO DIE, because of it.
5. The people are brutalized, the food they need/ the water they require are being taken from them, by genetics & chemical pollution's.
6. The people are sold as slaves, the tyranny of survival where greed and selfishness control/ demands pay the price or die. NO resources, means NO work, because there are no resources, & NO possibility to survive, because lack of resource also means "a war to end all war/ all life"!
7. The people are led by "false gods"/ do they not continually tell you "evolution is your answer(the disguise of a religion based upon their science of storytelling and guesses, claimed to be your god) / therefore do not fear, do not worry, do anything you want and there shall be no consequence/ "just believe in evolution"! The INSANITY of "true believers" are spread across the earth, violating genetic structure, spewing poison across every environment, & ceaselessly demanding that your body & your life are literally "nothing more than the debris of creatures STUPIDER than they"! They demand nothing more than raw chemicals mixed "in a mudpuddle" became genetic structure [a list of instructions 6 billion bits long], biological compositions [the life you know as body and everything living: or more directly, the ordered and disciplined environment of "a trillion/ trillion parts"], and all that is life on earth, by the understanding of knowledge and the creation of thought! "IF, they had the IQ of the shit they excrete, they would know better!" Yet people follow wherever a whim takes them. Prove me wrong & show us/ how you make life from raw chemicals in a mudpuddle: produce life! IF you say it was in the ocean, then prove the chemicals dispersed in that ocean, made life: PROVE YOUR STATEMENT, OR YOU FAIL. NO acceptance will be allowed for adaptation/ prove life. Adaptation is merely the evidence of perfect design! Do you not design houses and cars and such/ do you honestly believe this is equivalent to a life form? Evolution says: "the bacteria, which attempts to kill you, is far smarter than you are"/ this is literal not figurative: investigate evolution and demand answers.
8. The people are deceived for they believe America is a democracy/ it is not. Rather money & special interest elect, by producing a majority of the players. This indebtedness STRIPS from democracy all independence/ and the price is laws which serve only the selfish who demand greed & the greed serves only "the predators of human existence". Democracy is: the honor of a true vote, for what you believe in. It is the freedom to express independence without interference, & it is the reality of an honest vote which will truly make a difference.
9. The people are lost, and do live like sheep/ being persuaded or manipulated by a media controlled by a VERY few hands. The direction of common expression is therefore NOT independent thought, but the mimicking of a few voices. This fact STEALS from them, the understanding of a search for knowledge, and the relationship with wisdom that seeks its own path and assembles its own decisions. Many will say no/ but truth says: "you believe weapons of mass destruction are your saviors/ you believe genetics and mutation shall not destroy you/ you believe evolution: the list is very long". IF you continue/ then you will certainly be proved wrong! Then you die!
10. The people are afraid; look at all the guns, listen to all the heartbreak of drugs, examine the consumption of prescriptions and other drugs, and learn FEAR causes most of this/ the desire for control, the wish to "make it (usually death) all go away". YOU cannot escape death/ therefore the average human envisions "I'll make it stay away, as long as possible". Eternity should allow you to realize, this will not "make a difference": OUR relationship with this life, is as time/ so much, and no more. Instead of fear/ recognize your own miracles/ the miracles surrounding you/ and the reality known as life in you. These establish a relationship with thought that cannot be denied/ the question of thought, its reality, and its destiny are then the definitions of eternity; begin the journey and accept your duty to participate. Time is only a medium/ thought IS the true environment of your life.
11. The people are ridiculed: look at the "savage extortionists: like hyenas surrounding a dying gazelle" which would include "doctors, lawyers, dentists, bankers, funeral directors, and every other college graduate or money holder" who believes their life, is worth more than the people who make their own lives possible! Instead of equals/ do they not demand: "as if they were a god it you/ look at what they charge/ look at your financial reality: they made you slaves", for nothing more than greed (look at the garbage dump/ this is where they throw away, what is not important to them/ the hours, the sacrifice, & the homes of countless millions of other lives). They are not to be considered as evil/ rather society has allowed them this/ saying in effect "save me": as time elapsed, this temptation turned into power, and you became measured by your own frailty. Life can be hard! The difference between finding a solution and becoming a slave is: understand the truth, and let it be your guide and friend.
12. The people are being destroyed, because the measure of a life, has been given to "the mind of power"/ as it displays the corruption of absolute authority, justice is destroyed first (investigate this lawsuit and its claims). Then comes obedience as the sacrifice necessary to survive, a manipulation of souls. Then jealousy spills and revenge consumes. Fear initiates a need not to defend/ but to make the others fear me (therefore their own fears will keep them away) in reality, this is merely the escalation of fears into a game of power: human history says the end result is always the same WAR.
It is apparent the judicial services neither understand justice anymore , nor do they know the purpose of their jobs: therefore they will be told:
Justice is NOT a description of words/ justice is a resolution of equity determined by the functions applied to life and the consequences of immediate and long term decision. Justice is the relationship of human to life, and is defined by the foundation called RESPECT, as it distinguishes reality according to truths conceived in MIRACLES. Justice accomplishes the journey of life, by transforming simple solitude into expression of a society/ society therefore establishes the honor of being human, by its appreciation of every individual, EQUALLY! Justice is NEVER BLIND/ Justice is the creation of fundamental truths that bind life, as a marriage, to the environment of hope and the destiny of possibilities beyond these "moments in time". Justice is the consequence established, that supports an individual declaration/ NOT simply "an eye for an eye" but a decision purposely made: and a reality CLEARLY earned (the young DO deserve an alternate reality/ but not by numbers: by design, and the intensity of their destruction, and the certainty of knowledge).
The job of a judge & the purpose of the court is NOT defended by the application of law/ the legal RIGHT, "IS AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE PEOPLE" as the message of integrity, the design of dignity, and the formation in simple terms, of honorable behaviors & definition in right! The law exists as the judge/ when it is faithful and true to the purposes of society. The law exists as treason & tyranny, wherever its foundation has corrupted the purposes of society or its future. The definition of a judge is NOT "arrogant blasphemy" / the definition of a judge is expected to be: the strength of man or woman, declared to be cherished for providing us : "the honor of our own right, to present our story, & be heard with discipline, order, & respect". A judge is then the person who stands for us, to demand an honest action, an honorable decision, and a truth shall decide! The purpose of a lawyer is to honor the truth and displace the prejudices of humanity. IF you have no honor, then you are evil/ because your actions are intended to subvert honor and destroy peace on earth, "just like pennies make up a million dollars/ little failures add up to great damages". ALL FAILURES to distinguish fairness and choose destruction, or that which surrenders truth beneath the current "genocide of murder and extortion against society itself, by selling its collective soul, its happiness, and its peace, to the predators of heart, life, & the blessing of simple truths in love & honesty:" I guarantee to you: SHALL BE REMEMBERED IN ETERNITY!
"too smart" to believe in eternity/ then explain to me "the comprehension of time, wherein by your account, "thought comes last"/ HOW STUPID, can you be! YOU cannot achieve a body and then a mind/ YOU cannot achieve the use of a body without a mind/ a chemical mind cannot exist, unless thought comes first/ YOUR relationship with life is as energy: HOW shall you control energy without a mind? This gamble without concern for truth/ HAS deeply wounded humanity/ I do suggest to you strongly, that you surrender the lie, and support life: if not eternity is coming!
The enthalpy of human existence reveals 4 different relationships: we are aggressive, passive, determined, or sublime. The pressures which drive each of these behaviors is complex/ but may be evaluated in basic form with simple expressions. Aggression assimilates the reward of whatever has value to you & translates the fundamental exercise that you believe achieved this reward for you (right or wrong) into a pattern of behaviors & intellectual comprehension's expected to achieve more & greater of the same rewards/ as such people are used & lives are lost in a focus so small, that living has become only a game. Passive actions are a distinct resolution to retain control over some specific action or reaction, so as to demand attention by becoming the anchor that must be pulled. The function of passive acts, is to overrule action and "lead the rebellion"; therefore if no one follows, the only avenue of pride is laziness. The consequence thereby thwarts "honorable or dishonorable intentions" and humble is the only other method of joining , or loneliness the only other action of confronting & sustaining what you believe to be correct. Determination is separate from these 2, because HONEST determination is a strictly personal endeavor that needs no goal, wants no applause, & contributes no control over others/ instead determination is "the heart of living" wherein life has a beauty & love a purpose & destiny a journey among many lives. The desire to be alive, resists all other influence. Sublime means "to allow life as the process of experience to alter & change the basic framework of being human, into its compositions of mind , body , & thought". Here the assertion of consequence becomes "the mind gathers/ the body explains/ but thought transforms respect, into a new & complex truth.
The treasure of life, IS LIFE: the value of living is LOVE, the meaning of life is declared only within the dimensions of true thought (NOT the myriad imaginations of the mind)/ but the honor & intensity of journeys explained, in the heartbeat & rhythms of the soul. Soul is the integrity of life as it identifies truth and completes wisdom through respect. NO RESPECT means, you fail!
The bible and all "its people written of, as a historical account of the generations of humanity, placed in the setting of a single family, and its composite glimpse through time" give us a view of how little we have changed as people. The countless numbers of humanity, all support a genetic superiority to ANY decision, ANY man or woman could make: [throughout time, a minimum of genetic maladies have occurred, and these are not allowed to survive: to protect the rest] HOW can you tamper with truths you cannot even conceive of? Nor do the simple truth of miracles convince the people of time, that their lives are not merely bodies/ THEY ARE ALIVE [it is apparent, you do not know the difference between a life and a rock] is this NOT a complete failure! The difference is: a body is without value, if the truth of an existence as thought, did not consecrate the environment of you. Chemicals do not produce thought! Thought conceives existence by joining energy to life. Thought gives birth to existence……….! Thought is alive, in the absence of boundaries as if freedom were its true home! Life in the presence of thought, surrenders some freedoms for the sake of order & the purpose of discipline, TO SURVIVE! Your position on earth is IN "grave danger". Your "position as a recipient of mercy", is in grave jeopardy: because you are, "the mass murderers of all future generations/ everything they need, you trash"! This "trial of life" shall separate those who are "alive", from those who merely exist/ MAJORITY (by the scales of justice/ balance) does rule! The rules of humanity do not apply! YOU can become an abandoned reality, without forgiveness/ if you do not repent.
It is not my place to argue about the details of these words, it is not my place to decide "the day", you will be presented this, and time will change [from simple and plain/ to the complex decisions of life or death], it is not my right to defend, where the questions demand only thought can answer or understand! Truly I am simply the messenger, & even that is a gift.
The question of life asks: Where does existence become survival/ for a rock exists; but to survive demands participation/ therefore life means: to participate in a destiny of individual merit & to transform "a rock", into a life. The question then asks how? This answer cannot be given, because of HOW DANGEROUS it could and would be! However, a minimal comprehension is FAIR: if you do not change, you die anyway! Therefore reality assigns the ingredients, life begins in the spiral staircase of DNA as energy is harnessed in such a way, that it becomes infused with DNA. Chemical signatures arise and participation begins as the energy concentrates, in a method of "elastically suspending in time". Energy begins here, as movement, however because of "the elasticity"" chemicals are now transmitting signals to the suspended creature, of energy held within a state of direction-less rhythms. Thought is ADDED to the more desired creatures & transformation begins as definitions appear. Thought cooperates as the opportunity of choice. Thought invites, as the wisdom of truth! Thought requires discipline & the order of merit, to achieve an identity, and then accepts the destiny, NOT as a servant/ but in the same RESPECT given to us, as FREEDOM demands! NO respect means: YOU SHALL NOT achieve life, in happiness/ beyond the edge of time. NO respect means, until the energy of life is allowed to dissipate in you/ then you must survive in the environment of your own creation, NOT AS THE FANTASY/ but as the truth, the reality, the desire, and its consequences [this is hell]! The place where your own fears and choices surround you, & NEVER let you go.
Thought is a desire! Therefore the question of HOPE asserts: what is your "most valued treasure as life"? The question of your soul, comes next: WHY, do you desire this? The question of your heart: HOW shall you participate, & what will be its cost? The question of your life, is then: DO YOU accept these "truths" with all that you can/ could ever be? This answer becomes, the "destiny of your love", or its lack. TRUST SAYS JESUS IS OUR/my SAVIOR!
TRUST, IS A MIRACLE! Therefore it is to be "the embodiment" of your new world. For the defense of life, one final question is applied to you: if all that humanity is, most striking are the people who surrender their lives in one form or other, as a sacrifice. Expecting eternal life, & MANY rewards, as their "righteous reward" for that sacrifice/ their PRIDE SAYS "I deserve this"! They receive death & hades instead/ because life IS NOT a game/ nor can it be bartered for/ nor can it be earned! Truth says: YOU MUST desire the love, because peace & harmony demand it. You must also surrender the RESPECT and ACCEPT whatever place is assigned to you. YOU must also BELIEVE IN TRUTH, ACCEPT TRUST, and accomplish the ONLY true task before you: to understand, "heaven", means to LIVE WITH

Do you "think", order is unnecessary?
Some pray "make me/ I want/ I will sacrifice" & so on. Truth says: "these are blasphemies": because they assign a "job, for GOD to do for you. YOU ARE provided with freedoms & understanding sufficient to survive/ if it were not so, then life will be taken from you. The question is: Can you support, the desires of your own heart/ can you honor the truth and accept the responsibility/ can you be honest with your freedom & be wise enough to survive? Each of these answers, develops into your own destiny, & your own freedoms: they are "your stairway to heaven"! They are your friends or enemies as time allows and as eternity declares. HAPPINESS exists wherever YOU bring it/ If you fail to accept the honest & honor of miracles, then you shall have none. Remember your soul, and understand THIS GIFT, is "about family". It is clear & certain, VAST numbers of people are, VERY LOST, in a focus so small that survival or goals is literally all they know or consider life to be. These are, worth your investment: do not "let them die, without an honest message of hope".
The TRUST of an eternity waiting to receive YOU, is a gift! You cannot earn it, or sacrifice for it, or even want it, because the reality is: "worth far more, than you have to offer." Instead, the meaning of FAMILY IS: openness because LOVE lives here; HAPPINESS because life itself is the true treasure; TRUST because I/WE SHARE & DO CARE (with honesty & where honor leads us to be); with responsibility carefully described without sacrifice, for the true purpose of helping & sustaining each other; and with freedom because we each have only one life & one destiny to live. IF you fail, then let it be, because you did do your BEST!
Some will surly say, "eternity cannot be". They believe their eyes and say, "the body is dead"! NO ARGUMENT exists to dispute this/ INSTEAD the truth of life allows, that we exist as the "recognition of thought and energy": Therefore the consequence of this argument is: WHAT is thought, and HOW do we relate to energy? IF the body is everything/ THEN what are feelings, desires, love, even power, and all the maladies of humanity? To answer the question of death/ you MUST answer "WHAT IS THOUGHT, and express the details of the relationship as energy allows". IF you fail in this endeavor, then how can you declare "you know, anything about death other than its simplest associations with the body: is your eternity worth your stupidity?" WE ARE, expressions in time/ NOT figments of your own imagination, but expressions of the grandeur that life represents over all other truths! This is NOT "a small or insignificant event/ therefore every life is a reflection, of the truths which did create our significance in this universe.
The question for you, "as a believer in the words of JESUS" is MORE SIMPLE: DO YOU BELIEVE? This YES, is the beginning of A NEW LIFE, and the ending of time, from the love in your soul, to the blessing of your life. Truth is "a passage you must enter, and a hope for the place you shall rest". Accept the truth of your belief and know that courage (NOT stupidity) is a gift as well.
I am NOT your leader/ "what you shall build, IS YOUR OWN"; you will be helped. Remember this simply: "I am only a messenger, therefore my own life or death is of NO real importance." I live a life dedicated to the "understanding of life, the future, and the expressions called eternity". In this endeavor I am aware of the miracle of life, the miracle of me, & the miracle of
JESUS.
This relationship of the heart, displaces fear and confronts wisdom to question and explain the dimensions of a destiny as JESUS described. The answers arise in patient endurance as time & experience translate the stories of the Bible, into the "feelings, tears, & wonder" of humanity as it has existed in time. This journey of the bible, into expressions of passion & pride/ as well as love & family, exhibit the human experience within its relationship to life. Thought intervenes "to remove the concept of time & history, and the world both then & now educates and translates the message of life: to assemble freedom, and its importance to our soul." Here in the blessing of honor, to inherit rather than "to survive life", soul provides 12 preparations which you may make:
1. Live your life, not your fears
2. Live your experience, NEVER wishing for another, BE REAL!
3. Live your hope, enjoy the experience/ not the fantasy.
4. Live your love, why should you refuse?
5. Live your respect, the world needs you.
6. Honor is the gift we accept, when FAITH becomes a part of your life.
7. Destiny explains the truth that is your soul.
8. Your journey begins, when your "measurements end".
9. Pride exists as the war between love & power that threatens to steal your very life.
10. SOUL means: I have become the truth that is my FAITH, "I BELIEVE"!
11. SPIRIT means: my constant companion, my FRIEND, & the door wherein thought resides.
12. JESUS IS OUR SAVIOR, the meaning of these words: eternity requires all the lessons HE taught; if you fail, then you shall not be free.
May you live in the expansion of your lives, as the GRACE OF SOUL & SPIRIT may teach you so to do.
BLESSED are all who believe HONESTLY & live the life as miracle, of miracle, & conceived by the SPIRIT OF TRUTH to truly become "children of GOD"! PRAISE GOD, OUR FATHER !!!!!!!!!
While it is true, these are associated with religious words and ideals/ the resemblance ends there. TRUTH allows, the deliberate action of aligning your own individual path, with the realities most accurate, in describing what your truths are. This declaration is then NOT "an organized theme of many, but is instead, a basic reality of my own life". The fact, that religious organizations "use" a similar theme/ does not detract from the validity that these are my own testimonies, as are appropriate, to this type of social intervention. Distrust, like a cancer growing, stems from a lack of understanding/ therefore it is VERY NECESSARY, that this information be given: TO REMOVE the certain intent to use bigotry and defiance, as a method of reaction to remove the need to understand and decide, according to the needs of this lawsuit.
To the "christian church": BELIEF IS NOT, locked doors, and cowering in fear/ accept your faith, and understand the message of eternity, "that you need not fear death/ it is the freedom to receive your destiny. LIFE is a miracle, believe in miracles and accept the truth of HAPPINESS IN YOUR HEART, accept the truth of your soul: that you have given your life, it has not nor can it be, taken from you. The GIFT OF YOUR TRUST, is the sign of your salvation/ the duty of your life, is then "to assemble the testimony of your hopes, identify the witness of your wonder, and the honor of your world, and represent the example of your life, as a child of GOD ! A duty, represents the need inside yourself, to participate in true concerns of importance [WHAT is important to you]/ to be adequate, and not afraid. HOW will fears of any kind sustain your life or your eternity? DO NOT SACRIFICE, choose in the value of your faith, and accept the consequences of your choice/ OR choose another way. But, UNDERSTAND BEFORE you choose, because eternity does mean without end!
REMEMBER OUR LORD'S PRAYER! Study it, and learn better.
By the definitions of analysis, this lawsuit, this trial for life, trial of life, shall be determined by the intensity of your WANT. Want rules the majority of people, therefore want is the critical definition of control over people. The reality is: you shall no longer "shop for happiness/ you shall be required to share & participate in each other's lives/ you shall surrender the excuses of old age, & function for society at your level/ & you shall understand (because it is real) that some will be allowed to die, for the sake of the rest." American society confronts & demands all manner of limitation, according to human want, in every aspect of reality. The choice presented to you herein is not "surrender all these things, because it is right to do so"/ INSTEAD reality is NEVER denied, "what were burdens to society to be hidden, are NOW weapons to destroy/ what was frivolous to society , is NOW a resource nearly gone/ what was life to society, IS being terrorized by the genocide of genetic mass murderers". Irresponsible want, is the primary force behind all those decisions, & power "the crippling virus" which has invaded your ability to see you own extinction ahead. Want is: "a disease of your heart"! "The heart" which determines all critical human decisions can become lazy! Lazy means, someone else should support my every whim/ someone else should spend their life, so that I can be free/ someone else should carry all the burdens of my life, so that I don't have to. Want is the invasion of honor, dependent upon the "cancer of this invasion" the reality of your soul can & does live or die. Want extrapolates desire into specific things or places or people/ but desire is TRUTH, and want is merely the deception that, "happiness can be bought". Desire forms 3 distinct foundation within your soul: LOVE IS THE DESTINY OF MY LIFE; LIFE IS A GIFT, that I may participate in and give back; Eternity explains the miracle of our soul, what more is needed.
Each of these form the basis of SALVATION. The meaning of salvation is, "an opportunity shared". Therefore we receive the true desire of eternity as the experience conceived by relationships, but accepted within the destinies of thought as respect forms the "bond of life". Bond means, TRUST HAS GIVEN ME, a completely new identity. The formations of a human life are many, most notable among them is LIFE as "the sunrise of all hope & sunset, as the beginning, rather than the end". The question of eternal definitions, asks & answers one simple question: IS GOD ALIVE, AND DOES GOD CARE ABOUT YOU?
A miracle such as this planet, its life and their abilities, their "perfection of design", and their comprehension of possibilities all testify to GOD'S presence here. The question, that is life, asks "IF GOD were not still here, could we survive"/ the simple truths of this lawsuit, clearly describe a humanity that can barely survive days, how much less likely, thousands of years.. JESUS CAME, read John 3:16 in the Bible and know that throughout human life, there have always been people provided at the proper time & place for every true need/ If we were not loved, then I have no doubt at all, "that want, describes extinction".
Contrary to what some will call a "lecture, others important or unimportant"/ the critical truth of all that is Not a simple legal lawsuit, is in fact, an honest presentation of the very simple question: does your life interest you/ then come & investigate as your heart & soul allow/ NOT of me, I am merely a messenger, / BUT OF LIFE itself, and the miracles of every blessing you do have. Because there is certain to be ridicule of my simple standing, I will expect you to accept this much, I have chosen my path, because I would not participate in your destruction.
Substantial change means society must change! One of the first changes then must be political: instead of a primary for politicians/ you DO need an election to determine who will be the electors as dealt with somewhat in amendment 12 of the American Constitution/ these people WITHOUT party purposes shall investigate, evaluate, & present the people to be actually elected as a government official/ they shall present at least 3 for every position., to be filled, and the public shall hear the evaluation, consider the investigation, listen to the candidates in no less than 3 open debates, and then select by vote. From tax assessor on up, every position. This was the actual function of the party system in american politics/ but has been corrupted by power, greed, lust, and simple arrogance. TO FIX this problem, the leadership and various roles available, must become dependent upon a public voting system themselves. Therefore instead of primaries for the politician, there must be primaries to elect the candidates (electors) for the various positions of public office/ thereby removing the power, by replacing the position with public consent. Term is one year. Politics are an important force in society/ the failures of this day, by the "political machinery", cannot fix anything because of promises and money/ therefore you will change them, or face the recurring reality "of flies & worms, in your food". As you do this, bear in mind, the most fundamental oppression of all, is the ability to lead. Either by voice, or looks, or actions. Majority rule is based upon "common needs, common insight, common sense, and the honest of a relationship with life that rejects "fancy or fanciful," and knows truth. The candidate most preferable, listens, and understands: and accepts that his or her participation is literally going to make a difference in someone else's life. In the current reality, politicians have surrendered their minds for "organized force"/ this is not only wrong, it is a lie and a blasphemy: your job is to be the voice of the people, not a force/ but a reality of life, and the honesty of human truths come to light. YOU shall not change by force, it is people who must make the decision to change themselves, all you can do is enlighten them about their options and their tragedies, if they choose poorly.
Some ask the purpose of our world, the purpose of our lives, the purpose of our souls? There is only one answer, "the celebration of life, and the sharing of a destiny". DO YOU "desire life, then accept your responsibility and receive joy (the celebration of your importance, for YOU are important)".
